We're back in the car.
That was an amazing date.

I was buckling my seatbelt when I heard a cat noise.
Or am I just imagining?

Joel comes in the car and buckles his seat too.
"Can you hear cat noises?"

I then ask him.
"The radio is playing so it might be the radio."

He says shrugging.
He then starts driving.

I nod and scroll through my phone.

*_*_*_* Joel's Pov *_*_*_*

We arrived at Lizzie's house.
As she was walking to her door.

I got the box and went after her.
"Hey Lizzie."

I say catching up as she turns around.
"What's that?!"

She says in excitement.
I smile.

"It's a gift for you. I know you never had one. And You love these. So yeah. Open it!"

I say giving it to her.
She holds is and opens it gently.

"Meoowwwww."
The black and white cat meows.

It is so small.
"OMG!! A CAT. THIS IS THE BEST GIFT EVER!"

Lizzie says yelling and putting it down to the ground.
She then hugs Joel. And kisses him.

He also kisses back.
They soon pull away and bring the cat inside.

"Hi Mom! Hi Dad!"
Lizzie says. As I wave Hi.

They say Hi and see the box.
"What's inside the box?"

Lizzie's Dad asks.
"A kitten!" Lizzie squeals as she brings out the small kitten.

"Awee how adorable!"
Lizzie's Mom says.

I smile.
"Thank you Joel!"

Lizzie shouts again.
I nod and she gives me a hug.

"That's adorable. Did you have fun Lizzie?"
Lizzie's Dad asks.

She nods and says.
"I had a great time!"

"That's great to hear. But I need to get going now. See you tomorrow babe. I love you."

I say giving her a peck on the cheek and hugging her and her parents.
I then left and went home.

I happily take my kitty up to my room.
I place him down with all his stuff too.

I don't know what to call him.
Or her. Idk. Is this a him or a her?

I need to ask Joel.
I then text Joel if it is a him or a her.

He replies with a him.
I give him the thumbs up emoji and thank him.

He send me the winky face with hearts.
"No problem." Awee. He's so sweet.

I start smiling like a goofball when my sister comes in my room.
"Hey Lizzie! How was th--- KITTYYYYYY!!!!!!"

She says in the middle of finishing her sentence.
She then gently caresses the kitty and hugs it.

I smile and ask her what should I call it.
"Come here buddy. Awee you little cutie."

Maddie continues petting him ignoring my question.
"Awee. Come here buddy. I have some snacks for you."

She says giving her a bit of his pet canned food.
I smile and thought of the name.

"BUDDY!"
I shout as Maddie looks at me strangely.

"Buddy?"
She asks raising her eyebrow.

"Buddy is the name of the kitten!"
I say clarifying.

She then says. "Oohh" while making an O shape with her mouth.
"That's an adorable name. Very original."

Maddie tells me giggling.
"Well tell me. Is your name original?"

I ask her giggling.
"No it isn't but I am unique."

"Says who?"
I ask her laughing.

"MEANIE!"
She shouts and goes out of my room.

I love making my sister mad.
