Some say loneliness, it is a pain, that makes people crave for it more
I say loneliness, it is a reflection, and people, it's the only thing, it eats

It's your heart afraid of feeling, that never learns or grow
It's your mind afraid of hurting, that it never seems to take a chance
It's the one emotion who takes, that takes until you have nothing left
And the soul afraid of dying, that it never learns to live

When the darkness comes and all you hear is lightning
And you think that loneliness is only for people that ask for it
Just remember in the stars, far beyond  the sky
There is a village, within the stars, people are there to guide you
You can go there, imagine yourself there
