Chapter 19: An adventure to?

LUCY'S POV

I did my normal stretches that morning, and had my breakfast. Everything i did was how my normal mornings usually go, that is, until a knock sounded at my door. Curious, i opened the door to see the other Sting standing there.

"Good morning, mi'lady!" he greeted cheerfully, "Are you busy today?"

I raised an eyebrow to question his sudden invitation.

"No, not that i have anything in mind. Why do you ask?" i replied.

"I was wondering, if you'd like to accompany and help me on my journey?" he asked, rudely sitting down in the living room when i didn't even allow him to. Huh, guess all Stings are rude, it seems.

"I wouldn't mind, but where to?"

"The Spirit World."

My eyes widened. What business does he have there? i mean, yeah, he's from a different dimension but does he really have to go to the Spirit World? AND WHY WAS HE SO CASUAL ABOUT IT?

"What for?" i asked harshly.

"Come on, you have to come. I'm trying to get rid of that spirit once and for all, or even, investigate her. You know who i'm talking about." he explained, running a hand through his hair. I plopped myself onto the chair beside him, sighing heavily.

"Well it can't be avoided. Just us?"

"Nope! Your ex-boyfriend is coming too!"

"Why?!"

"He has to, of course. Come, ready yourself so we can go to Sabertooth and then depart." said Sting, clapping his hands and shoving me into the bathroom. Uh, harsh much?! Sighing and mumbling myself, i began to grumpily change my clothes.

When i came out with my hair neatly combed, Sting laughed at my sour expression.

"You better fix your face, before Sting kisses you." he said, "You know damn well that he will do that."

"Ugh, fine." i said, trying to fix my face. I succeeded and then we both walked to Sabertooth. It was quite an awkward walk too. I never thought that i would be with Sting again, even though this one is from another dimension.

"Lucy-san!" exclaimed Rogue, as we entered the guild. Other Sting went to get Sting....uhhh D-Sting went to get Sting from his office. I stayed with Rogue.

"It's been a while." i said.

"Indeed it has. I see you're stuck with him either way." he laughed. I rolled my eyes.

"Trust me, you have absolutely no idea. And this guy is worst." i said, referring to how formal and stuff he was and quite rude too. I turned my head to the steps as two Stings walked down. Any other girl would have gotten a heart attack at the sight, i almost did.

"You could have told me, you jerk!" complained Sting.

"Excuse me for being busy. " said the other, winking when he said busy. I guess this got Sting very much agitated. D-Sting pushed his face closer to the other one and tried to irritate him more.

"Go away, weed." threatened Sting, as he shoved his partner's face into the railings. Man, why is he so harsh, to call his friend a weed! That hurts, i bet.

"Hey, this face costs your entire life force, got that?" retorted D-Sting, as he got annoyed. They both began to fight and i started to see them as Natsu and Gray themselves, fighting like idiots. I marched up to them and grabbed them by the collar.

"You guys, stop it!" i demanded, "You won't want me angry. My kick can hit a touchdown."

"It's true." said Sting, looking at the other.

"Now, let's go to the Spirit World. If i hear another word out of you two, i will exterminate you." i said, narrowing my eyes. They saluted. Leaving Rogue behind, i called out Virgo to get us celestial clothing, which will enable us to travel.

"Hime-sama, it seems you are two-timing? It's punishment time for me for allowing this." greeted Virgo.

"Two-timing? Interesting indeed." mumbled D-Sting.

"Virgo, it's very complicated. But...."

"Hime-sama, i also must apologise. It seems as though the promise spirit, whom we thought was defeated, returned and when she was troubling you, she trapped us so we could not aid you." said Virgo, bowing her head.

"It's okay, but we are going to look into this matter right now. Can you take us to the Spirit World?" i asked. She nodded her head and got us celestial clothing.

After changing, we were then sent to the Spirit World. It's been quite some time since i've been here. When was the last time again? Hmm....i can't even remember.

"Hime-sama~!" exclaimed Loke when he saw us all.

"Hi Loke, how are you?" i asked.

"Fine thank you, but there's a huge crisis right now." he said, getting serious. He turned to point at the ten zodiac spirits with a defeated expression. Of course, Virgo was with me and he was near me to. The throne, on which was Spirit King's, was empty.

"Don't tell me...." said Sting.

"That young witch got the King himself?" finished the other one.

"Yes. She is not strong enough to defeat him, but was somehow able to make him disappear....." said Virgo.

"I'm very sorry, Lucy-sama. We should have stopped her. Ebi." said Cancer, walking up to us.

"I have a feeling that he's trapped somewhere. To think he would be trapped by such a petty girl. Hmph! Hey, brat, you better solve this!" raged Aquarius. Ah. It's been a while since i've been yelled at like that.

While i was speaking with my spirits, eleven of them and D-Sting besides me, i noticed that Sting was missing and so was Loke. They didn't....

"I was saying, spirits and humans can't be in a relationship!"

"It doesn't matter! Being a spirit gives me the advantage of appearing whenever i want. At least i peeked at her in the bath already and saw more things you ever saw!"

"WHAT?!"

J-Just what are they fighting about?! Me? And Loke, he peeked on me? I'm going to punish him so good, and for Sting to get angry too! He's not my boyfriend anymore, so why should he still....nyahhh!

"BOYS!!!" I yelled. Their heads snapped in my direction.

"Princess?"

"Blondie?"

"Don't you lads think we should start our job now?" asked D-Sting, placing a hand on my shoulder, reassuring me that they wouldn't fight in front of him. Hmph. Loke seemed to remember and became serious.

"Yes, we should get started. Spirit King needs to be let out. And we should find that spirit too." he explained.

"Isn't there any way to get her? I mean, she's in the Spirit World, right?" i asked. He shook his head.

"Nay, for this world is vast. She could also hide somewhere." butted in D-Sting, using his formal language all over again.

"So where do we start?" i asked.

"Hmm.....i think i have a plan. But first, you might have to hold down that blonde over there because he may not agree." said Loke, as Sting tilted his head in confusion.

STING'S POV

What did that lion hybrid mean by 'they have to hold me down?' What am i, a dog? I don't think so.

"What is this plan you speak of?" i asked, narrowing my eyes. Loke sighed and gestured at my hands. The maid woman got some big-ass heavy chains and wrapped them around my hands and feet, causing me to fall to the ground.

"WHAT'S THE BIG IDEA?!" I yelled.

"Hush now." warned my counterpart. Uh, bitch please. Acting all cocky there. I don't roll that way.

"The plan is, we use Lucy-sama as bait. We try to alert the spirit that Lucy is in this dimension and that she and Sting 'are back together' and visiting here." explained Loke, "Then, we catch her."

"Hold up, you expect me to go with that?" i asked.

"That;s why i had them tie you down. Lucy, your thoughts?"

"It's a good idea, especially because she would be brought out if Sting and i are supposedly together again." she said, tapping her chin thoughtfully. Hmm, at least she didn't reject me.

"I'm sorry, no matter how how much i love you and your little friends, i can't agree with that plan. At all." i said stubbornly, "If you're going to be bait, forget it."

D-Sting walked up to me and bent down so that his mouth was close to my ear.

"Now now, here's a deal. You get to be with her, right?" he asked, smirking. And he got me there at 'get'. Well, i mean he is right. I do get to be with Lucy and all....

"Sure no problem, i'll go with it. But if that twat harms one hair on Lucy i'll take you out first, Mr.Tiger!" i warned, glaring at Loke. My attitude changed quickly, it seems.

"What's with the sudden change of heart?" mumbled Lucy.

"I am not a tiger! I am a lion! Ugh, how many times do i have to tell you people that? Gosh." fussed Loke. He sounded like a girl on her period with an extra bottle of hot and spicy. If Lucy ever got like that i don't know what i'd do.

"Good. Lucy, Sting, you know how to act. You can do it wherever you wish." said D-Sting. Lucy walked to another area, it was like moving from one street to another except that you either have to jump down or climb up to get to that place.

After much walking, Lucy settled with a place that looked romantic enough.

"Here is fine, right?" asked Lucy.

"As long as Hime-sama does her job and gives me punishment." said Virgo, bowing her head. The spirits left and hid somewhere where even i can't sense or detect them. They're good.

"I'll go and broadcast that you two are together again. The spirit will be bound to hear it." said Loke, disappearing. Lucy sat on one of the benches, staring long and hard at me. I was beginning to regret being alone with her, who knows what she would do to me.....

"We're dating again, why won't you be near me?" she asked, pretending as if we were never broken up.

"It's not like that." i said, sitting beside her and hesitated putting an arm around her. She could murder me.

"So then what is? Are you staying away because there's someone else?" she asked innocently. God damn, she's good. Her eyes got bigger and teary-eyed. I always knew she was a good actor though.

"No no, never! I'll prove that you're my only girl." i said, letting the words fly out my mouth. Although it was pretend, her cheeks got hot and tinted. I leaned in, about to kiss her.

Make believe or not, i was kissing those sexy fine lips.

As i was about to kiss her and she didn't try to push me away....you'd never guess what happened.

"HEY YOU TWO!" yelled a high pitched voice, as the Queen of Bitches herself flew down from heaven. Lucy jerked back, and tried to ignore what just happened, but she was terrible at hiding it. We were....we were about to kiss and yet......WE WERE STOPPED!

"You little stupid ass bitch i ain't fuckin' with you!" i yelled towards the spirit.

Lucy gave me a 'what' look. Oh, them words just came out. But hey, i sounded badass either way. The spirit, who obviously seemed insulted, glared at me.

"What do you mean by that?! You're the one meddling in my business!" she retorted. My eyes twitched under a sudden impulse, and i had the urge to give that girl a bitch slap. Seriously. My hand was aching to meet her face too. My foot as well. A bitch kick.

"For your information, " i said, sounding like a girl, "Imma tell you that your business was never yours. You're the one meddling in something that was never part of yours in the first place."

"You know absolutely nothing!" she yelled.

"Are you two really going to fight with words...?" asked Lucy, rubbing her temples.

"Oh sorry, Blondie. But this girl don't understand, that if Lucy had the nerve to break that promise to be with me, i know that she must have really wanted to regret that promise." i said, my words hitting Lucy deep, referring to the promise she made to the spirit in the past where if she got a boyfriend, the spirit would destroy him.

"Sting...." she murmured.

"If you believe you can meddle in true love, then you're messing with the wrong person. If Lucy tried so hard to break that promise, then i will fight to protect her if it was for me. Got that? Bitch?" i said, my voice booming. The hoe didn't even reply.

Wait. why am i calling her a hoe? How can.....you know what, i'll stick to calling her a femae dog instead.

"And even though i was supposed to fight so hard, i ruined things either way and i regretted it all, because it was my fault. I would normally try to blame you for erasing her memories, but i can't. It's my fault that she's hurt now. Now, get ready." i said, having a small surge of magic on my right hand.

"Wait!" echoed a heavy, old voice.

"Spirit King?" asked Virgo.

"You're telling me to wait, well i'm sorry pops but i can't do that. I must deal with her right here, right now, for causing Lucy so much pain and hardships." i said, determined. I walked closer to the spirit, determination etched into my eyes.

"Sting! Please just......just......teach her a lesson for me!"
