BaekHyun got up and went to open the door, but not even a minute after, he came back into Eunmi's bedroom.

''Someone is looking for you'' BaekHyun looked nervous, knowing the relationship between Eunmi and her visitor. On the other hand, Eunmi was confused on who the Hell could search for her. She got up, and went to see the person who was waiting her on the other side of the door.

And damn, she was surprised when she opened that door.

''Dad?''

''Yes, me. I bet you didn't expect that'' Eunmi's father seemed too angry for anyone's good. How did he know that Eunmi was there? She didn't tell him, and she is sure her uncle didn't neither, since her uncle and her father don't talk to each other even if their lives would depend on that.

''No... how did you..?'' Eunmi was about to ask her father what was he doing here, but he didn't let her finish her sentence

''You'd better have a good explanation on why you are breaking someone else's marriage. Your best friend's marriage, actually. Shin-young helped you so much, and that's how you thank her? Run away from Korea when you hear about the marriage only to steal her husband right after they signed their divorce? Is it fun for you to play as the mom of that child?'' by the end, Eunmi's father was already yelling

''I didn't steal anything! And if there is someone playing ''mom'' that one is that whore you married to after my mom died'' Eunmi couldn't hold back her tears anymore. BaekHyun was standing in the kitchen's doorframe, watching the scene before his eyes. He wanted to come in between them, but that would only make the situation worse.

''You know what miss? Tonight you will come and have dinner with me and your.. my wife'' Eunmi's father said as he stormed out of the apartament.

''JUST FOR YOU TO KNOW, I WON'T COME'' Eunmi yelled at now the closed door. BaekHyun hugged her from behind.

''Shh, don't be like this. Just have dinner with him and tell him how the situation really was. I would come too, but not only would that piss him off, but i also have to take care of my daughter...'' BaekHyun sighed

''No. I won't go''

''Yes, you will. Look, let's go and take Eunji from my mother's place. Then we come back, and we'll see what you could wear tonight. After all, you are a CEO now. We could also practice a speech about what that snake actually did to all of us'' BaekHyun was hugging Eunmi close.

''Ok.. fine. But only because you said so. I don't want to be near my father or that witch of his wife for too long'' Eunmi sighed

Eunmi waited in the car as BaekHyun went to take Eunji from his mother. She really didn't want to go to that dinner. But she knew that she had to sort things out with her father, once and forever. She used to get along well with him. That before her mother died and he just married another woman. That stupid woman. And her stupid son. Her father's second wife had a son from another marriage, and, as if to make the situation even more miserable, her step-brother was always praised as the best child ever. Tsk.

BaekHyun came with Eunji sleeping in his arms, and after he made sure she is safe in her car baby chair, he took the driver's place.

''My mom already fed her, so she will probably sleep at least for an hour from now. So it is time to take care of you and that dinner tonight''

''Yeah.. i am not looking forward to it at all''

The rest of the road back to BaekHyun's apartament was filled with BaekHyun and Eunmi bringing back memories from their college years, trying not to laugh to loud, because that would have woken up the baby sleeping peacefuly.

''You look good like that'' BaekHyun said, looking at Eunmi as he was holding his daugher in his hands

''I don't want to look good at all for that dinner. Why should i dress up good for them?'' Eunmi was acting like a little child

''You don't dress up like that for them. You dress like that for yourself. After all, you have become a CEO, and that isn't thanks to them. So why not shove that fact down their throats while you look gorgeous?'' BaekHyun winked at Eunmi, which just laughed in return

''After all these years, you are still the same. Throwing compliments, making people feel better and all'' Eunmi smiled

''Yeah, sadly i wasn't lucky enough to get the right person to make me happy from the first try'' BaekHyun sighed

''What?'' Eunmi raised her eyebrow

''Look Eunmi... i.. i think i told you that i actually had a crush on you. But then Shin-young confessed, well, using what you wrote in your diary which was an ass move, but anyway i gave her a chance. When i discovered your diary, which by the way was a stupid move from Shin-young not to burn it while she had the chance, i felt so bad for not confessing when i had the chance. But you already were in Japan, and i felt horrible.'' Baekhyun started.

''Well, we already talked about it with the other boys, Baek. What is in the past, remains in the past'' Eunmi said as she was trying a pair of earrings

''The problem is that... that crush didn't remain in the past. I was so happy when i saw you again, and not only because you were one of my best friends. But because i never actually stopped liking you. I still like you, Eunmi'' BaekHyun finally confessed, leaving Eunmi speechless. ''Look, i won't blame you if you don't feel the same anymore. I think i broke your heart back then, even if i didn't know that. But i just.. i didn't want to repeat my mistakes from the past. I just wanted to get it off my heart. I don't want this confession to ruin our friendship and all but-'' BaekHyun wasn't able to finish his rant because of Eunmi kissing him.

''At least you aren't the only one'' Eunmi smile, making BaekHyun smile too.

''I know that this isn't maybe the best situation to ask you that, especially since i have my daughter in my hands right now, but.. do you want to give us a try? As in, girlfriend and boyfriend? If it is too soon we can go on some dates then i will ask you again if you want to be my girlfriend'' BaekHyun asked, a little shy (which is so not like him)

''I don't think that we can afford losing more time than we already did. So my answer is yes, i do want to be your girlfriend'' Eunmi kissed him once again. They broke the kiss when Eunji suddenly started crying

''I am going to change her diaper while you fininsh your make up and other girls stuff like that. Anyway, i talked to SuHo. If you feel like you dont want to be at the dinner anymore, just give him a message and he will come up with some emergency situation'' Baekhyun said and went to change Eunji into his room, the wide smile clearly visible on his face.

Finally, after all those years. Finally, together as a couple.

Before leaving the apartament, Baekhyun gave Eunmi a long kiss.

''Yeah, sure'' Eunmi rolled her eyes

''Eunmi? Is that you? Oh my God how much you have changed'' her father's wife came to hug her. Anyway, Eunmi didn't hug her back. She doesn't care that the witch helped her father get over her real mother's death. That woman was evil. She was the reason Eunmi and her father weren't close anymore.

''Come and sit'' her father said, and when they made it to the table, Eunmi noticed that her step brother was also there. Not only that, but there was another guy standing beside him too.

''Hi'' Eunmi said coldly

''Hi'' her step brother answered, not even looking at her. The two hated each other. Anyway, who was that other guy?

''Hello. I am Kibum, nice to meet you'' he smiled. He seemed nice, too nice to be friends with her step brother (her step brother's friends were all dicks)

'I am Eunmi'' she smiled back at him, only because she didn't want to seem like a bitch to a stranger

''Oh, Eunmi. I see you finally met Kibum'' her step mother aka witch aka the worst woman to ever exist (she could fight with Shin-young over that title though) smiled

''Eunmi, you and Kibum are going to marry each other'' her father said
