There was only a week left until Luna and Pelle had to travel to another country for their college work to get their degree. However, receiving a miraculous was like a new path for them but also needed more experiences to be superheroes with the help of Ladybug and Cat Noir.

Pelle makes a promise to be there for Luna whenever Chloe gets selfish and out of control by insulting Luna's makeup and fashion taste. Luna also made sure Lila didn't make lies to his old friend Jim Murphy again. Both don't see how Lila has no therapy to go to and tries and give up on being a liar but she never wants to.

In his hotel room, Pelle lay on his bed while Trunkk ate a chocolate bar.

"You gotta admit that having a friend changed your life. What if being a superhero is bigger than your college life?" Trunkk asked before belching.

"Yes. But it's a great struggle in balancing your life" Pelle said.

"Yeah. With the secrets and such" Trunkk said.

"I'm a young adult and maybe someday something might change my life. Cambodia, India, and Thailand are my favorite places that involve elephants. I never been to Africa but I do love Safari animals" Pelle said.

"Well, you should give it a try," Trunkk said.

"Except I can't. As soon as a week goes by, I'm heading to Spain. I'm sure gonna miss Luna too" Pelle said, sitting up.

"I understand" Trunkk replied.

"In the meantime, I hope the Parisians should know we are not the new superheroes of Paris. We are just learning from Ladybug and Cat Noir" Pelle said.

"You learned a lot from them," Trunkk said.

"Of course. Finish eating, bud. I gotta make sure Luna isn't having one of her anxiety moods again. Anxiety can be cruel when you enter to grownup age" Pelle heads out.

Luna was simply at the cafe designing her journal with her Polaroid photos she took to make memories in her journalistic style. Even staring at the Eiffel Tower.

"Photo s'il-vous-plaît?" She asked the waiter for a photo.

"Oui" The waiter takes a picture of her.

"Thank you" Luna thanked him.

"My pleasure. And welcome to Paris, Mademoiselle" The waiter said before handing her a coffee with the leaf art texture.

Luna sat down and drank some of the coffee, "I so wish I could move here to Paris. So much art and love here, Clawws" Luna sneaks a macaroon snack in her back purse for her kwami to eat.

"Yummy" Clawws ate it eagerly.

"Hey, Luna. Mind if I sit?" Pelle asked.

"Not at all, Pelle" Luna nodded.

Pelle sat on the opposite chair in front of her, "So, we both got akumatized but Ladybug gave us this....magical charm....to protect us from akumas. Heh, it does seem to help us overcome our traumas. I don't know how but it does" Luna said, holding her own.

"Yeah, I hope for sure it works," Pelle said.

"And París makes me feel like moving here too. The cafe, the romance, the art, and even the famous superheroes are like it has most symbols of what this city is as Paris in France. So far, I am bilingual in English and Spanish but I did take a few French lessons at college" Luna said.

"Well, I know only Swedish, English, French, and German from my mother's side" Pelle holds up each finger for the languages he knows.

"Heh, you know more of Europe than anyone when it comes to four languages. America is like a home for anyone to have" Luna drank her coffee.

"Yeah, Maybe I should move there. My friend Jim is American" Pelle said.

"Nice. Well, moving to Paris is a challenge when a terrorist is feasting on negative emotions. Hopefully, Ladybug and Cat Noir will find him and put an end to his tyranny. They did save New York and that's what made me come here to learn their world. What about you? What made you come to Paris? Besides your college work," Luna asked.

"Well for a new fresh start is one of them. Even that I could spread knowledge of endangered species in schools with the principal's permission" Pelle said.

"So like you will become a wildlife conservationist? Sounds like a hero to save endangered species from going extinct" Luna guessed.

"Yep. That and zookeeper" Pelle said.

"Awesome. I thought I could become a veterinarian but I decided to be a zoologist instead. I love animals except for creepy bugs like spiders and other bugs that bite nasty. Especially wasps that sting you so much. But I still see ladybugs as luck all the time. It's just bugs are not my taste" Luna said, finishing her coffee.

"I understand. Many see bugs as pests" Pelle said.

"Especially making millions of children every day. Anyways, we both love animals. I don't have a favorite but I do love dogs and cats" Luna leaves a tip but puts the cup on top of it so the money doesn't get blown away.

"I see. Well among my favorites are guinea pigs" Pelle said.

"I always confuse them for hamsters until I realize that guinea pigs are bigger than hamsters. I thought elephants were your favorite. I saw how you love them at the zoo so much" Luna said before walking with him.

"I have them too as my favorites. Mostly because they are unique" Pelle said.

"Heh, maybe you and Blu Tembo can help become saviors for elephant species" Luna chuckled.

"Perhaps" Pelle chuckled.

"Elephants don't live in Europe but I'm sure someday you'll build your own sanctuary. Maybe name it after Blu Tembo's honor" Luna said before entering the store for a souvenir.

"Maybe I will" Pelle shrugs.

"Heh, you both have too much love for elephants. Sometimes there's always a bond in friendship between humans and animals. Mi mama thinks I'm more of a wolf person because I love stars and the moon" Luna picks out a fridge magnet of the Eiffel Tower.

"I see. Well, guinea pigs can come for someone with an emotional need for cuddles" Pelle buys a cap.

"Especially dog therapists too" Luna buys Paris stickers for her journal memories.

"Heh, that too. Animals can sense human depression sometimes. I don't know. But it's like they can" Pelle said.

"Some animals are like great therapists for people. Even a horse" Luna said and bought a Cat Noir women's hoodie with cat ears and the logo saying "Cataclysm" on it.

"Meow" Pelle teased.

"Meow meow" Luna giggled.

"You look purrfect in it" Pelle joked.

"Thanks. I'm a big fan of Cat Noir" Luna said before heading to the cashier register.

"I understand" Pelle puts his cap on.

The two of them went to the Eiffel Tower to look over the city, having lunch on the lower level of the tower before going to Notre Dame to look inside it, seeing all the nice structures like the gargoyles on it. They even went to the Louvre and checked the exhibits again, seeing the Mona Lisa hanging there. They even went on a tour of the Seine River, but they made it obvious to others they were merely friends. They just met for less than a month right now. Relationships can be tough as adults, especially during high school graduation when it's time to build a new path. But Luna fully trusted Pelle to not betray her like her previous friend. This was why she vowed to learn and observe meeting a new friend whether they were good or bad. Like the example she learned from Lila who has no moral compass and is a pathological liar who only cares about herself for attention and only uses people for her benefits instead of learning to be honest. Luna never liked toxic relationships and that is why she's more comfortable around Pelle because he also hates liars and black lies because he cares too much rather than hurt people. He was also the first guy she had seen stand against Chloe.

Soon it started raining but they didn't care since rain can sometimes be joyful when there's water.

"Ah, well. Rain can be beautiful at times" Pelle took out his umbrella.

"Well, sometimes getting wet is what mi mana's home country is like when it comes to rainforest" Luna gets under the umbrella with him.

"Ah, the jungles can always be lovely in nature," Pelle said while walking with her.

"Yeah, I can imagine that," Luna said.

They came back to the hotel but they couldn't get past Chloe bullying them to dare and try to take the stairs like it's forbidden to them.

"My stairs are for rich people, tourists! No rich family, no service!" Chloe cackled.

"Stairs are simply stairs, Chloe. It's not a crime" Pelle crossed his arms.

"It's not like a trespassing zone," Luna said.

"She's right," Pelle said.

"I can call my daddy to banish you both!" Chloe threatened them.

"You can try but what this is called abuse of power. The more it becomes abusive, the more it turns into tyranny" Pelle said.

"The more you gain power, the less you have. You need to come to your senses one of these days. And trust me, being a narcissist is never a great path because you can lose everything in the end and you'll have no one to blame but yourself" Luna said.

"I don't care about your threats but you should care about learning how to respect people's rights. If you can't learn to treat people nice, well, it seems as though you're disrespecting your well being" Pelle said before putting his foot on the first step.

"Not another step!" Chloe warned.

"A stair is a stair, brat. Don't you dare try to intimidate us again" Pelle said before letting Luna take the stairs too.

Chloe fumed in anger, her face turned red from anger.

"Learn to respect your well-being or you'll end up with having nothing in life," Luna said before going past Chloe.

Pelle heads to his room, "That brat is getting on my nerves"

"Me too. But that's her way. She's always gonna view everyone as losers. Someday, I hope the mayor will come around when the time is right" Luna said.

"Yeah. He's been in power for too long" Pelle said.

"I see no narcissistic side in him. But still, I hope a new mayor will be a better one than this. Politics are something I don't like when it doesn't mean anything to help the city" Luna sits on the couch.

"I hope so too," Pelle said.

"Tell me what exactly happened that day you were akumatized. I had a feeling that Italian liar did something to you" Luba asked.

"She threatened to lie to Jim that I assaulted her," Pelle said.

"What?! That's extremely low. But Jim believes you, right?" Luna asked.

"Yes, he has known me longer than her," Pelle said.

"And he's well aware of who is a liar and who is not?" Luna asked.

"I mean who would listen to someone you hardly know?" Pelle said.

"Exactly. Plus, she's a minor, we are not. Well, basically we are still kids" Luna said.

"Yep. Me being 18 is one thing" Pelle said.

"And let's hope someday karma in the universe will come crashing down on her. We can't stop her but nature can. Depending on how far she'll go to the point that the more she lies, the more it destroys her life and well-being. Believe me, she's not taking care of her psyche if she continues to lie more. She definitely has no sense of morality" Luna said, since she observed how Lila was the cause of getting Pelle akumatized, not himself.

"I agree and the way you say with very insightful words, it's like you gained more experiences by being grown up," Pelle said, admiring her insightful nature.

"Thank you," Luna said.
