Chapter 3
Sara slowly opened her eyes. She sat up from the couch.
"Oh, thank God! You woke up. Are you okay?" Scott asked.
"Yeah, I'm alright." Sara said.
"That's good." Scott said, smiling.
Sara smiled back.
Scott and Sara looked at Vincent. "Hey... Are you okay, Vincent?" He asked. Vincent looked up and his eyes widened. He hugged Sara tightly. "Sara! Thank god you're awake!" He pulled away and put his hands on her shoulders. "Those girls... Did they do anything to you?" He asked.
"No. They didn't do anything to me, Vincent." Sara said.
"That's good." He said. Vincent looked at the picture. "I... I remember one of the girls... coming up from behind and... they cut a lock of my hair off." He said as he held a piece of his hair in his hands.
"Really?" Sara asked.
Vincent nodded. He looked at the mirror and saw that his hair was untouched. "It's not cut, is it?" Amy asked. "Just now... It seemed like a fragment of a memory." She said.
"It could be a fragment of a memory." Sara said as she got off the couch.
"Did those girls do that to you before?" Amy asked. Vincent nodded. "About a year ago, while I was dating Scott, my friends set me up on a practice date with Aiden. Scott obviously didn't like the idea, but he allowed me to go as long as I'm okay. Now, at the time, Aiden has this group of girls who would do anything to get his affections. I guess they must've found me and Aiden together and got the wrong idea, so while Aiden was buying some things for me, one of the girls came up from behind and cut a lock of my hair off. Aiden saw this and got mad at the girls. Most of them got the message, but a few of them refused to acknowledge the fact that he got mad at them and still pictured him as the ideal man." He said.
"I see." Sara said.
"But cutting a person's hair is criminal! It's criminal!" Amy said. Vincent looked at the picture. "But... Before I lost my memories, and even now, it seems inevitable that they'll cut my hair. I..." He looked down. "More like being hated, I feel like I'm despised." He said. Scott hugged Vincent and rubbed his back. "I could definitely feel their animosity." Amy said. Vincent and Scott looked at Amy. "They said "promise", right? Is that...?" Scott asked. Amy put her hand on her chin. "In other words, before he lost your memories, he must have promised something to those girls, and since he lost your memories, he ended up breaking that promise? I doubt they'll tell us the whole story, even if we ask them." She turned to Sara. "Sara, I don't mean to be mean, but it wasn't a smart move telling these girls that Vincent lost his memories. Well, now that they know, they might even take advantage of his memory loss and lie to him." She said.
Sara nodded. "We can't let them take advantage." She said.
"When I think about that, I don't think you should tell anyone else about Vincent's memory loss. The people you guys work with aren't bad people and I feel I could trust them, but we don't know what the other workers are like. And now that someone harbors animosity towards Vincent, there's no telling how much information might leak out." Amy said. "Don't worry, Amy. We won't let anyone hurt Vincent and we won't let these girls take advantage of his memory loss." Scott said.
Sara nodded.
"Thank you, guys." Amy said, smiling. Scott looked at the photo on the table. "I don't know what promise Vincent made to those girls, but he broke that promise somehow. Because of that, they might do something to hurt Vincent. Don't worry. I will protect you from Nightmare and the girls. I'll protect you from anything that tries to hurt you." He thought.
Sara looked through the window to see that it was midnight. "I think we should get to bed. It's been a long day." She said.
"Yeah. We should." Scott said, Then, they heard a knock at the door. Scott answered it and saw Aiden holding a suitcase. "Here's your stuff. Sorry it took so long." He said. "Oh no, it's fine. Thank you." Scott said, taking the suitcase. "You're welcome. You all have a good night." Aiden said and walked down the street.
"Be careful on the way home!" Sara said to Aiden.
"I will." Aiden said, waving.
Sara waved back.
Aiden continued to walk away. Soon, he was out of sight. Scott went upstairs and got himself ready for bed. Vincent and Scott climbed into the bed. "Well, good night, Vince." Scott said. "Good night, Scott." Vincent said. He looked at Sara. "Good night, Sara." He said.
"Good night you two." Sara said as she wrapped herself in the blanket, she rested her head on the pillow, her eyes now closed.
Scott and Vincent closed their eyes. Soon, they were fast asleep.
August 3rd
The next morning, they got up and did the usual morning routine. They went to the pizzeria and got themselves ready. Mike's two sisters, Mary and Marilyn came up to them along with two other coworkers. "Are you all better now?" Marilyn asked Vincent. "Yeah. Sorry for making you worry. I'm not totally up to speed yet, but..." Vincent replied. "It's okay. We'll help you out." Marilyn said. "Marilyn, you're so reliable!" Mary said, smiling. "No, Mary, you're helping out, too." Marilyn said.
Sara smiled at Mary and Marylin.
"So, this must be Mike's two sisters. I think we can trust them." Amy said. Vincent nodded. "Vincent?" One of the female coworkers said. The others looked at the coworker. "There's something different about you." She said. Amy froze and gulped. "D-Do you think so?" Vincent said, trying to put on a fake smile. Amy looked at Sara. "I thought everything was going well, but all of a sudden, we're in trouble!" She said.
"Ma'am, he's fine. There's no need to be so worried about him." Sara said to the coworker.
Amy put up a thumbs up. "Great cover!" She cheered. "I'm sorry. I'm just really concerned about him. I mean, after what happened a few days ago, I really am worried." The female coworker said. "Don't worry, ma'am. He's okay." Marilyn said. "That's right! Today, we're meeting about the trip." Mary said. "Trip? You're not supposed to go, too, are you?" Amy asked. "Is everyone supposed to be at the meeting?" Vincent asked. "What are you talking about? It's our orientation trip for part-timers, so we talked about how we should all meet to discuss it." Mary said. "He meant, do you think everyone can come?" Scott asked. "Oh, yeah. At first, Mike said he couldn't make it because he was studying for exams, but boss said that taking occasional breaks may improve his efficacy of his exam studying. So Mike said he'll come after all. So, it turned out we could all go, remember?" Marylin said. "That's right. I'm looking forward to it." Vincent said.
"I'm looking forward to it as well." Sara said.
"Well, I think it's time for the meeting. Come on." Scott said.
Sara nodded as she looked at Scott.
The others went to the office where Nigel was waiting. "Good morning, everyone. I have a big announcement to make concerning the orientation trip. Starting August 4th, we're gonna be on a three day, two night island trip." He said. Vincent looked down. "A three day, two night island trip. Will I be all right to go in my current state?" He thought.
"A three day, two night island trip?" Sara asked.
Scott nodded. "This first hurdle is set too high, right? It'll be challenging not to make any mistakes during the trip. That said, it could also be a chance at getting his memories back, so we should think optimistically." Amy said.
"Yeah." Sara said to Amy.
"Hey guys." Riley called out to them. They looked at him.
"Hey, Riley." Sara said to him.
"What have you been mumbling to yourself over there, Sara?" Riley asked.
"I wasn't mumbling." Sara said.
"Oh, okay. Well, take this to party room 3." Riley said, giving her a birthday cake. "A birthday cake?" Amy asked. "I haven't seen one of those in a while." Marilyn said.
Sara nodded as she held the birthday cake in her hands. She went to party room 3.
"Here you go, kids. Now, it's time to say the birthday song!" Vincent said, smiling. They lit up the candles and started to sing.
"Happy birthday to you.
Happy birthday to you.
Happy birthday, dear..."
But while Vincent was singing the song, another memory came back to him. He and Aiden are in the forest, talking. Well, it was more like Aiden was confessing. But what Aiden confessed really scared him. He confessed to Vincent that... he killed five children. He gasped as he was pulled back to reality. "What was that? That was Aiden, wasn't it? Was that another memory?" Amy asked. He covered his mouth as tears formed in his eyes. "Aiden... killed five children? W-Why? They're so sweet and innocent... Why would he do that?" He thought.
Sara's eyes widened, she grabbed Vincent's wrist and went back outside of the room. She noticed Aaron looking at them with a worried look on his face.
"W-What's wrong, Vince? Are you okay?!" Aiden asked. Vincent grew more scared and stepped away. Then, Scott ran towards them. "What's wrong?" He asked, concerned.
"Vincent... Calm down, please...." Sara said, concerned.
"No... No...! Stay away...!" Vincent cried. "V-Vincent, calm down! What happened? Did you have another memory?" Scott said. "Yeah... A-Are you okay?" Aiden asked, reaching out to grab his hand, but Vincent slapped it away. "NO!! STAY AWAY FROM ME, YOU MURDERER!!!" Vincent screamed, now shaking. "H-Hey! What's going on here?!" Nigel asked as he and the others ran towards them. Vincent pointed at Aiden. "HE DID THIS!! HE WAS THE ONE WHO KILLED THEM!! HE WAS THE ONE WHO KILLED THE CHILDREN!!! *pant* *pant* PLEASE!! GET HIM OUT OF HERE!!" Vincent screamed. He fell to his knees and grabbed his head. "Killed?! W-What are you talking about? I didn't kill anyone!" Aiden said. "YOU LAIR!! YOU DID, DIDN'T YOU?! TELL ME THE TRUTH, YOU MONSTER!!" Vincent screamed at the top of his lungs. "Vincent, stop screaming! You're gonna lose your voice!" Nigel shouted. "GET HIM OUT OF HERE!! PLEASE, GET HIM OUT OF HERE!!!!" Vincent continued to scream. Scott had enough. "STOP IT, VINCENT!!" He screamed and slapped Vincent across the face, causing his hat to fall off his head. Everyone was in shock. Vincent put his hand on his cheek where Scott slapped him. "Please... You have to calm down... It's the kid's birthday today... You can't go and scream your head off about... something that Aiden didn't do!" Scott said, tears in his eyes.
Sara had her mouth covered as she watched the scene. Bonnie too had his mouth covered. Bonnie noticed a woman in a red tank top, leaning against the wall with an evil smirk. Bonnie's eyes widened. "Y-You're....."
The woman looked at them and walked away. Riley noticed. "H-Hey!!" He shouted. The woman heard him and started to run, but she felt a hand grab her wrist. "Where do you think you're going?" A voice asked. The woman looked and saw Mari.
Sara walked in front of the woman. "If it isn't Sandra." She said as her arms were now crossed.
Sandra smirked. "Well, if it isn't that nosy puppet and her accomplice. What a coincidence to see you here." She said.
"Well, I'm not that nosy." Sara said,
Sandra chuckled. "Well, it seems like Vincent is gaining more memories. I wonder how long he will last until the end of August." She said. "How did you know about Vincent's memory loss?" Mike asked. "Heh. Well, Sara over here told my girls that he has amnesia and they told me about it. One of them got a good beating. I must say she is quite strong." Sandra replied.
"Whatever you're planning, Sandra, it's not gonna work. All while a marionette is still walking around." Sara said, her eyes now black with white pupils.
"Heh, I'm not planning to fight yet. I'm just here to see what is going on with Vinny. Well, by the looks of it, it looks like he is temporarily broken." She said. "You better not hurt our friend or else you're gonna get it!" Mike growled. "Well, I've gotta get going. Ta-ta!" Sandra said as she started to walk to the entrance. A metallic hand grabbed Sandra's wrist. She turned around and saw Foxy. "There is no way we're gonna let you out of here." He growled.
Sara went in front of Sandra again. This time, purple tears now stained on her face. She looked at Bonnie. "Bonnie, make sure everyone in the party room is not looking." She said.
Bonnie nodded and went back to the party room. "Bonnie, what is going on?" One kid asked. "It's alright, kids. Everything's gonna be okay." Bonnie said. "So, this is how it's gonna go, huh? Well, if you want a fight..." She pulled out her knife. "I'll gladly give you one." She said, sadistically smiling.
"Riley, what's going on?" Fritz asked. "It's Sandra. She's here." Riley answered. "W-What? What is she doing here?" Scott asked. "I don't know... but I have a feeling it's not good." Riley said. "Guys, stay here. We're gonna handle this." Kevin said. "But what if you get hurt, Kevin?" Fritz asked. "Don't worry. I'll be okay. Besides... I have someone with me." He said, looking at Amy. Vincent was surprised. "So, he could see her too?" He thought. "I'm coming too." Anthony said. "What? No! I can't let you get hurt, Anthony." Kevin said. "I don't want you to get hurt too. I know you want to handle things by yourself, but I want to help you." Anthony said. "A-Alright. But, be careful, Anthony." Kevin said. "You too." Anthony said. They both walked to the dining area where Sandra is. "Well, if it isn't the big lady herself." Kevin said, crossing his arms. "Well, it's nice to see you too, Kevin. All grown up, I see. Well, let's cut the chit-chat and start the real fun!" Sandra said. "Bring it on!" Anthony shouted. Sandra charged at them.
Sara smirked and round kicked Sandra to the floor, she cracked her knuckles. "I wouldn't mind a fight anyway." She said.
Sandra grunted and got up from the floor. "That's a good kick, but that's not gonna stop me!" She said and rushed towards Mike. He grabbed a mop and hit Sandra in the arm, making her drop the knife.
Strings came out of Sara's finger tips, the strings wrapped around Sandra's wrists and ankles.
Sandra glared at Sara.
Sara glared back at Sandra.
"Heh... You think you're gonna get me that easily. Well... you're wrong." Sandra said, looking at a shadowy figure behind Sara. "Watch out!!" Mari shouted as strings came out of his fingers and wrapped the figure up.
Sara looked behind to see the shadowy figure as she held Sandra with her strings.
"Look what we got." Mari said as he revealed the person to be Nightmare. "Heh, getting impatient, I see." Mari said. Nightmare glared at Mari.
"I see we meet again, Nightmare..." Sara said.
Nightmare smirked. "It's nice to see you again, puppet. I came here to warn you all... Be careful on your trip. You never know what could happen." He said as he disappeared.
"I'll be sure to be careful." She looked at Sandra with a glare as she still held her with her strings.
"Heh. Good." His voice said. Soon, Nightmare had disappeared. "Well then, I'll just call the police and they'll be on their way." Mike said as he dialed 911.
Sara nodded. She felt a hand grab her shoulder.
She turned around and saw Nigel.
"Has Vincent calmed down?" Sara asked.
Nigel nodded. "He wants to see you." He said.
Sara nodded. "Mari, hold Sandra for me." She said.
Mari nodded and wrapped his strings around Sandra.
Sara and Nigel went to where Vincent was.
Vincent looked at Sara. "Hey. Uh... Sorry for freaking out like that." He said.
"It's okay, Vincent." Sara said.
Vincent looked down. "I... I remember... Aiden telling me that... He killed five children..." He said quietly.
"Vincent, Aiden would never do such a thing..." Sara said.
"Vincent... About that memory... He wasn't even here when you went to the forest... He was sick with the flu at the time. I even got the phone call from him a few minutes after you went with into the forest. So, he couldn't have been there..." Scott said. "But... I-I swear... I..." Vincent put his hand on his head. "I-I must be getting confused..." He said. Aiden looked down. "That must have been Sandra who was with you..." He said.
Sara nodded.
"Huh? But... That person looked exactly like you. There's no way it could have been her." Vincent said. "Well, you see, Sandra is not only manipulative, but also very cunning as well. She has a majority of disguises so she would dress up as the person and confess her crimes to that person to trick them. Now, she could only do that when the real person is absent. For example, I got the flu so I couldn't go to the party. Sandra then dressed up as me and told you about the murders and made you think that I did it." Aiden explained. "But, if she wanted to dress up as you, I would have recognized her voice." Vincent said. "You see, that's the one thing that's hard for you to figure out it was Sandra. She has the ability to change her voice to that of the real person. She probably made her voice a bit deeper so it would sound like me. So, not only is Sandra a smart thinker, but also a master of disguise." Aiden explained.
"But, Sandra's disguises don't fool me." Sara said as she crossed her arms.
"Hm? How can you tell?" Vincent asked.
"I can see through Sandra's disguises." She said.
"See through?" Vincent looked at her in confusion.
"I mean I can tell it's her. When she tried to trick me while using a disguise, I knew it was her." Sara said.
"No, no, I-I know. It's just..." Vincent ran his hand through his hair. "I-I'm sorry... I-I'm just really confused right now..." He said. Scott hugged him. "Basically, what she's trying to say is that she can tell it's Sandra because she can see through her disguise. She has our appearances up to the tiniest detail, but some things are off about it. Particularly, the disguise of me. You see, I have this birthmark on my neck and you guys would recognize me because of that." Aiden explained. "Yeah, but, anyone could have a birthmark on their neck." Fritz said. "Yeah, that's true. But, anyway, Sandra must have tried to replicate it using concealer, but... We could tell that it's concealer." Aiden said.
"Yeah." Sara said.
"Well, now that you mention it, it does kinda make sense." Vincent said. "And also, she can't replicate our personalities. You know Mike makes these bad puns, right?" Aiden said. The others nodded. "Well, if Sandra were to disguise herself as Mike, we might expect her or in that case, "Mike" to make some sort of bad pun. When she fails to make a pun, we automatically know that it's her. If she were to disguise herself as Fritz, we would know that it's her because she wouldn't eat as much sweets as Fritz usually does. If she were to disguise herself as our boss, she would have to take role of the boss of the pizzeria which is a really big job for her. Plus, we would expect him to do some sort of perverted action. If she doesn't do anything that might relate to our boss's personality, we would automatically know that it's her." Aiden explained.
"Aiden's right." Sara said.
"You're right! So, the person that confessed to me about the murders... wasn't really Aiden at all! Thanks... That really makes a lot of sense now." Vincent said. "I-I'm sorry for accusing you wrongly." He apologized. "It's okay." Aiden said.
Sara felt a small hand grab her hand, she looked to see Brian.
"Is everything okay, Sara?" Brian asked.
Sara nodded at Brian.
Brian looked at Vincent. "It looks like the memories that Vincent's recovering have confused him." He said.
"Yeah, but, he still needs to get his memories back before the end of August." Sara said to Brian.
"Yeah. We don't know what Nightmare or the others will be planning. But, I'll help you guys the best I can." Brian said.
Sara smiled at Brian. "Thank you, Brian."
"You're welcome, Sara." Brian said, smiling back.
"Now, let's get back to Mike and the others." Sara said.
"Okay." Brian said. The others got back to Mike and the others as the police are taking Sandra to the car. "Hey guys!" Mike said, smiling. "Are you guys okay?" Vincent asked. "Yep. We're fine." Anthony said. "That's good." Scott said. He looked at Sandra. "So, I'm guessing she's gonna be in jail for about a year, right?" He said.
"I hope so, what she did to those children is unforgivable." Sara said.
"Yeah. It is. It makes me sick that a person would do such a thing." Scott said, clenching his fists.
"But, the good thing is that she's in jail now." Sara said.
"Yep. I hope she doesn't escape." Mary said. "She won't, Mary. It'll be okay." Mike said.
Sara's eyes turned normal, she looked out the window, now with her arms crossed.
"Man... There's a lot of stuff going on." Scott said.
"Yeah..." Sara said.
Scott put his hand on Sara's shoulder. "Don't worry. Everything's going to be okay. I'm sure we'll get Vincent's memories back before the end of August." He said.
"I hope so." Sara said.
Scott gave her a reassuring smile.
Sara smiled back.
"Whew... With everything going on, we almost forgot about the meeting!" Mike said.
"That's right!" Sara said.
"Well, we should probably get ready." Mike said.
Sara nodded in agreement.
The others cleaned up the pizzeria and got ready for the meeting. Vincent was sitting at one of the tables when one of the coworkers sat next to him. "I hope it won't rain." The coworker said. "Huh? Oh, yeah, you're right." Vincent said. "There'd be no point if it rained and you couldn't see it." The male coworker said. "Couldn't see what?" Vincent asked. "What do you mean "see what?" It was your idea." He replied. "Mine?" Vincent looked at him in confusion. Amy started to panic. "This isn't good!" She said.
"Sir, please leave Vincent alone." Sara said to the coworker.
"Ah, sorry. I just wanted to remind him about the Mnemid meteor shower that he suggested." The male coworker said. "Mne-what?" Vincent asked, going further into confusion. "Ah, forget it. Sorry for bothering you." He said and left the table. Vincent sighed.
Sara blinked.
"What is he talking about?" Vincent asked.
"I don't know." Sara said.
Vincent shrugged. Then, Scott next to him. "Oh, hi Scott." Vincent said, smiling. "Hey Vincent." Scott said, smiling back. "So, Scott, I want to ask you something." Vincent said. "Hmm? What is it?" He asked. "One of the coworkers... talked to me about this meteor shower I supposedly planned. I have no idea what he's talking about." Vincent said. "Oh, right. You must be talking about the Mnemid meteor shower. It's said that those who see it with etch wonderful memories into their hearts." Scott said. "Wow. That's actually really cool." Vincent said. "So, I think maybe seeing the meteor shower may trigger some more memories." Scott said.
"Yep." Sara said.
"I think it could work." Vincent said. Scott smiled and held his hand. Vincent blushed. "Again... Him holding my hand... Why does it feel so familiar?" He thought. Then, Nigel came into the room. "We're all here. Now, I'd like to begin our meeting concerning the island trip this weekend, August 4th. In order to improve relationships among the staff of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, I planned on bringing us together under one roof. But, well, let's leave out the serious talk. Everyone, please enjoy yourselves." He said.
"We will enjoy ourselves, sir." Sara said.
Everyone started clapping. "I hope I get more of my memories back on this trip." He thought. Later, everyone left the pizzeria to go home. Vincent, Scott, Sara and Amy were walking home. "That was quite a crazy day, but it looks like we made it out okay." Amy said. "But, there's so much I don't know. It might be inevitable that everyone thinks I'm acting weird." Vincent said. "At the moment, the rest of your coworkers are particularly dangerous. They look like they suspect something." Amy said. Vincent sighed. "Oh yeah, it might be a good idea to ask more questions that could give us hints about your memories." Amy suggested. "That's right. It would be nice if I could." Vincent said. "I'm sorry. I said I would do my best, but it's not enough, is it?" Amy said sadly. "That's not true. It's a huge help having you here." Vincent said, smiling.
"Vincent is right, Amy. You're a huge help, and we're glad to have you." Sara said, smiling warmly.
Amy giggled. "I'm happy that you two said that. But we can't seem to recover any helpful memories." She said. "You're right." Vincent said as he walked into the road. He suddenly heard the car honk. He turned around and saw a car coming towards him. "Watch out!" Amy shouted as she got to front of Vincent to try and protect him, but Scott grabbed Vincent's wrist and pulled him out of the road. "Are you okay, Vince?!" Scott asked. "Ah! Y-Yeah." Vincent answered shakily.
"T-That was close!" Sara said.
"It's dangerous to space out like that! Who knows what would have happened if I wasn't there." Scott said, worried. "I-I'm sorry." Vincent apologized. Scott hugged him. "I'm just happy you're okay." He said. Vincent hugged back. "Thank you for saving me." He said. "You're welcome. I'd do anything for you." Scott said, smiling. That sentence struck Vincent as familiar. He could have sworn that he heard Scott say it before. He pulled away and smiled, but he saw something out of the corner of his eye. He looked and saw Amy. "You're that..." Scott said. Amy was surprised. "C-Can you see me?" She asked Scott. He nodded.
"I'm surprised that Scott can see her..." Sara thought.
"But, how can you see her?" Vincent asked. "I-I don't know." Scott replied. "Could it be... that you might have a pure heart?" Amy asked. "A... pure heart?" Scott asked. Amy nodded. "Because of your commitment to bring back Vincent's memories and the promise you made to protect him, your heart must have become pure enough for you to see me." She said. Scott remembered Kevin saying that he has someone with him back at the pizzeria. "Could it be that Kevin has a pure heart too?" He asked. "Yes. My younger brother has a pure heart because of his commitment to save lives." Amy answered.
"Wait..... I remember you, Amy." Sara said.
Amy looked at Sara. "You do?" She asked.
"Yes, I do." Sara said.
Amy's eyes widened. "I remember you too. You were the puppet that got killed by Sandra!" She said.
"Yes, I am that puppet. It's been so long, Amy." Sara said.
"It's been so long too." Amy said, smiling.
Sara smiled back warmly.
Vincent and Scott smiled. "How is Kevin doing?" Amy asked.
"He's doing fine." Sara said.
"That's good." Amy said.
Sara smiled warmly.
Amy smiled back. Scott looked and saw that the walk light was on. "Hey look. The walk light's on. Looks like we can cross." Scott said.
"Yep." Sara said.
The others crossed the road and made their way back home.
Sara stretched.
Scott checked the calendar. "Well, it looks like the trip is tomorrow. Looks like we'd better get packing." Scott said.
Sara nodded.
Vincent got out his bags and started packing. "Do you need some help?" Scott asked. "Sure. That'll be great." Vincent said, smiling. Scott smiled back and helped Vincent pack his things.
Sara too was now packing. Until she heard a small giggle. She looked around, but, continued to pack all her things. Once she was done packing. She heard the small giggle again. Sara sighed. "Plushtrap, I know it's you. Come on out now." Sara said.
Plushtrap came out of the corner.
Sara looked at Plushtrap. "I see we meet again, Plushtrap." She said.
"I can say the same thing to you, Sara." Plushtrap said.
Sara smiled warmly at Plushtrap.
Plushtrap smiled back.
"I'm sorry if I'm asking, but, why are you here, Plushtrap?" Sara asked.
"Oh, uh, Mari told me to keep an eye on Vincent to see if he's not in any danger." Plushtrap replied.
"I see." Sara said.
Plushtrap looked at Vincent. "How is he doing? Is he getting his memories back?" He asked.
Sara nodded. "Yes, we got some of his memories back. And he's doing fine." She said.
Plushtrap smiled "That's good." He said.
Sara looked out the window. "I just hope we don't lose Vincent and Springtrap before the end of August..." She said.
Plushtrap put his hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry, Sara. Everything will be okay. We'll do whatever we can to protect them." He said.
Sara smiled at Plushtrap. "Thank you, Plushtrap."
"You're welcome, Sara." Plushtrap said, smiling back. "Alright. That's everything. Everything's ready for tomorrow." Scott said. "Are you excited?" He asked Vincent. "Yep! I'm excited." Vincent answered, smiling. "Alright. I'm just gonna go to my house for a bit to pack up my things. I'll be right back." Scott said, going to the front door. "Be careful, Scott." Vincent said. "I will." Scott said, waving. He went out the front door and walked to his house to get his stuff. Vincent smiled. "I'm glad you're here to help me." He thought. He went back upstairs and saw a little boy beside Sara. "Huh? Who is this?" Vincent asked. "Oh. I guess you don't remember me. My name is Plushtrap. You can say I'm a miniature version of Spring Bonnie." Plushtrap answered.
"Mari sent him to make sure nothing bad happens to you, Vince." Sara said.
"Oh. That's really nice of you, Plushtrap." Vincent said, smiling. Plushtrap chuckled. "So, I heard you guys are going on a trip. Um, do you mind if I can come too?" He asked.
"Of course, Plushtrap." Sara said, smiling warmly.
"Yay!!" Plushtrap cheered, jumping up and down excitedly.
Sara giggled.
"Guys, I'm home!" Scott's voice called out. He came into Vincent's room holding his bags.
"Hey, Scott." Sara said.
"Hey Scott. Did you get everything?" Vincent asked. "Yep. I did." Scott said, setting his bags on the bed. He noticed Plushtrap. "Oh. Hello, Plushtrap." Scott said, smiling. "Sup." Plushtrap said.
"Mari sent him to make sure nothing bad happens to Vincent." Sara said to Scott.
"Oh, okay. That's really nice of you to do that, Plushtrap." Scot said, smiling. "Thank you, Scott." Plushtrap said, smiling.
Sara smiled warmly.
Scott yawned. "Well, I think we should get some sleep. We have a big day tomorrow." He said. "Okay." Vincent said. They both got ready for bed and climbed into their beds.
