The sky shined brightly, Blight-Star City boomed with people, the city was large, vast and filled with Keyblade Wielders.

Masters and their Students walked the streets checking out the world.

Ships and keyblade vehicles zipped in and out of ports scattered around the large city.

Off to the side of the city rose a bell tower.

From the top, one could see everything it was one of the tallest buildings, right behind the Castle and walls, it rose above everything else.

On said bell tower stood its keeper, a younger newer keeper, still under the apprenticeship of their master. There stood a girl, rather tall, who was tanned with light blonde hair, and brown eyes.

"Dania!" An older man's voice called to his apprentice, the girl turned fast, face red "Yes Master Pobstein..?" Her voice small.

(L.note: pronounced "Pob-Stein")

A man in his late 40s walked out, he was short for a man his age, but only slightly taller than Dania. He had brown hair, littered with grey, his eyes were tired, but still bright, they where a shade of ocean blue.

The man took a deep sigh, and made his way over to the girl, who had been looking out over the city.

"Beautiful, isn't it?" He spoke quietly. "I used to do this all the time when I was your age, and my master hated when I did!" He leaned over to her, and whispered "that's why I'm letting you do it, so I can just rub it in to him" he giggled to himself, and Dania joined in.

The two would sit there for hours, telling bad jokes and catching up on the news of the day.

No one else lived in the old bell tower, just Master Pobstein and his apprentice Dania.

They would have to ring the bell when the sun rose, at noon, and right before sunset. In the morning and night it was needed most for the guards at the gate to know when to open and close it.

If one was outside when the bell rang, they have 10 minutes to get back, or they where forced to stay outside for the night.

With a city this large one must know it's rules.

1) Don't steal - those caught stealing will be tried.

2) Do not entire a home uninvited - those caught will be tried.

3) If one is caught in a crime, they may chose trial by heartless - fight.

4) Do not attack others - those caught doing this will be tried by heartless regardless.

5) One does not simple leave Blight-Star City.

6) Heartless and Nobody's are strictly not allowed in the city.

7) Murder is not allowed within city walls - outside the city is free game - ones caught in the city will by trial by heartless.

8) One NEVER interrupts, speaks to without first asked or leaves without permission to the King. - if caught one will be tried.

9) One NEVER entures the Castle without an invite.

10) Enjoy yourself in Blight-Star City! - We are watching.
