I felt bad about not trusting Roxanne but I had trust issues. The only person I unconditionally trusted was Rick and my family and Roxanne to some extent. Ugh this has got to be a sick joke. My close knit family had done well to hide our past. My great great great grand aunt's sister-in-law had been Rachel Dare but I only knew about her because we were not allowed to speak of her. I don't know what she looked like her name didn't come up anywhere at all. It was just frustrating. That's when I met Roxanne.

When we met I didn't so much as look in her direction. Then one day we were attacked by empousai. They had attacked me in particular. She got caught in the crossfire. We made it out alive making us friends. We promised we would never leave each other but our parents decided otherwise. I couldn't believe she was here after all this time and Gaea is ruining it big time. I rubbed my forehead, too many thoughts.

"Why'd Gaea ask us", I asked myself, "She's earth itself". I heard her story, she wasn't particularly bad, just a bad mother and an even worse wife. I mean anyone who orders their son to murder their father must be crazy. The story just creeoed me out. "Gaea what are you up to".
