Chapter Thirty One-The Queens Deal
↬Chapter Thirty One-The Queens Deal↬

I only own Jade/Camilla and my ideas.
The Enchanted Forest was filled with many things. People, nature, animals, good things and bad things. Jade just so happened to fall under the bad things. She was never one to do the good thing, she killed because it was fun and found an interest in stealing off of anyone who dared to mess with her.
Snow White, on the other hand, was the complete opposite, she never killed and she only stole for her own survival to get away from Regina.
Yet somehow the two got along. They were opposites and they got along quite fine. Though the one thing of which was different about the two was one had their True Love by them on a daily basis while the other was ripped away from them completely.
Jade walked through the forest, alone. From time to time she would leave Snow and her True Love and wander through the forest alone. She liked being alone. It made her feel a little better about herself. Whenever she was round Snow and Charming, Jade had a sick feeling which built up within her stomach making her think of Peter and the pain of being apart from him.
As the female walked, her mind went into nothing but a dark abyss. The continuous thought of her last memory with Peter was all that played on her mind, she couldn't help but think of the pain of which she remembered from the event.
With her hood up and her mask covering her face, Jade did nothing but let out a small aggravate groan. From time to time she thought about getting back at the people which caused her pain but she always had a small part of her brain which told her not to.
What snapped her out of her thoughts was the unsheathing sound of swords. Jade lifted her head up seeing nothing but the Queens Guards surrounding her.
"Seriously? You all know that it'll end up with your dead body and not mine, right?" Jade questioned with a hint of annoyance in her voice.
"That's why I'm here instead. They're just here cause they're following orders." The Queen spoke as the guards split letting the Queen through
At the sound of her voice and the sight of her, Jade tensed up. The only thought of which seemed to flow through her mind was that her life was coming towards an end.
"If you're going to kill me, just do it already." Jade hissed as she stared at her.
A small laugh seemed to escape the Queen as she then proceeded to say, "You think I'm here to kill you?"
Jade shot her a confused look, "Yeah, it's kind of obvious. You've had wanted photos of me up, everywhere. You've always sent guards after guards trying to get me."
A small grin appeared on her lips as she said, "Dear, I wasn't trying to kill you, I simply wanted the guards to get you in order for us to talk. As for those wanted posters, it was a way of which I hoped would work."
Confusion was the only thing of which seemed to go through the thief's mind, "What do you mean?"
"Ah, not here." The Evil Queen simply responded.
At a flick of her wrist, the two of them seemed to be within the four walls of the Dark Castle. The first thought of which came to her mind was the fact that this was the place where her friends would want to be in order to take back the kingdom. Yet here she was, in the castle of which her friends want to be at.
Jade stared at the Queen in nothing but confusion, she always thought that the spell of which Rumplestiltskin and the Queen had done meant that she couldn't exactly be affected by magic; but she suppose that they made some limitations for when it came to the two.
"What do you want with me?" Jade spoke up. The thought of the Queens plan made her intrigued in what she wanted, she knew that Regina wanted something from her otherwise she wouldn't have wanted Jade to help her with the little tasks like with Jefferson. Well if Jade had to be honest that was one of the only tasks of which Jade helped with.
"Well, dear, I've come to the conclusion that we should work together, side-by-side. By joining me, you won't have to worry about people being nothing but mean towards you, instead you'll have some sort of respect." The Queen bargained.
Jade shot her a look, "I have got respect. People are scared of me, they don't get in my way and they know exactly what to give me."
Regina let out a small laugh, "You seriously think that you have their respect? They fear you, there have been multiple times where my guards have heard nothing but chatter about Shadow, the bandit who steals in the dark. Do you want to know what else they hear? The guards hear whispers on how Jade Stiltskin has gone soft, that she protects everyone, and that scares people, the people of this land are scared that Jade Stiltskin is just trying to get on Snow Whites good side so then you can kill her, leaving everyone wondering why the hell you killed her and what caused it. We both know that secretly Snow White and her dear Prince Charming don't trust you, they don't like the way that you kill, the way you hunt. They've done nothing but putting up a cover so that you wouldn't get suspicions."
Jade stood there, not really knowing what to say. She didn't know if she should believe what Regina was saying but a part of her was telling her that it was true and that she should believe Regina in what she was saying.
"Is that what makes you think that I'll go with you? Trying to convince me that the people don't like me where I already know that and to try to convince me that the two people who see me as a normal person, hating me behind my back?" Jade questioned as she shot Regina a look.
Regina didn't say anything, she knew that it would be hard for her to convince Jade to join her side, she knew that she would need a way to convince her to join her side. A small smirk of which seemed to appear on her face slightly as an idea seemed to float in the Queens mind.
"What would convince you to join me?" Regina asked suddenly.
Jade shot her a look of confusion before she shrugged with the following lie, "Nothing."
The smirk on her face grew as Regina proceeded to say, "What if we got your father involved? No, no, that's a bit extreme. What if it was your life against theirs? You don't join me, I'll find a way to kill you and your friends but if you do join me then everyone lives."
Jade stiffened. If there was one thing of which she knew, it was the fact that she cared more about her friends and her life more than anything else. Jade had always put her life on top of anything else, after all she hoped that there would be a way that she would find her brother in hopes to tell him that she was sorry. She always thought that her friends were one of her main priorities because they saw her as an actual human rather than a monster like others thought.
Jade glared towards the Queen who only shot her a small smirk. Regina had known that she had struck a nerve in Jade, normally by now there would've been a sarcastic remark but there was nothing but silence which filled their ears.
"IF I go with you, what's in it for me?" Jade questioned. The two main reasons to why she thought that it would be a good idea to go with the deal is for one, she wants to live in hopes to see her brother again and two, she doesn't want her friends to die.
"Well, you'll have a place to stay which would be a lot warmer than living in the woods, you'll have the privilege to be a helpful companion who would join me with many adventures. You'll be able to be yourself without anyone judging you." The Evil Queen explained towards the navy blue capped woman.
Jade didn't respond for a moment as she thought over the deal. If this would save her life as well as the life of her friends then its a plan to take. The one thing of which seemed to play on her mind was the reactions from Charming and Snow when they find out that she had sided with the Queen. Another thought seemed to play on her mind was her father, she wasn't too sure if her father was just all behind this as a way to get information of which she doesn't have about Baelfire.
A small sigh escaped Jades lips as she said, "If I go with you, promise me that one, you don't hand me over to my father, and two, don't hurt my friends or this deal is over."
"It looks like we have a closed deal, Jade." Regina responded with a gin on her face. She knew that threatening her life and her friends lives would have some sort of effect on her, but oh how did Regina know the actual effect on Jade.
"Good. If at anytime that you make me try and kill my friends the deal would also be over." Jade stated.
A groan escaped Reginas' lips as she huffed, "Fine."
A sudden thought ran through Jades mind as she quickly asked, "Does this mean that I'm going to change what I wear?"
Regina just gave her a look which suggested that it would. At a flick of her wrist, Jades cape changed to pitch black, her mask covered her nose and mouth, her outfit changed to a black leather pansuit with black just-below-the-knee boots. Her daggers seemed to be scattered around what she wore, there were daggers in her boots as some were attached to her legs. Her swords were at her hips while her bow and quiver of arrows were resting on her shoulders.
Jades eyebrows shit up in surprise as she looked in a mirror which was just resting against the wall. She stared at the outfit, it was similar to some of the things of which the Queen wore yet it was different to what she used to wear which was nothing but a skirt, blouse, cape and boots.
"I'm just going to be another version of you but without the magic." Jade commented.
As Jade turned around she noticed how Regina held up a small piece of paper and a pen as she seemed to hand it over to the bandit. Regina simply said, "Just to make sure that you don't go back on your word."
Jade rolled her eyes before she grabbed hold of the paper contract and the pen, signing her name on the dotted line. She knew that if she protested against it, Regina would end up finding a way to do so anyway. As Jade finished writing her name on the line, some sort of pain seemed to go up her arm, electrical power seemed to come from the pen. Jade dropped to the floor, passing out as soon as the pain seemed to appear.

Hours seemed to pass before Jade woke up again, a headache seemed to pound her brain. She weakly sat up before she looked around her surroundings, a small room with a bed in it. Jade looked towards the door to see that it had a small window which had nothing but bars across it.
At the sudden yet slow reaction of where she was, Jade rushed towards the door as she looked out the small window calling out, "Regina! Seriously?! Locking me in a cage?"
A small laugh seemed to appear as Regina stood in front of the door, "Sorry dear, it's only temporary, you'll only be in here when I know that you won't leave and run back to your dear friends."
"Regina, you know that I haven't told the others about the other times of which we've worked together. Plus I don't go back on my deals, we promised that I'll be your companion and I can't exactly help from in here, now can I?" Jade countered, she didn't want to be locked in a room alone, let alone a small room.
"Well, you'll be staying here till I have use of you so while you're here, get comfy." With that said, Regina walked off and out of Jades sight besides from the calls as Regina left.
