there is beauty in something as dangerous as fire

its corrupt and restless like a heart that is grieving

it has a certain pride that it carries around

moving in small waves

bright as the sun, it leaves dark paths reminding of the night sky

fire is quick and merciless

flexible as it undresses the truth while burning

inches away you can feel its heat  while the building collapses around you

 but it can also keep your body warm on a cold winters night 

fire will protect you from baneful animals 

it will keep you company

it will keep you safe
