Once we arrived to SWHS, we linked arms and strolled into the gym together. Couples were dancing to the band that was currently playing awesome pop songs. I looked to my left to see a man taking photos of couples.

    I nudged Ethan to get his attention.

"Hey, wanna get our picture taken?" I asked happily as I laced my fingers into his and we swung our arms back and forth.

"Sure." Ethan agreed as he offered me a comforting and reassuring smile as we walked over to the man.

I examined him closely and noticed that his hair was gelled in a wave-like form. I loved that style on him so much. I was about to comment on it but soon it was our turn for our picture to be taken.

"Hello, five dollars please." The man greeted as he motioned for one of us to hand him the money.

"Okay." I replied, swiftly handing him five dollars, waiting for him to take our picture.

We stood in front of the back drop and smiled, the picture turned out really cute. All of a sudden I heard my name being called from a distance. I spun around trying to spot the person who wanted my attention,

"Bri?" I asked as I pivoted around to see my beautiful best friend. She had a long white dress with sequins lined down her chest and down to her hips. She had a lot of mascara on, but she looked absolutely stunning.

"Linny!" Brianna shrieked, hugging me as Will and Ethan began talking together while Brianna and I were prattling ourselves,

"Hey! Oh my god, Will asked you to homecoming?" I realized, smiling as I grabbed her wrist.

"Yeah!" She explained, leaning her head on Will's shoulder. He flinched for a millisecond when she did so but soon he was fine when he realized it was just Brianna.

Will bid Ethan goodbye and headed to the main dancing area of the gym. She waved goodbye to me and then joined Will in dancing as well.

"Alright, for all you couples out there, now it's time for a slow song." The man announced on the stage holding a guitar in is arms, starting to strum slowly.

" Linnea Clementine, may I have this dance?" Ethan asked turning to me, holding his hand out in front of him.

"Yes!" I exclaimed grabbing his hand as we began to dance slowly together, in a good pace.

We danced perfectly. I gazed into his chocolatey eyes and he gazed back at me. I slowly leaned my head in and he leaned in his. Soon I could feel our lips touch and then we kissed. I stepped back smiling and brushed his brown bangs to the side.

"I just love you." I added as I blushed nervously, hoping that aim wouldn't mess up my foot movement.

"Me too, if only this could last forever." Ethan sighed looking at his feet at the same time I did.

I smiled sadly but then hugged him again before we walked over to the concessions and grabbed some punch and snacks.

"Well, let's just make the most out of the last few hours of Homecoming." I smiled, taking a glass of punch and a handful of candies.

"That seems like a good idea to me." Ethan smiled, grabbing my left hand as he swung our arms back and forth.
