(Poem - Trapped)

She felt trapped
In the cage of her mind,
As there was no way
For her to escape.

Tears of frustration and anger
Leaking from her eyes,
As she tried to stop herself
From thinking further.

But there was no way
Her mind would stop,
Her feelings were messed up
And she felt helpless.

She couldn't do anything
But let it take control of her,
For a while
Or maybe
For a lifetime.
