(Poem - Quick sand)

She slipped from his hand
Just like quick sand.
Not knowing what to do
He picked her up again.

Wanting to keep her safe
And cherish her for life,
He tried to hold her tight
Only to watch her fight.

He realised his mistake
And took her in his care.
This time,
Handling her with love
And protecting her with life.
