Note to Wattpad Readers

The final chapter has been posted, and the first draft of Lost City of the Sun is now complete! I'd like to thank all who read, voted, liked, or left comments or feedback. I hope you all enjoyed the tale. Writing, while solitary, is also a team effort. I couldn't do it without your support, feedback, and encouragement.

That said, the work is far from over. This is just the first draft, and I still have a lot of polishing and editing to do, and a short time to do it in. Because the premise of the story revolves around the mystery of Percy Fawcett, a century later, I'd like to have it ready to self-publish on Amazon through KDP by no later than May 2025, the 100th anniversary of Fawcett's disappearance, so I do have a self-imposed  deadline to meet. So, dear readers, the more eyes on this the better! All comments, feedback, suggestions, etc. are greatly appreciated. Please feel free to let me know what you thought of the story, what worked for you and what didn't, where improvements can be made, details clarified, and characters or scenes can be fleshed out.

Since the story is also a spinoff of my short story, Latitude Adjustment, I'm thinking of including that story at the end of the final, published version, as a bonus "origins" short story. If you'd like a peek into Skip and Nusiri's relationship in the beginning, during the Adventureland days, you can read the tale here on WP for free. Just check my author profile page. It's also included in my Passport to Adventure short story collection, available on Amazon (full version) or here on WP (shorter version.) Oh, and that line at the end of Chapter 33, that Skip says to Zane – that's a quote from my own short story, Passport to Adventure, the title story in the collection. Check it out!
