The concept of love is strange.

The thought of presenting yourself to someone in such a bare way, hoping for their mercy, for their love is one of the scariest things I could ever imagine.

Proposing to them everything you have without the certainty to come back from it whole and uninjured doesn't quite make sense to me yet.

Being so helpless and lost seems like a great danger to me but you make it sound like the most beautiful and wholesome thing in the world.
