This is after the quest Erebor has been rebuilt and everyone lives

You smiled as you opened the door to reveal your best friend.

"Oh please say you'll come to the party at the palace Saturday !"

"I dunno. I'm not good with that kind of stuff." You mumbled awkwardly.

After much begging from your friend you agreed to go. People from all over we're coming to the first official ball that Erebor was throwing. Mostly dwarves would be there, but some parts of Dale would be coming too.

"Great! Then we have to go buy a dress!" Your friend squealed as she quickly did your hair and shoved you clothes to put on.

As you arrived at the market you saw the two princes of Erebor, whom you became very close with during the quest, and  they had become very fond of you.

"Hey Y/N." they said in unison.

"Hello boys. " you grinned.

"What are you doing here?"

"I am shopping for the party on Saturday." You spoke as you made your way through the town.

"Your going?" Kili asked eagerly.

"Yes, after my friend begged I'm going." You grinned

"Are you going with anyone?" Fili grinned as he put an arm around your shoulder.

"No. I'll meet my friend there." You spoke as you turned around "well this is the girls department so I'll see you later then!"

And just like that you turned away with a knowing smile and headed in to look for some dresses.

While you were shopping Fili and Kili raced home, and they had never been more eager to try on their outfits for Saturday night.

"What's all the racket?" Thorin asked with a smile.

"A girl is gonna be at the ball!" They spoke together as they were fixing their capes.

"A girl your both interested in? God bless that woman's soul you two are absolutely trouble. " Dis laughed

"I don't know what you are talking about I am the perfect son." Kili smirked "Filis the wild one."

"I'm going to ask Y/N first. I am the oldest." Fili spoke as he made his way towards the door with flowers in hand .

"I SAW HER FIRST!"  Kili shouted

"WELL I AM IN LOVE WITH HER YA KNOW." Fili shouted just as loud.

"SHES MINe!" They both roared as Thorin sat back with an amused grin as Dis rolled her eyes.

"First off she's not an object boy's, second of all have you considered that maybe she has a date-"

So the night of the hall came, you came in with a grin, actually excited when the two princes came rushing towards you .
