A few weeks had passed by after the sorting, and most of the students had settled in rather nicely. Classes were going well, a few teachers complaining about students behaviours but for the most part, it was fine.
October was coming around, the crisp smell of Autumn spread through the courtyard by breeze, though students couldn't enjoy crunching leaves or carving pumpkins just yet. They had essay's and assignments to complete for mostly every class before the end of Halloween.
It was a Sunday today, so no classes to the relief of many students, some were cooped up in the library trying to finish their work, others lazing around the hall without a care in the world, and students in third year and up were roaming the streets of Hogsmead enjoying a day out.
