The voice continued,"You six have been chosen to save the city, perhaps even the world"."What are you talking about?!The city is fine",the dark haired boy said,I think his name was Sebastian,but he looked uncertain."Do you doubt me?", she laughed bitterly,"Do you not see that the city is falling there is more crime and problems are arising. But it will only get worse" she continued. "Where do we fit in we're only teenagers after all",the redhead said." Chloe I think you know why",all eyes were turned on her."I..I..I...dddont know what you're talking about", she stuttered."No! You do know and I for one want to know too". I looked at the blond boy I just noticed the tiny scar on his lip,what was that about,"I know it's hard but we need to know what's happening", I reasoned."You have until tomorrow to decide whether to fight or sit back and watch your world crumble", she finished."Let's go home and meet tomorrow and figure this thing out",I suggested,"I don't know your names though or your numbers"."I'm Rick" the blond boy said,then pointing to the boy who had answered the redhead,"That's Cody and this dark haired devil is Sebastian". I looked at the girl,"What about you". "I'm Roxanne",she said quietly,"Here's our numbers",said Rick."Here's mine", said Roxanne. I said my goodbyes and looked at Chloe. She looked pretty shaken.at least we have only one more class till we go home.

The next day I went to school with Chloe,who seemed like she hadn't slept in days. She had a far away look on her face, like she was thinking about something that she wants to forget."When do you think we should meet the others?",I asked,trying to lighten the mood. She mumbled something under her breath then answered,"If I had my way we wouldn't think of agreeing at all. You have no idea who we're dealing with here"."Which is exactly why we were asking you for yet you never answered",I retaliated with a tinge of anger in my voice. I hurried to school leaving her behind me, what was up with her, almost as if she grew thirty years older.
Later that day I called Roxanne and the boys to meet me at the cafeteria. I looked out for Chloe hoping by some stroke of luck she would decide to come. I saw her about to leave and run to her."Chloe please. Why are you avoiding me?",I accused,"We're all trying to figure this out but we can't without you"."Fine I'll come but don't ask me to give more than I want to",she said reluctantly.
Sebastian waved us over,"I was starting to wonder if you would show up". We went over and tried to understand what had happened the day before."So are we gonna do this or not",Rick asked rather impatiently,"Cos I've got band practice soon". We stayed silent but I think we all knew the answer. "I see you have made your choice",an all too familiar voice said.
