Aspen's P.O.V.

"Be careful at school today, if anyone says anything to you about anything call me right away okay?" I ranted to the kids as we drove them to school. They were a bit confused why they weren't allowed on the bus today but for their safety, Mylie and I decided that we would drop them off. 

Nyzie and Bear looked at me confused but nodded, "Right." They said. 

"I will tell Rhea to keep an eye out for them," Mylie said getting out of the car along with them.

Nodding I took a deep breath before giving them a light smile, "Love you both."

"Love you too."

Sighing I looked down at my phone as DM's continued to flood my Instagram, some of Talon's fans had found out who I was but I hadn't bothered to dignify them with an answer, as some of them thought I was his ex-girlfriend or something. 

"Alright they are safely trapped in the school for today,  I had informed Rhea they escaped through the back door yesterday, so she said she will keep an eye out for them."

Putting the car in drive I nodded, "Good,"

"So Nova got back to me..." Mylie began cautiously, "Apparently some fans had climbed up on the roof to see if they could catch a glimpse of Talon and from the process, they caught the altercation the both of you had."

"Great..." I said sarcastically,

"So technically it's not Talon's fault."

"It is so his fault. If he had not taken my daughter out of school along with my brother I would have never slapped him."

Mylie rolled her eyes, "The slap was a little excessive Penny."

"Excuse me?" I snapped at her, "He should be glad all he got was a slap across the face I literally wanted to kill him."

She sighed, "Penny sometimes you are so stubborn. You need to put the past behind you, I don't know how long he is going to be around but you can't keep this 'I hate him' attitude the whole time."

"I can do whatever the fuck I please-"

"He's a celebrity!" She snapped, "This video has been circulating around the internet for the past twenty-four hours. His fans love and respect him, Aspen...You cannot go around and slap him whenever you feel like it. He's Talon Fucking Quest, not some random guy."

Taking in a deep breath I quickly park the car outside the building, "Fine, I will try to control my anger."

"Thank you." Mylie huffed, "Now let's go before Ms. Fox gets on our ass."

Nodding I grabbed all our stuff from the back and entered the building to our office everyone began to give me weird looks as soon as I stepped onto the main floor. They probably saw the video, it's okay just keep going Aspen, just get to your office. "Why are they staring?" Mylie whispered 

"I don't know." I said back keeping my gaze down on the floor, "Just don't look."

Speed walking into our office I let out a big breath, I only had a couple of seconds of peace before Mr.Fox stormed into my room and quickly stood up "Good Mor-"

"What were you thinking!" He exclaimed throwing his hand up in the air

Confused I asked, "I am sorry. What did I do?"

"You slapped Talon Quest? Do you have any idea what type of damage this could do to our company?"

Shaking my head, "No one knows who I am Mr.Fox and I had some personal rea-"

"Everyone knows who you are Aspen!"

"What?" I asked 

Mr.Fox groaned turning on the T.V. in my office he switched to TMZ, "This video of Talon Quest getting slapped has been on loop viral on various media platforms. Talonator's have been very disturbed after seeing this video...the fans went to work trying to find who this girl is...Aspen Flynn, a local resident in Atlanta. Now a statement has not been issued from Talon Quest's team since the video had been leaked. There are various questions storming around the internet but there have been no answers given. How are Talon Quest and Aspen Flynn connected? Why had she hit him? Is this the mystery girl Talon has always mentioned in his songs and interviews? We-"

Mr.Fox turned the T.V. throwing the remote on the couch as I sat back down in my chair shocked. They had found out my name in less than 24 hours. Nyzaia is at school...Mom and Dad... Bear...

"I have to go get Nyzaia." I whispered to him, "I need to go get Bear and Nyzie out of school Mr.Fox."  He shook his head, "No you don't understand if they can find out my name that fast, Nyzaia and Saber are at school right now. I can't risk their safety please."

"Actually Penny..." Mylie said interrupting our conversation, Mr.Fox looked over at her, "Nova has just called me, she picked Nina, Nyzaia, and Saber up from school already, Rhea had called saying, paparazzi had surrounded the school wanting a glimpse of Nyzaia and wanting to ask questions. She's safe, Nova said, just a little freaked out."

My heart sank, "Please can I go see her Mr.Fox? I promise I'll fix everything, I'll work from home-"

"Go to your baby Penny," Mr.Fox said, "Come back in a week."

"Thank you!" I said excitedly, "Mylie let's go. Thank you again." Pulling Mylie through the buildings we ran out to the car driving as fast as we could to the Quest Mansion. 

The front was surrounded by paparazzi Mylie quickly texted Nova who told us to come from the back. Finally managing to park the car I ran inside from the back door leaving everything behind, I just needed to get to my baby that was all on my mind. "Nyzie! Nyzie where are you?!"

Aunt Rosey came over to the back first pulling me into a hug as Mylie entered the house, "Thank god you're okay." 

I was restless in her arms pulling back quickly I said, "Where are the kids, Aunt Rosey?"

"They are in the living room with everyone el-" I didn't let her finish running into the living room I saw Bear and Nyzie sitting quietly on the couch. 

"Bear...Nyzie..." I whispered both of them quickly ran to me as I bent down on my knees pulling them in a tight hug, "I'm sorry...I am sorry." Pulling away from them I looked at them carefully to see if they had any bruises or anything. Rhea had called us on the way saying some older kids decided to bully them because of the video. "You two are okay right?"

Bear sighed, "Yeah...but someone pushed Nyzie down on the way to the office when Aunt Nova came to pick us up, Penny."

"Did you get hurt?" I asked Nyzie

"No Mommy, I'm okay." Pulling them into a hug again I let out a relieved breath looking over at Nova, "Thank you for bringing them here."

"Funny...because when I brought them here yesterday instead of a thank you I got slapped across the face."
