While walking through the corridor swara was completely lost her eyes were red and swollen. Pain was clearly visible on her face. Karan's word and that strangers faint smile was making rounds in her brain. As they reached the cabin karan told her that the person was very critical and needed complete attention.

Swara was startled by the piece of information and unknowingly asked would he see tommorrow's morning her voice chocked as she said those words.

Karan : Was confused at her question because she's very strong lady with positive attitude and he has never seen her so broken. He was also confused with her behaviour but as its swara who can feel unknown peoples pain he brushed the thought thinking him as one of those unknown people for her.

Swara : What are those wounds like?

Karan : There is much to it then it seems swara.

Swara : What do you mean?

Karan: He has third degree wounds i suppose you know how bad it is. Some of the wounds are infected badly they appear pretty much old left without any care. He also has third degree burn scar and beating mark on his body. It seems he has been hungry for days together without even a drop of water. Before that also its been a longtime he ever had a complete meal.His body is hardly responding to any medication or treatment the systems have given up. He's weak and chances of survival seems less.

Swara : Was shocked how can someone be so inhuman to treat a person like an animal. She was staring him emotionally with moist eyes.

Karan : There is more he has been victim of sexual assault or sadistic rape not once but many times. He has been continually drugged to keep him aroused but semiconscious which has got adverse effect on his brain and health. I'm surprised he's alive after so much of torture. As i treated him i just got one thing clear he doesn't want to survive anymore. He was further explaining her the treatment plan and medicine for her expert advice but she was lost. When suddenly her trance broke and she asked

Swara : Have you by any means given Aspirin combination in any of his medicine.

Karan (shocked) Yes, i told the nurse to give it in his drip once he's in the room.

Didn't even let him complete she rushed out of the room in hurry running into his room nurse had already started the drip she without wasting a moment stopped and disconnected the venous flow she was observing him suddenly he started breathing heavily rolling his eyes. Karan entered and was shocked at the scenario. He immediately started checking him when swara shouted on top of her voice he's allergic to aspirin give him anti allergen now. Karan told something to nurse and karan with nurse rushed out.

Swara : I know you are listening to me.....You've to listen you can't run away....come back we are still waiting.....I need you (she held his hand in her firmly) I'm not leaving you no matter what....Just stay with me... His heartbeats were dropping...He was breathing heavily....She caressed his face then his hair ( her eyes reflected her love and care towards him)...She was getting attracted toward him...Falling for him again and again

Nurse rushed in with the injection before karan could act swara took the injection and injected in his vein. When she found him dropping she started giving CPR karan also assisted and turn by turn they did it making him stable and putting an oxygen mask on. Swara's eyes were red and swollen tear stains were clearly visible on her face. It was difficult to give CPR because he had lots of wound,every press on his chest made him wince in pain and his shouts made her heart bleed. It was a sharp piercing pain going through her heart killing her every moment. He got stable and swara let a sigh of relief. Karan was in another world not able to assimilate anything that happened some moments ago quickly passing on some instructions to nurse he left towards his cabin.

Swara sat beside the patient on a stool staring at his sleeping face.

Swara (mind) : I know this time is crucial you are fighting but i'm also fighting with emotions with unknown fear, reasons unknown but still known. Whatever it is i am not gonna loose you need to answer a lot of questions.So, better start responding and little angel is waiting for her baba you better be ready to answer us.

Karan (enter in the room) : Swara, i think you must go home and rest for sometime its almost morning. You will hamper your health this way. You also need to take your medicines.

Swara : Nope its already morning there's no use of going home i'll stay back. Yes, i'll be in my suite i'll just take some rest freshen up and join back. In meantime why don't you rush back home get some rest freshen up and come back with some good food made by aunty for us.

Karan : hmmm....ok i'll leave

He wanted to ask many questions but kept silent thinking he'll confront when they get time.

As her patient was unconcious swara decided to go to her suite. After instructing the nurse and asking not to leave him unattended even for a moment she left. She had already informed the nurse taking care of the baby to get her to the suite.

Will swara and karan be able to save the stranger?

Will swara get answers to her question?

Still the main question remain who is the stranger and the baby?

How does swara knows about his medicinal reaction ?
