Chapter Sixty Seven-Kansas

↬↬↬

I only own Jade/Camilla and my ideas.

Between the fact that both Snow's baby was on the way and the fact that Camilla's heart was in the hands of Zelena, Peter was beyond pissed at the world. He knew that there was a possibility for someone to ask him to stay with Snow while she gave birth but there were other things that he needed to take care of, like trying to get Camilla's heart back to her. He needed to try and find a way to do as such that might not end up with him or her getting hurt. Though, he knew that there might be a chance that Zelena would use Camilla against him more.

He'd sent both Devin and Baz back to Snow's apartment to look after their son—he didn't mean to leave his child alone, but he felt that something was wrong and thought that there was a chance that if he brought their son it might be more dangerous. Though, both Devin and Baz was hesitant to going back home, knowing that they wanted to stay with Camilla, but Peter just teleported them away, not wanting to argue with either of them.

He took Camilla back to the hospital and he knew that there was a chance that Whale would tell him that she should have stayed here with "I told you so," and Peter really wasn't in the mood for that just as a whole. He knew that he needed her somewhere safe before he decides to play hero, he needed to get her heart back before anything worse happens. The last thing that he wanted to happen was for Zelena to force Camilla into murdering someone that she might not want to kill. He knew that it was something that she wouldn't want to do—unless provoked and done with her actually wanting to do it.

"What happened?" Whale asked, coming up to him.

Peter just shook his head. "I made her pass out. Zelena has her heart. I need to keep her here and I need you to make sure that she stays unconscious. There's a chance that Zelena will make her either kill someone or herself."

Whale looked as if he was going to say something towards that, like he was going to argue with Peter keeping her here and his demands. "We. . .we need restraints for her then."

Peter sighed just as he placed her on a bed that was pushed towards them, after putting her down, he waved his hand and restraints were put around her wrists and around her ankles, attached to the bed. Whale then went to roll her to a room, but Peter put up his hand then to stop him as he then ran his hands around her to make sure that she didn't have any daggers on her.

He took at least five daggers off of her and the surprised look written on Whale's face was something that he would have enjoyed if it weren't for the fact that he had to focus on the fact that he had to get her heart back to her. He needed to make sure that not only did she not hurt everyone else if she got out of what bound her, but needed to make sure that he got her heart out just so that she could make her own choices.

"Dr Whale," a nurse called out. "Mary Margret is on her way, she's about to give birth."

Peter tensed up at that. He knew what was going to happen the second that Snow gives birth. "Go." Peter told him. "Focus on Snow. I'll make sure that no one gets to Jade."

Whale nodded and not long after the nurse came and told them about Snow, they heard the sound of Snow yelling in pain. A nurse took over from Whale's side at Camilla's bed and wheeled her into a room, the minute that he entered the room, Peter twisted on his heel and threw his hands up and flicked up a defensive ward intended to keep people out and only letting him in while also making sure to keep her in. He needed to protect her and if putting up a ward to make sure of that then so be it, he wanted to make sure that he could protect her from herself in hopes that she doesn't hurt either herself or anyone else.

Another nurse came towards Camilla's room with something in her hand though paused for a moment when she took notice of the shimmer around the room. Peter stared at her and for a moment, there was a small part of him which thought that Zelena was already here, but he tried to dismiss such a thing, he knew that there was little chance that Zelena knew about Snow just yet.

"What is it?" Peter asked. He looked between the nurse and what she held in her hand. He wanted to be as cautious as he could, even if it meant asking everyone what they intended to bring her. He just didn't want the thing that he ends up giving her being the thing the thing that ends her. He wouldn't lose her once more, he wasn't sure if he would be able to survive if it were him that ended her life.

He could hear the stained pain in Snow's cry in the distance and he hoped that Zelena doesn't get her hands on their child. That was the one thing that he hoped more than anything. As much as he knew that he didn't want Zelena to get her hands on his son, he didn't want Snow and David's child to fall into her hands either. He didn't know what would happen to either of their children if Zelena got her hands on one of them. He just hopped that he could kill her before she did.

"It's just thiopental," the nurse squeaked out under Peter's harsh glare. "To keep her unconscious. That's what you wanted, right?"

Peter nodded. He put his hand out and through the barrier. "Give it to me." He looked round to the nurse who was in the middle of hooking Camilla up to keep check of her vitals. "I'll get the nurse that's in here to give it to her."

The nurse looked at him almost hesitantly but when the sound of Camilla groaning and stirring awake, it was enough for the nurse to drop it in his hand before running away, though the nurse played it off as if she were going to help Snow.

Peter just shook his head and turned towards Camilla and the nurse. Camilla's eyes opened and went to move her wrists but found that they were tied down with cuffs. She muttered something before trying to move her wrists again. Panic then filled her features then as she tugged and tugged against the cuffs which rattled against the metal on the bed.

"Peter? Peter, please!" Camilla begged. "Let me out, please." She looked around for him before her eyes then landed on him, the panic that was in her eyes was something that made him want to release her. But he knew that he couldn't, no matter how much he loved her, he knew that he couldn't risk the fact that there was a chance that Zelena was controlling her. "Peter, what? Why am I tied up? Pete?"

He looked at her sadly as he passed the nurse the syringe that the other nurse gave him. "Zelena has your heart, Jade. She tried to make you kill yourself, I had to put you out just so that wouldn't happen. You're tied up because I don't know what else Zelena would try and get you to do, she might try and get you to kill someone, and I know that you wouldn't want that unless it was done under your own judgment rather than someone else. This is for your safety and for the safety of everyone else."

She tugged on the cuffs on her wrists and on her ankles. "Peter, please. Just untie me, I swear that I won't hurt anyone."

He shook his head then. "As much as I want to believe you, Jay, Zelena has your heart and until I can get it back, I can't untie you. Just please trust me that I'm doing this for you. I know that you hated the killing that you've done, I don't want any more deaths to be hung over your head."

Between their conversation, the nurse put the medication in the IV, which seemed to have an effect on Camilla already. She tried to fight it, he could see the way that she was fighting against it and as much as Peter wanted to help her, he knew that this was the right thing to do, even if Camilla didn't agree to it, he knew that he was doing this for her own good.

"Peter," she whispered, "please."

He shook his head then. "I can't." He took her hand and squeezed it. "I just hope that you can forgive me."

Camilla's eyes closed then while she murmured something under her breath which he didn't catch, but he didn't care much. He sighed, hating himself a little on the inside. He knew that there was a chance that she won't forgive him—or she might—but he tried to convince himself that this was for the best, that he was doing this to protect her. He just needed time to make sure that he got her heart. He needed to protect her and if by doing this done exactly what he wanted then he might as well.

He then turned to the nurse who stepped back from where she originally was. "Stay here and make sure that she doesn't wake up."

The nurse didn't say anything and nodded. With that, Peter turned and left Camilla in the room. If he wanted to get Camilla's heart back, then he'd need some help. He knew that he needed someone distract Zelena and Gold while he went to find her heart.

He walked to where he heard Snow yelling from a while ago, though the one thing that he hadn't expected was to walk directly into a protective shield that blocked him from going any further. He groaned and rubbed his head, clearly he disturbed both Regina and Emma as they spoke.

"Pan," Regina greeted.

"What the fuck?" Peter groaned. His entire head hurt. "Seriously?"

Regina looked at him with a smile then. "Looks like it works against our old enemy."

Peter faked a laugh then. "Do you want me to become another enemy? Because I can make that happen. The last time that I was your enemy, you had to wave your son off as he forgot about you!" He knew that it was harsh, but he wasn't exactly in the best of moods considering. "Gods," he muttered under his breath then.

Regina gave him a hard look which he just glared at. She then looked away and walked off before turning to wave to him to follow her. Which he did almost reluctantly. He had a feeling that Regina wanted to talk to him about Camilla and what he done with her, that, and the fact of what he planned to do just as a whole.

"Camilla?" She asked, as if she wanted to ignore the comment that he made no longer than a few seconds ago.

"She's in a room not too far from here," Peter told. "I put up a barrier so that no one else other than myself can entre." He looked down then. "I know that you're going to ask me about what I plan to do when it comes to me getting Camilla's heart back from Zelena, and I think that I have part of a plan, but I need other people, but I know that there's a chance that you would rather everyone stay here to protect Snow and her baby."

Regina shook her head then. "Nonsense." She sighed then. "Look, Peter, I know that you care about Jade and her safety, but I can promise you that if you need help that you will get it. I know how much you changed in such a short amount of time while we were back in the Enchanted Forest and it was because of her, and I know that you just want to protect her, and you will. If getting her heart back is a priority for you, then do it. She needs you, Peter, she's always needed you."

Peter nodded. "I know." To hear from someone like Regina that he changed meant everything to him, he knew that he was the reason for everything in the first place, the reason as to why they were in this position in the first place, and to hear that he changed was something that he liked to hear. "I know she needs me, I need her too." He wasn't sure what kind of person he would become if she weren't in her life anymore. He knew that all he could think about when it came to his Jade was the fact that if she weren't alive, he would go mad, that he would destroy everything in his path just because she wasn't here with him anymore.

"You'll get her heart back, Peter," Regina assured. "If anyone was going to get her heart back, it's going to be you. I'll make sure to keep her body protected here while you search for her heart."

Peter nodded. "Thank you." He looked around then as if he were ashamed of anyone overhearing what he was about to say. "I've let a nurse put her under, I don't want her to hurt anyone else or to hurt herself. I love her and I trust her, but I know that the last thing that she would want to do is to hurt anyone that she doesn't hold a grudge against. If Zelena has her heart, I'm just worried about what's going to happen. I had to let the nurses put her under. Was that the right thing to do?"

He knew that there was a chance that it was a stupid question, but he couldn't help but ask it. He worried about the way that Camilla would look at him when all of this was over, he was worried about everything that might change in their relationship just because of what he did to her. But doing what he did was the best option that he had right? Or was that just a stupid idea that might make Jade stab him once everything was over?

Regina hesitated for a second and that was enough for Peter to spiral into more worry about whether or not he did the right thing. He knew that he shouldn't be worrying, but he couldn't help himself. He didn't want to lose Jade because of what he did, but he didn't want Jade to be wishing that she never done what she did just because Zelena had control over her. Plus, he knew that Jade hated the fact that she had her heart ripped out by her father multiple times, so surely he could justify it someway.

She smiled at him then. "It's probably the best thing that you could've done."

Peter nodded once again and sighed. "I just hope that she forgives me."

"Once she realises the reason behind it, I'm sure that she will," Regina assured.

It was then that Peter heard his name and wondered as to why his name was mentioned. He—trying to be careful of the barrier—went as close as he could to the conversation that both Emma and her father was having with one another.

"I'm sorry," Emma was saying, "I'm doing this alone."

"No, you're not," David argued with her. "This isn't about you. It's about all of us."

Emma gave her father a look then. "What is he gonna do?" She asked. "I have magic. He's got one hand."

"You know, I'm good in a fight," Hook tried to defend himself.

Peter wanted to ask what was going on but thought that it might be best that he keeps his mouth shut if he didn't want to be insulted. Though, then again, if he were to be insulted then he would have to deal with that person—probably in the most unpleasant way that he could.

"At the very least, he can draw fire," David told.

"What, now I'm cannon fodder?" Hook asked.

"Fine." Emma caved. "He can come."

David walked away then as for a moment, he paused and just gave Peter a look as if David read his mind and just nodded. Peter responded with a half-smile and a small nod. He really had no idea what the entire conversation was about, but he thought that if there was a chance that Emma was going to face Zelena, then he was going to use that to his advantage.

"Fair enough," Hook muttered. He then walked towards Emma intended to pass her. "Shall we?"

Emma stopped him just as Hook reached the other end of the hallway. "Hang on, give me a sec." She walked passed Peter and went towards Henry who appeared behind Peter with Archie beside him. Peter took notice of the worry that was written in Henry's face when he looked at Peter as if Henry were still worried that Peter would want to steal his heart. "Hey kid."

With that, Peter waved his hand in front of him and teleported himself to the other end of the hallway. If he couldn't pass through the barrier, then he might as well just teleport himself to the other side where he knew that Hook was. At least then he could have a conversation with someone he has a kind of enemies' relation with as a whole.

"Hook," Peter greeted when the smoke around him cleared.

Hook glared at him. "Pan." His voice was stiff.

"Still don't trust me?" Peter asked.

Hook shook his head slightly then. "No. Kind of hard considering our history. But I can see that everyone else has forgiven you for everything that you've done."

Peter looked down at that. "I don't think that they've forgiven me, rather they know who I'm fighting for and that being enough of a push for them to understand the things that I did."

"Like trying to steal the boy's heart?" Hook asked, raising a brow.

Peter sighed. "I was doing that because I thought that I could protect Jade. I only wanted his heart because I thought that it was the only way to make sure that nothing else could happen to her. She died because of what I did, you think that I would continue my plans knowing that she died?" He knew that he was getting angry, though he wasn't sure who he was angry at. Himself or everyone around him? He wasn't sure. "Everything I ever did was to try and save Jade. You know that, Hook."

"And eventually, everything you did to save her, ended with her dead," Hook stated after a moment. "Maybe everything you do to protect her will end in her death." Hook turned to face where Emma was. "You ready, Swan?" He called out.

Emma turned and walked towards them "Yeah, let's end this."

Peter was unable to react to what Hook said to him, he knew that he was to blame when it came to her death but the fact that he never really thought too much into his actions which lead to her death was something that now made him more guilty over it. He knew that there was a lot to talk about when it came to Jade and her death and everything that he ever done in order to get her back, but the now worry that anything that he ever done which would end in her death was something that worried him more than anything.

He wanted to protect her, he always wanted to protect her because it was her, but the thought that everyone might see his attempts as the thing that would kill her made him worry about whether what he just did in order to protect her might be something that kills her.

"Peter, you coming?" Emma asked from the end of the hallway that both she and Hook walked down.

Peter rose his head then and wiped his eyes then with his sleeve. "Yeah," his voice cracked, and he cleared his throat. "Coming." He followed after the pair of them and kept his head down more so when he passed the pair of them. Though, when he was walking a few feet ahead of them, he cleared his throat once more. "Do you want me to teleport us there? It would be quicker."

Emma was hesitant as they walked out of the hospital then. "I suppose it would be easier." She looked towards Hook then as Hook shrugged.

"Just make sure that we arrive there in tack, mate," Hook commented.

Peter really wanted to smack Hook. Or stab him. Or just rip his heart out and watch the life fade from his eyes as Peter squeezes his heart. Instead, Peter flicked his arm out and it was then that a cloud of smoke covered the three of them, and when the smoke cleared, the three were near Zelena's farmhouse.

"You couldn't have gotten us closer?" Emma asked.

Peter shrugged. "I thought that it might have been best if we had the element of surprise if we snuck up."

"You mean if you snuck up?" Hook corrected.

Peter scoffed at that. "I didn't cuff my girlfriend to her hospital bed to protect everyone and herself to get this much disrespect from a one-handed piece of shit who thinks everyone wants him. Rumplestiltskin should've killed you when he killed Milah."

Hook went to go for him then and Peter was more than prepared to go another round with Hook, but it was Emma that stopped the pair of them before they had the chance to do such a thing.

"God, please," Emma groaned, "can you not? We're here to stop Zelena, not turn on each other."

Peter stiffly moved away from Hook, glaring at him while he did as such. Emma walked past the pair of them and headed towards Zelena's farmhouse. Peter and Hook followed after her after they were done glaring at one another. Peter knew that he should have killed Hook when he had the chance, maybe then he wouldn't have to deal with Hook's shit. If Zelena's entire time travel spell works, then there's a chance that he would kill Hook and wouldn't deal with him in the now.

"While you two are doing whatever with Zelena," Peter spoke as they moved towards the Farmhouse. They still had some time to get there. "I'm going to raid Zelena's house to find Jade's heart. The longer that she has Jade's heart, the greater danger that we're all in."

"Wouldn't it be best if we stayed together?" Emma countered.

"Unless you want to fight off an expert swordsman who is basically immune to magic, then be my guest," Peter told. Realistically, he didn't want to leave Jade's heart in the hands of Zelena considering that there was just about anything that Zelena could do to her, but he was getting annoyed because of Hook and because it felt like that very few people actually cared for Jade and her safety.

They were silent them as they grew closer towards the farmhouse, though as they got closer it was then that Emma said: "I never should have brought Henry back to Storybrooke."

"You did what you thought was right." Hook stated.

"I did what you manipulated me into," Emma corrected.

"Your parents needed you, Swan," Hook argued. "The town needed you."

"Henry also needed me," Emma said. "We were happy in New York. Once I'm done melting this witch, I'd like us to be happy again."

"You know as content as you were in that city, it wasn't real." Hook told as if he was trying to point out everything that was wrong with her being in the city.

" It was real for me. For him." Emma said. "Everything that happened, happened."

"Minus all the things you'd forgotten," Hook added. "Part of you is not the real you. And like it or not, the big part of you and Henry belongs in this town."

"Yeah, the part of us that's always in danger," Emma stated. "We're leaving."

"What does the boy think?" Hook asked.

The one thing that Peter knew more than anything was the fact that Henry wouldn't want to leave. He didn't even know Henry well enough to know where he would want to stay, but the one thing that he did know was the fact that this town is his family, that there was no way in hell that Regina or Jade was going to let them leave.

"He's a kid. He wants chocolate milk in his cereal. I'm his mother," Emma said, "I know what's best for him."

Peter laughed at that then. "Oh hell, Emma. You honestly don't understand children do you." He couldn't help himself but laugh. "Its parents like you, Emma, who think that they know their children's wants and needs without asking them that make them feel unloved. It's what makes it easy for them to feel safe in an environment where they don't have to worry about parents like you. Ask Henry whether or not he wants to stay rather than assuming that you know everything."

Emma looked at him as if he just offended everything that she ever believed in. Of course, Peter didn't care whether or not he offended her, it was just one of those things that he picked up as his time as the Pipped Piper. That and the fact that he picked it up from when Jade used to tell him about the new Lost Boys and why they didn't feel loved by their parents which lead to them running away—a lot of the time it was the same, that their parents never regarded their feelings, disregarded their wants, thinking that they knew best. It was one of the things that made him loath a lot of adults the most.

He knew that he shouldn't judge, but he couldn't help himself. With all of the Lost Boys that he had and all of the boys that opened up to Jade, he couldn't help but be mad for them. It was like that they deserved better than what life had given them, made him remember his own parents who just left him.

Peter shook his head slightly then before he could say anything else or for him to listen to whatever Emma would say in response, he made himself disappear in a cloud of smoke. When the smoke around him disappeared, he found himself in what he presumed to be the farmhouse, the sight of the farmhouse around him made him feel like a child trying to hide or sneak around as if he wasn't trying to find something that belonged to him.

He tried to make sure to keep quiet as he began his search throughout the house, not sure whether or not Zelena and Rumple were inside the house. He could hear the sounds of Emma and Killian talking outside which was shortly followed with more sounds than he would have liked. He found himself sneaking a glance out of a window to see the way that Zelena and Gold were standing outside.

It was enough for him to relax slightly, knowing that there was a chance that he wouldn't have to worry about Zelena or Gold taking notice of him. He found himself straightening up from his slightly crouched position and moving things around in hopes to find something that was important to him. He wasn't sure how long he was looking for, but he knew that he'd created a mess behind him in hopes to find her heart. He needed to find it, he had to find it—he wouldn't know what to do with himself if he couldn't.

He wanted ever so badly to return the heart of the woman that he loved if only he could find it. He found himself growing more and more irritated with himself, knowing that he should be able to find it. God, only if he never let this happen in the first place then he wouldn't have to worry about any of this.

Outside, he could hear the way that Emma called Hook's name over and over, and although there was a small part of him which wondered whether or not everything was okay, he realised that he didn't care enough to check. He knew what he wanted to do and he frankly, Hook being okay wasn't at the top of his list, so he shrugged it off.

He was close in setting the house on fire in hopes that it would help but he had to stop himself from doing that just in case there was something that he missed. He found himself getting more agitated by the second, knowing that no matter how much he looked, no matter how many things he looked inside, he couldn't find anything.

Peter felt like he was going insane over the fact that he couldn't find her hurt, he knew that the longer that she had to wait to get her heart back, the more that he realised that he failed her. He already knew that he failed her the second that he allowed Zelena to take her heart, but he felt more like one the longer that he allowed this to happen. He knew that it shouldn't be something so hard for him to do, but with everything going on in his mind, he felt like it was stupid or something.

He opened a door which lead to a bedroom, one which in the corner held a familiar bow and quiver of arrows. He felt like he'd been punched in the stomach at the sight of them but at the same time, he knew that there was a chance that it meant something, that there was a chance that the bow and arrows could lead him to where Camilla's heart could be.

He found himself smiling to himself at the sight of something so familiar to him. He neared the bow and arrow and as he moved, he took notice of a creaking floorboard under his weight, at first, he thought that there was a chance that he was overthinking it though there was this small voice inside of his head that told him to just check.

Peter knelt down and lifted up the floorboard, for a moment he thought that there was a chance that he was overthinking it just as a whole, that there was a chance that this was just nothing, but the feeling inside of him told him otherwise. But, the one thing that made those overcrowded thoughts of doubt vanish was when he took notice of a box, one that was almost familiar but not familiar enough for him to fully know where it came from.

He could feel the way that his heart raced as if it was in his throat, a part of him thought that this would lead to disappointment, and he hoped that it didn't. He slowly lifted the lid and inside was the one thing that he'd been looking for. Peter found himself smiling, he knew that his thoughts had gone all over the place but to know that there was a chance that he could finally make his Jade whole once more was something that brought him hope.

"Pan!" Emma panted as she came running into the room. "There you are!"

"I have it." Peter said, raising to his feet to look at her. "I have her heart."

Emma nodded. "Go." She hesitated then as if she wanted to ask him something but shook her head as if to get rid of her thoughts. "Go. Go to her. Return her heart."

Peter didn't say anything though he smiled. He walked towards Camilla's bow and arrow and slung them both over his shoulder. He gave Emma a quick nod then before he then moved his hand quick, and a cloud of smoke covered him.

The smoke around him disappeared after a moment and Peter found himself outside of Camilla's room where he found that she was sat on the side of her bed as if she'd been waiting for his return. He thought that there was a chance that Camilla would be asleep for a lot longer, but he supposed that he thought wrong just as a whole.

He tried not to think much into it, but he couldn't help himself. He knew that he asked for her to be put under so that she doesn't hurt anyone or herself, but he supposed that he underestimated her just as a whole. The closer that he got to the door of her room, the more that he realised that it was an absolute mess, like someone decided to ransack the entire room while he left.

There was a part of Peter which didn't want to assume that it was Camilla who done it, but the more that he argued against it in his head, the more that he had to realise that no one else could have gotten in her room in order to do this. He was hoping—even if it were just for a moment—that none of this actually happened and that it wasn't her who destroyed the room, but he knew that he couldn't hold onto that hope no matter how much he wanted to.

Peter entered the room and Camilla rose her head to look at him. There was this cold and angry look which was clear on her expressions and there was a part of Peter that knew that he was in so much trouble with her—that and the fact that he knew that there was a chance that she wouldn't talk to him again.

"Jade." Peter greeted weary of everything. He wanted to step into the room but knew that there was a chance that he would find the body of the nurse that he left in here, which made him not want to step in as a whole. Of course, there was another reason, but he knew that there was a chance that Camilla would still try and strike at him.

Camilla looked as if she tensed slightly. "You left me here," she stated. It sounded as if she was straining her voice a little. "Why did you leave me here?"

"Because I needed to get something to return to you." Peter answered simply. He swung the bow and arrow from his shoulder into his hands as if to suggest that the bow and arrows were what he wanted to return. "I went to Zelena's farmhouse to get something that was taken from you, and I know that you're going to argue with me saying that I should have let you join, but considering that Zelena can control you, I couldn't risk it."

Camilla looked take back by what he said. "Couldn't risk it? Like I would hurt you!" She scoffed then and no matter how much Peter wanted to believe her there was still this slither of doubt in his mind. "I can't believe that you left me here to be unconscious while you were collecting whatever!"

Peter sighed and finally stepped in. He placed both the bow and the arrows by the door. "Jade, I know that what I did was something that you disagree with, but there's nothing that we can do to change it. You were under Zelena's control, Jay, I couldn't risk that no matter how much you say that you wouldn't, Zelena would have made you." He straightened himself up then and looked at her. "I needed to get your heart back Jade, and it needed to be done without distraction."

Camilla rose to her feet then and before Peter knew it she was striking at him—or well, she tried, but he kept dodging her attacks. He could tell how frustrated Camilla was getting over the fact that he kept dodging her strikes more so when she went to go for him again, he caught her fist and then her other fist. She tried to knee him, but he managed to stop that before it could happen.

She tried to fight out from his grasp, but she couldn't which resulted in her crying her rage out. She knew that there was other priorities that she needed to have, but the thought of Peter leaving her behind while he went out and was being a hero was something that she didn't know hurt. She didn't like the fact that Peter thought that by making her stay out of everything was the best thing and as much as she knew that there was a chance that Zelena would have made her do something that she would regret, it still hurt to be left behind.

Camilla knew that Peter thought that he was doing the best thing that he could in a difficult situation but there was still this part of her which was still so angry about it. It was like she could only ever be angry at him because of it, which was pathetic, but it was still something. But what was more pathetic was the fact that she was crying because she felt like she couldn't properly release the amount that she felt—even if everything felt almost dull inside.

What snapped Camilla out of her thoughts and what subsided her tears was the sound of Snow screaming in pain and the fact that lights flickered. She forced everything down and realised what was about to happen, she wiped her eyes from her tears and straightened herself up. She gave Peter one look. "Give me back my heart and make sure to put a spell the same spell on me like Regina and my father did."

Peter looked almost stunned at the sudden change in her but nodded and did what she asked. He went over to the quiver which rested near the door and brought it over with him. He placed it down on the bed and then reached into the quiver and pulled out a small box and flicked it open.

The next few seconds were almost a blur to her, mainly because she tried to block out the familiar feeling of having someone's hand in her chest, but when she felt the familiar handle of her daggers in her hand, she knew that it was time to get her revenge on the person who really fucked her over.

Peter and Camilla didn't say anything for there was nothing really to say, but Peter just gave her a small smile as if he knew what she was going to do. He knew what she was about to do without her having to explain it to him and that was something that she loved about her relationship with him just as a whole. At least she didn't have to worry about him trying to get in her way.

"Go," Peter whispered. "Go get what you want."

She smiled and she then whipped her quiver over her shoulder as well as her bow and left the room which she could now leave. She wasn't sure where she was going, but she thought that if she followed the sound of an envious bitch, she might find her way.

Camilla was walking around for about a good thirty seconds before she found that both Henry and Archie were running past her. She heard the way that Henry called out for her and as much as she wanted to finally greet him, she had something more demanding to do. That and the fact that there was a part of her which felt like that she couldn't look at Henry properly without feeling the immense guilt that she felt because of the fact that she didn't protect Neal all that well.

Just as she rounded the corner, Regina was thrown away by her sister. Camilla looked between Regina and then Zelena and as much as she wanted to check on Regina to see if she was okay, she realised that she didn't care that much. She looked back to see that Zelena was giving her a look as was her father—though there was finally something within his eyes that she thought that she would never see, he looked proud.

"You will not take Snow's baby from her!" Camilla hissed. She knew that she was part of the reason as to why Snow lost so much time with Emma, and she would be damned if she let Snow loose another child. At least this time, she was in the way from allowing it to happen once more. "Nor will you take mine." She had a feeling that her two little Lost Boy sons had were in possession of her son. Either that or there was something else for her to worry about.

Zelena chuckled then as if she didn't believe what was going on. And there was something within Camilla which wanted nothing more than to just hit her. "I'm surprised that you're still alive. I thought that you would've killed yourself by now." She tilted her head then and looked back to Gold. "Would be a shame if you had to bury another child, Rumple."

Camilla straightened herself up at the mention of her brother. "The only person who's dying is you." Camilla threw a dagger at Zelena, though she stopped it mid-air, made it turn before shooting it right back at Camilla—which she dodged. It was times like this which made her wish that she had powers, life would be so much easier especially when all she wanted to do was to get one up someone like Zelena.

"I should have killed your when I had the chance!" Zelena hissed and held up her hand as if she had the intention of strangling Camilla with her magic.

Camilla grinned like she used to when it came to her planning to murder someone. The magic wasn't working on her and before Zelena could react to her not being choked out by magic, Camilla darted forward and went to attack. She was grateful for when a sword appeared around her waist—a gift from Peter—and she used it to try and get her father's dagger, not because she wanted Rumple to make his own choices but because there was a large part of her which just wanted to kill him.

Zelena was surprised and she tried to dodge at the last second, but that was before Camilla managed to cut her side. Zelena let out an annoyed groan and tried to use the dagger as her own weapon. Camilla didn't bother looking at her father knowing that there was no reason for her to.

Camille strikes countless of times, but they were blocked either with The Dark One dagger or with magic, but it was clear that Zelena was progressively getting annoyed by it as a whole. Though, no matter how many times that Camilla went in for a strike, she realised that she was getting nowhere with it. She thought about using one of her daggers but realised that there was a chance that it would backfire on her greatly.

Zelena grunted and then growled as she blocked another strike with magic, only this time, Zelena used it to fully push Camilla off her feet. Camilla landed on her back and her sword fell from her grasp. Zelena came walking over towards Camilla with a smirk on her face, she raised the Dark One dagger and turned to Gold then.

"Kill her," she instructed. "Go on, Rumple. Kill your daughter, again."

Camilla felt the blood from her face drain then as panic was sent through her entire body. She'd already been killed by her abuser once, she wasn't sure if she could go through it again. She tried to get up, but her body ached all over and the panic that was forming in her chest was growing more and more.

"No, please no," Gold unexpectedly said. As much as Camilla wanted to be happy over the fact that he didn't want to kill her, she knew that he didn't have a choice—he wouldn't have a choice as long as that dagger was in her grasp.

Zelena took a step towards Gold. "Do as I say, Dark One, kill Jade Stiltskin." She turned to walk towards where Snow was giving birth. "While you're killing your own child, Rumple, I will collect what's mine."

For a quick second, Camilla realised that even though it might have been easier for Zelena to obtain her child, she still came here for Snow's which made her wonder whether or not the spell around the apartment was working as well as she hoped it was. She realised that the spell around the apartment was strong enough to make sure that no one would get in as a whole. Camilla thanked Peter and Regina internally for that.

Zelena walked away just as Gold neared Camilla. All Camilla could do was stare at Gold who looked as if this might be the last person she would see. Again. She didn't want to die at his hands once more, she wished that she didn't have to look at him, but she supposed that life would always be cruel to her like she'd been cruel to others.

She didn't know what to do, especially when she heard a chorus of 'no's then silence which—after a moment—was returned with a familiar sob which she knew was from Snow. She wanted to run to Snow and comfort her, but she found that she couldn't, she was frozen in place, she was looking up to the man who ruined her childhood, her innocents. She wanted to comfort her friend but realised that there was no use fighting against the fear that was her father.

Gold stood over her and for a moment, Camilla thought that he wouldn't kill her, that there was no other thing that he could do but kill her. She could see the hesitation within his eyes, but there was nothing that he could do considering the control that the Dark One dagger had over him. She tried her best to swallow the fear that she felt, but she couldn't, all she could do was lay there looking up to the man who ruined her life from the moment he got a son onwards.

She knew that her end was here, and she knew that there was a chance that she didn't have to worry considering the protective spell that Peter put on her, but there was still enough panic over her. She knew that she shouldn't worry all that much but this was the same man that hurt her more than once. Camilla tried to breath, she tried not to panic more than what she already was, but she couldn't help what she was feeling just as a whole.

Camila closed her eyes and as much as she wanted to die fighting on her feet against the man who ruined her, but she couldn't. No matter how much she wanted to go for him, no matter how much she wanted him to bleed the same way that she did, she knew that all of it was a fantasy in her mind in order to make sure that she was somewhat comfortable with everything that happened to her.

When she opened her eyes once more, she noticed the way that Gold held the sword that she dropped over her. He must have tried spells to kill her but realised that none were working on her, only to realise that the only way to kill her was to give her a mortal death. To look down the sword towards her father made her realise that once more she was going to die by sword.

She wanted Peter to come and save her, she wanted him to save her from what will happen. As if he heard her call, she could feel a cloud wrap around her entire body, taking her from the floor to somewhere comfortable like a chair. She opened her eyes and she took notice of the blood covering her stomach, the room she was now in, and the crying Snow White on the bed.

She hadn't noticed the fact that she'd been stabbed and bleeding—but this was not the first time that she bled from a wound like this, but something felt wrong just as a whole. She ignored it, even if Peter was worrying about the blood on her, she pushed it all aide and found herself by Snow's side, putting her hand in the crying womans.

"I'm sorry, Snow," she whispered. "I'm sorry, I failed you."

Snow cried into Camilla for a moment. "You did your best." She sighed into her and leaned back into her bed which was enough for Camilla to move, knowing that Snow needed to rest.

She closed her eyes and sighed. "He's gone. It happened again."

David took off the scrubs that he wore and picked up his sword before moving towards the door and walking out of the room. Camilla knew what he was going to do, and she wanted to help but as she went to follow after the man, but Peter stopped her and dragged her back into the chair. She winced.

She could hear people talking in the hallway and she wanted to be involved in it, but Peter prevented her from moving. He was knelt down in front of her, tending to her wounds. Peter was always good at healing sword cuts or cuts that she got from daggers, he'd done it throughout her stay on Neverland. She remembered when she first got back to the Enchanted Forest, she would get injured and then half expect Peter to pop up and heal her, but eventually it got to the point where she would get injured just to let Peter know that she was fine.

"Stay still," he muttered. But she couldn't, she wanted to reach out to Snow and comfort her, she wanted to comfort the woman who was always kind to her even if she—Camilla—was unkind.

"Snow," Camilla whispered. She felt a little lightheaded. "Snow."

Snow looked towards her not lifting her head from the pillow. Snow reached out to her, and Camilla done the same. Their fingers touched and then their clasped with one another, Snow pressed her lips together as if she intended to cry and Camilla wouldn't blame her if she did. God, she couldn't even begin to imagine what pain Snow could be going through at the moment, and yet all Camilla wanted to do was apologise, she didn't want this to happen to her again and yet it did. It was here that Camilla realised that she should have done more to prevent this from happening, but she supposed she will always be part of the reason as to why Snow would lose her children.

"Well get your baby back, Snow," Camilla told. "I promise you that."

Snow bit her lip then and Camilla knew that she was crying which broke something inside Camilla once more. Camilla let out a gasp when she felt pain from her wound and she thought that she was dying once more but she realised that Peter managed to get it to scar over. He leaned against her thigh then with a small groan.

"You've got to stop getting yourself hurt," Peter told.

Camilla shrugged. "Maybe you should tell my father to not kill me. Again." She frowned then. "Not like it matters. We can't do anything until Zelena is out of the way. Maybe I could kill him with the dagger and take over, at least then it would be one less asshole in this town."

Surprisingly, Snow laughed dryly at that. "At least then, we wouldn't have to worry about someone stealing the dagger from you."

Camilla smiled at her. "Yeah, that's true." She then looked back towards Peter. "Do you think that I could just kill my father? At least then there wouldn't be anything to worry about."

Peter sighed, leaning his head against her leg. "No, you're not killing anyone at the moment." He then briefly looked up towards her then. "Stay here, okay, I'll get a few nurses to come here to look after the pair of you, okay?" He looked between both Snow and Camilla. "Look after her, Camilla. I'm going to join the others in getting Snow's baby back."

Peter got up then and moved out of the room before Camilla could argue. Though, despite everything within Camilla telling her that she wanted to go and follow Peter, she knew that the best thing for her to do was to stay here with Snow.

Peter joined the others while they were heading out of the hospital. He had to basically run to catch up to them, though it took them a moment to realise that he was coming with them. They rushed him into the truck and left the second that he got in, they made their way to a warehouse which was quite away a way.

Though, Peter told them that they were close when he felt something a bit off in the air, they didn't believe him at first but Peter used his magic to make the truck go in the direction that he needed it to go to. Peter wasn't sure how much longer it took them to get there, but they pulled up outside the warehouse only to be greeted by something bright and magic in the air.

"Don't worry, dearie," Zelena was saying, "Once all this is over, you won't remember a thing."

"It isn't over, yet," David told. It was then that David Robin, Peter, Regina, Emma, Hook, and David walked into the warehouse, weapons in hand, although, Peter and Regina held no weapons for they themselves were weapons.

In the centre of the warehouse, Zelena was standing inside a multicoloured circle with the objects that she'd stolen. Gold was standing opposite her, though at the sound of David's voice, she turned to face them.

"And who's gonna stop me?" Zelena asked. "Certainly not the saviour."

Emma nodded in the direction of her brother then and said to David: "Go, get him. We got your back."

"And I've got your heart," Robin said to Regina before walking off.

"Zelena, stop now," Regina warned. "We're not gonna let you succeed."

The group went around the portal, though Peter stayed by Regina's side knowing that if anything went bad that there was more of a chance that it would be better to stay with her. Not only that, but he was planning that if Regina were to fail, that he would step in and kill Zelena himself—for Camilla's sake.

Zelena turned to Gold. "Rid me of those pests." Zelena used her magic push David and Robin away from the portal.

Gold turned towards Hook and Emma with his hand raised.

"Please, no more water," Hook somewhat begged.

"Get the dagger and the Dark One will be on your side," Gold told. He waved his hand and Emma's gun was flung out of her hands.

"This is easier said than done," Emma muttered.

"Do as I say, or I will destroy you both. I have no choice," Gold said. He thrusted his hand forward as a force of magic forced both Emma and Hook back into stacks of hay.

"Come for another beating, sis?" Zelena asked.

"No. I came for some jewellery," Regina told as she reached out for Zelena's pendant. The moment that Regina took a step forward, Zelena used her magic to push Regina back.

Zelena took notice of the way that David and Robin had recovered, ignoring the fact that Peter was there. Though Peter didn't care, he found himself just glaring at Gold, all that Peter wanted was to get the dagger from Zelena and take Gold to Camilla—he knew that there was a chance that Camilla was joking about her becoming the Dark One, but Peter saw it as a chance to know that there was a possibility that she wouldn't be hurt. He knew that there was a price for her being the Dark One, but at this point in time, he didn't care, all that he wanted was her safety and if he knew that while she was the Dark one, nothing would hurt her as a whole.

Peter slowly walked towards Gold, and although he knew that Zelena held his dagger, there was still a large part of him which wanted to kill Gold for everything that Gold did to her. He knew that his Camilla would want to do the honours of killing Gold, but there was still such a hug part of him which wanted to kill Gold for everything. He wanted to rip Gold's heart from his chest and watch as the light fades from his eyes for everything he ever done to Jade—to Camilla.

Gold didn't seem to notice Peter—as if it were forgotten that he was there but Peter didn't care as much, all he wanted to do was make sure that he got one up from Gold as a whole. He wanted nothing more than to make Gold bleed.

"Unfortunately, that's not an option for me." Gold stated in response to something that Peter didn't hear. Gold used his magic to push both Robin and David away once more.

Peter stepped towards Gold, and it was only then that Gold made eye contact with him. Gold went to flung Peter back, but Peter held up one hand with the intention to choke Gold, but it seems as if the pair of them were trying to choke the other. A part of Peter found himself smiling over the fact that Gold would rather try and kill him than throw him away like the rest, it made him smile in a way. He knew that his old friend would always rather kill him that allow him to breath anymore, but now that Peter knew the kind of man that Gold was, all Peter wanted was to make sure that he's out of Camilla's life once and for all.

"Only light magic can harm me," Zelena said overly pleased as she choked Regina. "And you're as dark as they come. It was your destiny to be this way. And it'll also be your undoing."

Peter drained out their voices just for a moment, he focused on all that was going on in front of him, all that he wanted was to make sure that Gold would die at either his hand or Camilla's hand. He felt like that he was filled with enough rage that he could take on anyone who stands in his way when it came to protecting his Camilla. He done everything when it came to protecting his Camilla and the one person that stood in the way was Gold, Gold stood in the way of everything.

Peter took notice of the way that Gold's hand trembled as if he tried his best to make sure that Peter didn't get one over of him. Peter found himself smiling to himself knowing that there was a chance that he could win, he'll make sure that Regina can beat Zelena and that the Dark One Dagger falls from Zelena so that he could take it for himself.

He wasn't sure how much time passed between the pair of them trying to choke each other with their magic, but he took notice of a sudden bust of white light hitting Zelena and the sound of something clattering on the floor. It was enough for Peter to force enough strength to force Gold back and it somewhat surprised Peter that Gold fell back enough for Peter to fully take notice over the fact that it was the dagger that fell.

"How?" Zelena asked rather angry about what happened.

Regina walked towards her sister as Peter made his way slowly towards the dagger. "I make my own destiny." Regina leaned down and took Zelena's pendant which took her power, she then turned towards the portal and held the pendant out towards the portal. It was then that the pendant absorbed the portal's energy.

David was about to take his son, but it was then that a flying monkey came down screaming which made David turn on his heel ready to behead the creature. Though, because of Zelena no longer having her magic, the spell dissolved, and the flying monkey regains his human form to which was a man named Little John.

"Little John, you're back!" Robin said with joy. David went straight to his son while Peter itched closer and closer to the dagger which laid on the floor.

"David, the baby." Emma said. "Is he okay?"

David cradled his son, gazing at him with happiness. "Yeah, he can handle anything. Just like his big sister."

Hook, Emma, David, Little John, and Gold went to leave the warehouse, though Gold clearly was eyeing Peter and his movement. Peter was so close to getting his hands on the dagger, getting his hands on the very weapon he wanted to kill Gold with. He knew that there was a chance that he was going to get himself killed, but Peter didn't really care much, all he wanted was to make sure that there was a way for him to protect Camilla and if her becoming the Dark One was something that she was made into, then so be it.

"You failed," Regina said to Zelena. The group that was leaving, decided to pause and turn back at the sound of Regina's voice. Regina chuckled slightly then. "You're not going anywhere."

"I beg to differ," Gold said. He used his magic to pull Zelena towards him. "I'm gonna make you pay for everything you've done to me."

"What are you waiting for?" Zelena asked as Regina picked up the dagger before Peter could. "Just do it!"

"With pleasure." Gold hissed. He was about to raise his hand with the intention of using his magic to strangle Zelena.

"No!" Regina yelled. It was enough for Gold to stop what he was going to do, it caused Gold to jerk his arm back like a force done it. "Enough! This ends now!"

"After everything this witch has done, you're gonna protect her?" Gold asked in disbelief.

Peter then stepped forward. "Yeah, we might as well get revenge on her for everything that she done."

"Good magic stopped her. And good magic doesn't exact vengeance." Regina argued between the pair of them. She looked at the pair of them with a slight disgusted look.

"She killed my son!" Gold argued.

"And she took Jade's heart and made her into her slave!" Peter argued. "Not only that but she threatened Jade's life and our baby's life!"

"How many lives have we taken trying to get what we want?" Regina asked.

"You can't be serious," Gold said. Peter was thinking of the same thing.

"I am," Regina said. "Heroes don't kill."

"So, now you're a hero?" Zelena scoffed.

Regina smiled. "Today I am."

Peter felt like that he was going to slaughter everyone in his path. "Too bad I'm not." Peter took a step towards Zelena, he could hear the way that the others around him called his name, telling him to stop, but he was too pissed to even listen to them. The one thing that briefly stopped him was Regina using her magic, though Peter quickly turned and forced her back with magic—though he didn't stop there, he used magic against everyone that dared to challenge him.

He wouldn't allow anyone else to take his revenge from him. Peter Pan was a villain, and he didn't care, if he needed to be a villain in order to make sure that his Jade and his boys were safe, then so be it. He'll tear down the world if it meant to make sure that the few people that he cares about were safe.

He shoved his hand into Zelena's chest, and she let out a groan. Peter ripped out her heart just as she once ripped out his Jade's heart. He found himself grinning, grinning like a madman who lost his way. He wouldn't allow someone like Zelena to live just because Regina thought that heroes don't kill—Peter was no hero, he was a villain and that was something that he was going to be if it means that he can kill whoever he wanted.

"Peter, no!" Emma yelled. "Think of Camilla!"

Peter turned towards Emma with a dark look. "I am." He squeezed Zelena's heart in his hand, she let out a groan, and then Peter crushed her heart. She fell limp and dead, and he watched with a satisfied grin. "Peter Pan always gets his revenge." He brushed his hand that was covered in dust across his chest. "And now, we have one less person to worry about."

He turned on his heels and as much as he wanted to steal the dagger from Regina's hand, he knew that he wanted to make sure that his Jade, his stars and moon, his reason to live, was okay. He needed to make sure that Camilla knew what he done, he won't ask for forgiveness because he knew that there was nothing to forgive. He got his revenge, something that he knew that Camilla would do or something that Gold would get, either way, he gifted Zelena some kind of mercy.

When he walked out of the warehouse he teleported himself to the hospital, into Snow's room. The minute that the smoke cleared, he was greeted with Camilla striking him as if Camilla expected someone else. Though, when she realised that it was him, she dropped her hand with a surprised look on her face as if she hadn't expected it to be him.

"What happened?" Snow asked, looking up at him. "Is my baby okay?"

He gave her a look as Camilla hugged him. "He's okay. He's safe. He's with David and I imagine that they're on their way back now."

"Why didn't you come back with them?" Camilla asked, giving him an odd look.

Peter straightened up a little. "I came back because I couldn't deal with them all scolding me after I ripped Zelena's heart from her chest and killed her while she was powerless."

Snow looked at him shocked. "You killed her?"

Peter nodded. "Yes. I did." He knew that he shouldn't smile, but he couldn't help himself. "I killed her because of everything that she did. Regina and the others didn't want her dead because of it not being a 'hero' thing, but I am no hero." Snow just looked at him as if she were judging him hard, though he didn't care much. "Your son is safe, Snow, so if you excuse us, we're going to see our own sons to make sure that they're safe." He put out his hand for Camilla to take it. "Come, I take it that our boys might be worried for our safety and worried about what might be going on."

Camilla nodded though she seemed almost hesitant to do as such. She looked towards Snow then. "Are you okay in staying here by yourself until David comes back?"

Snow nodded. "Yeah, I'll be okay. Go back to your children, Camilla. They need you."

Camilla took in a deep breath then and turned to Peter, placing her hand in his. He pulled her close, though he knew that he didn't have to and wrapped an arm around her while a cloud of smoke covered them.

A few seconds later they were back in Snow's apartment where both Devin and Baz were pointing weapons towards them. Behind them was a cradle where a sleeping baby laid, unbothered by everything that was going on around him. Even after the smoke cleared, both Devin and Baz stood there with their weapons in hand, pointing towards them. They both gave Camilla and Peter an odd look as if they weren't sure if they could believe that it was them.

"Baz, Devin, it's okay," Camilla assured them. "You can put your weapons down."

They were hesitant but only for a moment, though, they took notice of the blood which stained Camilla's shirt from her previous injury and finally dropped their weapons and came running over to them. Devin hugged Camilla and Baz hugged Peter, and for a moment, Peter thought that he finally understood what peace could bring him once more.

They stayed there, in each other's arms for a moment before pulling away, though the minute that Camilla and Devin pulled away she slowly made her way over to their baby who still slept. He could sense the happiness and awe on her as she came to face their child, he watched as she bent down and scooped their son into her arms which caused their son to slur in his sleep. Their son made a small noise before resting his head onto her shoulder.

"My baby," she muttered. "My boy." He could hear the slight shake in her voice and watched as she knelt down onto the floor and as she did, she turned slightly so she was half-way facing him.

Peter found himself walking towards the pair, kneeling down beside the pair. He ran his thumb over their son's cheek with a smile on his face as both Devin and Baz joined them on the floor. Camilla tried to breath in and out as if she were trying to prevent herself from crying, though Peter wouldn't blame her even if she did begin to cry.

He was happy that he finally had this, that he not only had his girl back, but a family that he loves more than anything else. "We need to name him, Jay," he muttered. "We need to give our son a name."

"Oh! Oh! Oh!" Baz and Devin said as their face's lit up. Devin continued, now having both of their attention, "We were talking about names, of course, we didn't want to take it away from you, but do you remember that film that we watched? The one that was based off of fairy tales? Specifically, the one with the tower and the girl with the long blonde hair that wanted to see the lights?"

Peter looked at them both with surprises as did Camilla. "Yeah," Peter slowly said.

"Well, me and Baz were thinking of suggestions and we thought of Flynn from the movie could be one!" Devin said almost bouncing on his knees. "Of course, you don't have to have it as that. And we thought of other names that might be similar to that, like Finn. . .well, it was mainly Finn, but," the excitement seemed to drown out then, "we also thought of Felix, after our friend and brother."

"Those are wonderful names, Devin." Camilla said with a smile. She then turned to Peter then. "How about Finn Felix Pan?" She asked, though there was slight sadness in her eyes. "It would honour our fallen friend and allow his name to continue on, but also be the name that our sons named him."

Peter gave her an odd look. "Why not Pan-Stiltskin?"

"Because, I suppose it would be the same name that I would take when I marry you, silly," Camilla stated as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. "Plus, I would love it if our son shared the same last name as us. If all of our sons shared the same last name as us."

Peter smiled softly. "I think it's perfect. Finn Felix Pan." He looked towards his other two boys. "Devin Pan, and Sebastian Pan, how about that sound, boys? Would you be okay with us being your parents?"

Both boys looked shocked at that, they stared at both Peter and Camilla and then turned to look at each other and back again. It took then a few seconds to answer with frantic nodding and a smile larger than anything that they've ever seen before. Both boys then hugged the pair of them, repeating 'yes,' over and over again.

Their sons. Their family. And Peter would do everything in his power to make sure that this family stayed as one. He finally had the family that he craved for and although he knew that he had a family with the Lost Boys and no matter how much he longed that his Lost Boys never went their own ways, he knew that it was for the best and he was just grateful that both Baz and Devin stuck by him for this long.

"Wait," Peter said after a moment, "when we get married?" He looked at Camilla, realising what she said. "Did I hear that right?" He was smiling, he knew that he was, and he didn't care.

"Yeah, you did." She nodded.

"But I—"

"I know that it was what you intended for us if I was never taken. I know that you was planning to propose to me the day that my father and Regina took me from Neverland." She told, cutting him off. "Rumple told me years ago about it."

Peter found himself almost laughing in disbelief. Of course, he should have known that her father knew about it and that taking her then would be a good idea. He shook his head and flicked his hand around palm up. In the centre of his hand was a small box—the same box that held the same ring that he intended to propose to her with all those years ago, the same ring that he always thought that he would never get the chance to give her.

"I suppose, now is the best time to ask you," Peter said. He cleared his thought slightly then, fully facing her. "My beautiful Jade Stiltskin, my love, and my light, I have waited for you for so long and even with all that has happened, I can't help but love you. My love for you grows more and more, and even when we're apart, I still feel as if you're beside me, my love. You already have my heart and everything that I am, let me make a promise to you if you would do the honours of marrying me."

Camilla looked surprised by his little speech and tears rolled down her cheek as if what he said was something that she didn't expect just as a whole. There was a small part of him which was worried just as a whole in case he said something that he shouldn't have, though when she smiled at him, it allowed the worry growing inside him to slip away as if it never existed.

She nodded. "Yes, yes I will marry you."

He took the ring from the box and slid it onto her finger. The jewel in the ring was one that he thought to be rather ironic given her name; the jewel being a jade. It was in the centre of the ring and what held it in place was silver petals with small diamonds imbedded in them. The band itself was rather basic with little design, though it was something that reminded him of his Camilla every time that he saw it.

He had the ring made years before Jade was taken from him the first time, he had Tinker Bell help him with it. It was one of the few times that Tinker actually helped him with something even if Tinker told him that he'd rather not have them married or engaged with each other. Yet, even with Tinker Bell not liking the thought of them being bound together by vows, she still helped make the ring.

She kissed him and as much as he wanted to press forward with it, he knew that he had to be wary of their little Finn in her arms. That and the fact that both Devin and Baz were still with them. He knew that there was a chance that she was going to say yes, but there was always a small part of him which always worried that there might be a chance that he read too much into their relationship and that there was a chance that his Jade never wanted to be bound by vows.

He knew that he didn't need to worry even if people like Felix or Devin assured him that she would say yes. Of course, he knew that Devin was more happy that he finally asked. Devin had been waiting for years for this moment alone, not only that, but Devin knew that there was always a chance of her saying yes, that this was what she wanted just as much as him.

Finn made a fuss and began to cry which was what made them pull away from one another. Camilla gasped and rose to her feet, muttering soothing words under her breath, asking their son what the matter was and what she could do to help him. Of course, the only thing that Finn could do was cry which lead to Camilla trying to think of ways to get him to calm down.

"Need any help?" Peter asked, still sat on the floor.

Camilla shook her head. "No, I'm good." She was smiling down at him, her cheeks red like they normally would go if Peter complimented her. She turned and walked into another room with Finn in her arms, muttering things under her breath towards their son, asking him light-hearted things that she knew that she wouldn't get an answer out of.

Peter found himself aimlessly staring in the direction that she left in with nothing more than a smile on his face. He finally asked her the question that he waited to ask her for forty years, and she said yes. That was all that seemed to matter to Peter more than anything even if it was something that worried him at times. He already had Jade for four hundred years, he couldn't wait to spend the rest of his life with her and their sons.

He could finally have a sense of peace that he always longed for with his Jade by his side as well having his two Lost Boys by his side and his little Lost One by his side. His three boys and his girl—everything that he ever wanted, and he got it. He didn't have anything to worry about anymore.
