Today Kevin comes home again. I am incredibly happy to see him totally healthy and well... alive. Chris comes back today and now I have a lot of things to figure out. I am going to ask Kevin to tell me everything. I dont care if he can't,  he has no choice and he will have to tell me the truth because I ain't dealing with this shit. It's been 10 years and now I am done with this. I heard the doorbell ring and here he was Chris and my two lovely doggos. Leo and Murphy jumped on me as they saw me. I love dogs ugh they are so precious. I saw chris and he hugged me tightly. Well that's very unlikely of him he usually just comes and tells me how ugly I have become. But I see him all concerned and all. Hmmm...interesting.

"I am so proud of you Vero, you took good care of Kevin and now see him he is all healthy and all. I can't believe how strong and bold you have become. I love my kiddo."

"I love you chris but you gotta stop acting like my mom."

*eye roll*

"WHATEVER WHERE ARE MY GIFTS? IF YOU DIDNT GET ME ANYTHING, LEAVE. GET OUT." I said and scanned the bags with my eyes.

"YOU GOLD DIGGER! WAIT A BIT!!" We both started laughing and then I thought I'll tell him everything that has happened. Kevin will be discharged in the evening so we can discuss everything over a cup of coffee.

Later that evening

Kevin had already come to the house and we were having dinner. He promised to tell me everything after the dinner. I love how I feel like I am having dinner with my family. Yes, this is my family. A bit later Chris and I cleaned the table and went to the guest room where kevin was. We all sat down and Kevin looked into my eyes

"That night, the men broke the window and entered the house looking for you."

"For me? Huh?"

"They wanted to kill you."

Huh?
