Roman's P.O.V.

"You can't stop me now!" Jack laughed

"Don't you dare to hurt him!"

"And how are you going to stop me? Huh Princey?" I wanted to reply, but I couldn't find anything to say. "So predictable! Anyways let's see...what should I do first...Oh what about that..." Jack walked towards some buttons that where controlling anything that was in Thomas's mind. There was one button for each thing. The persona was touching it and then there was an affect on Thomas's desisions, dreams, memory and other. Between us...we were trying to keep Virgil away from it, except if it was something that we really needed his...uhh..negative thinking or anxiety. The other personas were still being heard by Thomas's but the one who was at the button had all the power so we weren't using them unless it was an emergency.

"Roman...Roman are you following?" Logan interrupted my thoughts

"What?"

"He is not paying attetion to us. We have to make a plan!"

"I see that Thomas is asleep! Interesting! So I'm choosing...Dreams! Or..." he laughed. "Nightmares!"

"Oh no..."

"Don't worry Roman. It's not the first time that he will have a bad dream."

"Yeah but Logan...That button is too powerful! We said that we won't use it anymore!"

"That's better than losing Anxiety and probably die."

"Okay..."

"I feel that we are forgeting something.." Patton said

A sound coming from the glass prison-box behind us, made us remember. The water had reached Virgil's neck!

"That's not good!"

"Wait! We have to think! How are we going to stop this?"

"Okay you are right Logic..uhh...so we can't break the glass because it has some kind of protection..."

"How do you know?" Patton asked me

"I was trying to break it while we were in there. Also we can't kill Jack, because he is a shadow..."

"...and only Virgil can do that.." Logan completed my sentence

"So?" Patton asked

"Think..think..." Logan said to hissself "Where does he find all that energy?"

"..Fear..He is using our fright against us...and in this case Virgil's" I realised

"That's..." Logan started saying but he stopped for a while. "Absolutely right!"

"Well thank y..."

"You two and your smart conclusions STOP! This is my thing!" he said angrily.

"Anyways...how are we going to stop him?"

"By calming down Virgil."

"Kiddos...?"

"Yes, Patton."

"I think it's late..." he said and he pointed at Virgil, who was covered by the water.

Virgil's P.O.V. (thoughts)

They say that when you are being drowned you can see your whole life like watching a movie. I have to admit that this is true.
From the time I was created I was known to be the 'bad guy'.
They didn't like me...and then Jack came and it was nice...for a while...it got weird...scary...I knew he was hurting Thomas...that's why I stopped him...and now what?...he is back and he is threating Thomas and the other personas....and what about me?...I'm drowning....I can still hear Logan, Roman and Patton but they are too far from me...what are they saying?...
My head started getting dizzy...I just want it to stop! I want to turn back the time or something!

I can't do anything..I'm just...lost.

Roman's P.O.V.

"No no no! Please don't!" I grabbed my sword and I ran towards the prison-box.

"Roman no! The protection! He will hear us!" Logan said but I didn't listen to him and I just..

BANG!

I hit the glass but it glowed with green color and I felt an invisible power hit me. I fell on the ground...stupid protection.

"What....? Seriously did you really think that this would work?" Jack noticed us. Who knows what he had done to Thomas.

"I...."

"It's over! Give up! You can't save him! You can't even save yourself! You are weak...A coward! Face the truth Roman...When there is a real danger you can't do anything!"
