(Poem - Fate played it cruel)

She sat there,
Her knees to her chest
Her hands encircling them.
Her mind thinking deep
And her eyes moist.
Her face was covered
So no one could see,
The quivering of her lips
Or the tears running down.
She held herself back
From making any sound.
Maybe, this was the last time
She was watching the scene
Which was infront of her.
She never imagined
Leaving this place.
Oh, But here she was!
Fate played it cruel
But maybe it was for the best,
Only time would tell.
