So go out there and buy a new instrument. Even tho in the end you only now how to play that one song everyone knows how to play because its easy and only has like three chords.

Swim in the ocean at night. Even tho you, really more sooner that later, notice how fucking cold that is and how creppy the ocean is because of all the animals in there. Do you ever think about the fact that there are so many creatures that will never be discovered because of how deep and large the ocean is? What the fuck is down there? Is it going to try to eat you as a midnight-snack?

Work your way through your tbr list on your bookshelf before buying the next book. Don't think about the books you will never get to read because there are just too many out there. And they don't stop comming. Maybe you are missing out on the best book in the world just because you read your tbr list instead of buying more books. Or miss it because you pick the one with the flowers on the cover instead of the one about two lovers in the Trojan War.

Text your friends. Even tho you could just bother them to death because you just keep texting them and don't take the hint that they want nothing to do with you. You just seem to never shut up.

Lastly

Fall in love. Even tho love is scary. Its unpredictable. Its going to leave you exposed and vulnerable. It's gonna make you question every decision you ever made in your life and it's gonna make you wonder if you deserve it at all.

Or dont. 

Because i can't tell you what to do and anxiety shouldn't either.
