Aspen's P.O.V.

We all talked, laughed,  had a good time for the next hour but I couldn't help to look over at Talon, and each time I did he was already looking at me...checking me out actually. I had gone through three beers, a couple of tequila shots, and one vodka shot. Feeling hot I took Talon's coat letting the cool AC air hit my body. Stretching I stood up from my seat stumbling a little Nova helped me steady. "You good?"

"Yeah...it's just getting hot over here, let's go dance. We came to have fun right?" I said smirking, Nova nodded pulling Mylie up behind us,

"You three are not going down there," Talon said quickly, 

Having enough of his shit I turn around, "Kindly fuck off Talon," I snapped before pushing the security guy out of my way walking down the stairs.

"Navy!" He said grabbing onto my arm, "I said no,"

"And I said fuck off," Taking my arm out of his I stood in front of him, "Why can't we go down there. I just want to dance,"

Talon shook his head, "Just come back up,"

Nova shook her head pulling me away from him, "Ignore him he does this every time we go out. Let's go dance."

Pulling me onto the dance floor with her and Mylie we let our body loose letting it move with the music, I had no idea I would miss this, going out, getting drunk, spending time with friends. My life had gotten so busy with Nyzie's responsibilities I never had time to just be me. 

Letting my body sway to the music I closed my eyes, a little while later someone came up from behind me grabbing my hips, gasping I open my eyes turning around to push the man but stop calming myself down "Hey gorgeous," He said smirking at me

Smirking back at him, I sway my hips along with his, "Hey handsome." Our bodies move with the music he leaned down to kiss me but I giggled pulling back shaking my head. "Patience..." I said raising my eyebrow waiting for him to fill in the blank,

"Tony and you?"

"Penny," I said lazily my body felt so heavy after dancing with him for so long I leaned my weight against him

"Penny, cute name."

"Thanks," Pushing away from him I begin dancing again, "Focus on making me feel good now, not one."

Tony smirked and was about to put his hands on my body again but he was pushed away, "Back off man," Talon said stepping in front of me.

Tony smirk fell off his face, "Y-Your Talon Quest?"

"Yeah, I am,"

"Sorry I didn't know she was with you man."

Huffing I pushed him out of the way, "I am not with him," Talon grabbed my waist glaring at me, "Let go Talon." I struggled but Tony had run away. "What was that for?!" I said, "I was having fun, he was just dancing with me."

"He was trying to get in your pants."

"What if I wanted him to get in my pants?" I ask, "I like having a good time, don't you?"

Talon pulled me up closer to him, "I sleep around...you know that but you Penny? You don't do one-night stands."

"What if I started to huh? What are you going to do about it?"

He scoffed pushing me away, "You're drunk Penny, you are not that type of girl to give your body to anyone. I know I haven't been around for a long time but I know you, you would never sleep around."

"Buzz off Talon, now I have to find another dance partner." As I turned to leave him alone in the middle of the dance floor but he grabbed me so my back was against his chest. "Let me go..." I whined,

"I'll be your dance partner," He whispered in my ear.

I raise my eyebrow at him, "But I don't want to dance with you,"

Talon leaned  in so I could feel his breath against my neck, "Too bad," He said beginning to rock against me leading my hips along with his at this time I began to relax against his body I leaned back so I could take some weight off of my feet,

Opening my eyes I looked at him dazed, his eyes were locked on my lips...I don't know what it was maybe the longing for his touch for so many years or maybe it was the alcohol in my system I went on my tippy toes closing the distance between our lips.

"Sorry...we had heard you were at this club tonight, we didn't mean to disturb you two." one of the girls said giggling, the other girl leaned to the side catching a glimpse of me, "Isn't that Aspen Flynn? The girl that slapped you?"

Talon hid me further by pushing me behind him more, "Would you please leave, we were just spending some time together."

The girls looked away from me before walking out of the discrete hallway, Talon turned around facing me as I looked down at the ground. He gently lifted my face up so I would look at him, "Should we go?"

Is he not going to talk about the kiss?

Swallowing harshly I nodded stumbling slightly, "Yeah..."

Talon grabbed my hand walking me out of the hallway back to our private table, Mylie looked at me shocked before whispering to me, "What happened between you two?"

I didn't know what happened between us either. But it seems like Talon didn't want to talk about it...just like always.
