Niall was able to see what room was going to work since half of it was going have to be mofified for Maddy down the road and that was perfect cause they were going to do the bathroom remodel later when the girls were potty trained cause she was going to need her own sink so she can brush her teeth and get ready like her sister

"Lou i have the perfect room and it is perfect cause if the other baby is a little person they can share the sink with Maddy too" Niall says as he looks at Louis cause the bathroom was connected to the other bedroom so it was jack and jill themed which was perfect

"I don't know Niall i think Johannah will love to have her own and this room can be Maddy's" Louis says as he was thinking of Johannah since she was average size and was not going to be little like her sister was

"I see your point Louis and this bathroom can be little person friendly if the other baby is a dwarf" Niall says as he looked looked at the bathrrom and how it can be done just in case the other baby was different like Maddy was and that was okay in Louis and Niall's eyes cause they loved their kids just the same no matter what happens

Louis heard the phone ringing so he went to answer it

"I will start working on the rooms later on" Niall says as he was going to see what was going to go where in the room so they could bring the girls home from the hospital and get them settled in

Louis came back a little later

"That was the clinic and they said our baby already has a birth defect" Louis says as he looks at Niall

"What kind of birth defect/" Niall asks him

"The baby will have turner syndrome as well as cerebral palsy and dwarfism" Louis says as he looks at Niall and doesn't cry at all

"Oh no" Niall says as he comforts Lou

"The baby will be born early they are testing to see if it is a girl or a boy" Louis says as he calms back down

"I hope for a girl so Maddy isn't alone" Niall says to Louis

"I want a boy just to make to a little better who knows the girls might want a brother" Louis says as they worked on the nurseries some more since the girls will be coming home in a few days the same day Angel was

"I know i kind of want a son" Niall says cause he was excited to see what they were having cause they wanted to do a gender reveal party with friends and with the girls as well

Louis and Niall were going to have cupcakes that had the filling in and a cake as well and they were going to pop a balloon to see what they were having

(Days later)

Louis and Niall were going to get the girls and they had a surprise for Angel since they had saw the cupcakes cause they could not wait a minute more to see what they were having

"I can't believe we are having a boy" Louis says cause he was on cloud nine as they went to see Angel

"Me either i hope she is happy with her brother" Niall says as they got off to see their first daughter and see how the babies were doing at the moment since they wanted to see if they were okay

"She might" Louis says with a chuckle

Joahannah and Maddy were doing okay and they were okay to be released the following day to go home and Louis and Niall were over the moon to have the twins brought home

"That is the best news i have heard all day" Niall says as they headed for the room

"I know if Angel gets release no more being here until the baby is born" Louis says as they headed to Angel's room

(Angel's room)

"Angel princess we have a surprise for you" Louis says as he shakes her awake since she was taking a nap

She rubs her eyes

"Princess take a bite of the cupcake and you will see what the new baby is" Niall says as he was holding Maddy in his arms since Louis had Johannah in his arms

Angel did what she was told and ate the cupcake

"I get a brother?" she asks her fathers

"Yes sweetie you get a brother" Niall says as he sat with her

"Can i have another brother?" she asks

"Sure sweetie and it looks like one of the kids that are on the same floor as you is an orphan" Louis says cause he saw a little boy her age walk the halls with one of the nurses

Angel was happy that she was going to have someone to play with since she had too many sisters right now and all three could not play very much

"Radar do you have to potty before nap?" the nurse asks him

He shakes his head no

"Bump up you will feel better in no time and when you do you will go back to that orphanage" the nurse says to him as she tucks him in cause he had croup and strep throat

Niall listened as the nurse tucks him in

"I think Radar will get along great with Angel since they are the same age" Niall says to himself cause he knew those two will be perfect together since they were the same age too

Niall was going to see if there were anymore little boys on that floor before going back to see Louis
