Talon's P.O.V.

We walked around Universal Studios, we had finally gotten permission from my management to be let out of the hotel. The kids were getting restless and bored as I fought with Drake, the head of my record label to be let out and he allowed it. I decided to stay with Nyzie and Navy this time while the others wandered around.

"Can we go on that ride mommy? Last time we couldn't go there." Nyzie asked, Navy nodded her head waving me to follow them. 

"This is the last one alright?" She said, "Then we are going to the Zoo okay?"

She excitedly nodded her head before following us into the building, we had been walking around Univeral for almost about three hours, we had decided that we didn't want to attract attention staying at one place for a long time.

Getting off the Fast and Furious ride we gathered everyone at the entrance before heading out to the zoo. "Mommy, I don't feel good," Nyzie said holding her stomach, confused I look back at her, 

Navy told the driver to stop the car, "Do you feel like you need to throw up?"

"No, my stomach hurts really bad mommy," She whined,

Navy looked over at me worried about stepping out of the car she took Nyzie out along with her, I got out as well, "What's going on with her?"

Navy shrugged her shoulders, "I don't know." she said, "I don't think she ate anything bad."

"Is she allergic to anything?"

"Yeah, she's allergic to kiwis, strawberries, cucumbers, and peanuts."

I looked at her worried, "Navy...the chocolate bar we got her before we left, did it have peanuts in it?"

"I don't-" She began, Nyzie fell to the ground unconscious, "Nyzie!" Navy said panicked, "Nyzaia!"

I quickly grabbed some water, "Here, splash it on her face,"

Grabbing the bottle from me she dumped the water all over her face but it was no use, "EPI Pen, I have  in my purse, please Talon."

Rushing I grabbed her purse dumping the contents out on the seat I quickly grab the pen handing it to her, in a flash she took the lock off stabbing it in her leg, Nyzie let out a small gasp probably struggling to breathe. Navy picked her taking her back in the car following her I try not to panic as she already was stressed enough. I quickly shoot a text to Jax, telling him we were headed to the hospital.

We got to the hospital in no time, "Please it an emergency," Navy begged, "My daughter is death allergic to peanuts we were at Universal Studios and she ate a chocolate bar" She continued to explain to the doctor. The doctors took Nyzaia out of her arms, "We'll try our best Ma'am."

Navy broke down against me, "I can't lose her Talon, I can't lose her. I promised Rhett that I would take care of her, always protect her. How could I be so careless?"

Hugging her tightly against me I try to calm her down, "Shh, you're not careless Navy. She'll be okay. We got here on time, we had the EPI pen. It's fine."

"No it's not you don't understand," She said struggling against me, "I need her...she's all I have left of him. "

Nyzaia is all she had left of Rhett. "Everything will be okay," I whisper, all I could do was comfort her at the time, all I could do was be three for her.

We sat waiting for the doctors to come out for the next couple of hours, until one of the nurses came out, "Ms. Flynn?"

Navy ran over to her anxious, "That's me, how is Nyzaia?"

"She is stable now, the allergic reaction was really extreme, we have never seen anything like that before."

Letting out a shattered breath I ask, "But is she okay now? I mean will we be able to take her back home?"

"We want to keep her under observation for another hour, just so her lungs don't flare up again, then you two can take Nyzaia home. I just need one of you to fill out some paperwork, are you the father?" She asked,

Navy looked over at me shocked, "Um...he-"

"Yes, I am." I said cutting her off, "Navy you stay here, I'll go fill out the papers." Why did I do that I don't know? All I knew was I wanted to be there for her at that moment, no matter what. 

"Can I please go in and see her?" Navy asked the nurse, the nurse nodded, Navy ran inside the room as I followed the nurse to the registrar.

"Here are the paper Mr.Davidon."

"Quest," I said, "My name is Talon Quest."

The nurse looked at me in awe, "Oh my god, I knew I had seen you somewhere but I couldn't put my finger on it. I am such a big fan Sir, but why did you say she was your daughter? From what I know you aren't married."

Smirking I fill out the form, "I don't see how that is any of your business Ms..."

"Lilly,"

"Lilly, thank you for saving our daughter." Finishing up the forms I walked back to the room Nyzie was in. 

"I'm sorry Mommy," She said weakly, Navy shook her head wiping her tears away 

"Stop, it's not your fault baby, I am just happy that you are okay."

Knocking I walked in smiling, "Hey Nyzie,"

"Hi Noah," Nyzie said quietly, her eyes closed lazily before she forced them open,

Navy shook her head, "Go to sleep baby, we are right here."

She nodded before shutting her eyes, Navy looked over at me, "Why did you say you're the father?"

"I wanted to." I said sitting in front of her I grabbed her hands, "It's been a week since I have spent time with the both of you. I want to be a part of this small family. I wasn't to be there for the both of you."

"It's not that easy,"

"It is if you left me in." I whisper, "Nyzie has... it's just up to you now."

"It's a huge responsibility you just owned up to...promise you won't run away from it?" She asked 

"Never...and if I try I have you to pull me back."

Navy looked at me, "Why would you even try?"

"Navy..."

"Being a father is a huge responsibility Talon, there are no ifs or buts, it's either you are ready or your not. You learn a lot being a father...but you have to understand she already had one dad taken away from her unfairly I don't want you to come into her life and then leave her. She has already learned to hide her tears I don't want her to learn how to hide her feeling either."

Taking in a big breath, "I may have hurt you in the past...but I wouldn't do anything to hurt her intentionally I can promise you that."

"Two weeks," She said,

"What?"

"I'm giving you two weeks to show me that you have changed Talon, for me and for her. Then I will decide if I want you back in my life, our life or not."

A smile tugged my lips, "Two weeks?"

"Two weeks."
