Chapter Forty Two-The Evil Queen

Chapter Forty Two-The Evil Queen

↬↬↬

I only own Jade/Camilla and my ideas.

Camilla had walked down the street of Storybrooke with her head hung low. Every now and then her eyes would turn to stone - implying that pain was all of which the Hopper child could feel. Each step she took pained her, she could feel how stiff her legs and feet were when she walked. All of which she could hear was the slight cracking of her legs at each step.

Walking had become difficult, that was one thing Camilla knew for sure. There was a part of her which couldn't wait for the curse to take over, all she wanted was for the pain to be no longer. Camilla couldn't deal with the pain any longer, she just wanted it to end. She wanted all of it to end.

What had brought Camilla out of her thoughts was the sound of Regina's voice asking, "Cam, are you okay?"

Camilla had looked up towards her former boss, responding with, "Honestly, I don't know anymore."

Regina had given her a slight confused look, "What do you mean?"

Camilla shook her head slightly, "I can't live knowing how everyone looks at me like a monster, like some freak. I mean, my own father doesn't want anything to do with me - never has, yeah I'm somewhat used to that feeling, but it still hurts knowing that I don't have a parent to rely on. But with this curse, this ongoing pain that I've felt for I don't even know how long, I just want it be over. It hurts to be alive - literally, living with this curse has made my life even more like hell. Maybe it'll be better if I was gone, it'll be better for everyone."

Regina had given her a sympathetic look, there was a part of her of which felt as if was her fault for the cause of Camilla's pain, after all it was her who aided her father with bringing her back to the Enchanted Forest and her own mother who cursed her with this curse.

"I'm sorry, Camilla. I'm sorry for all of it." Regina spoke, "All I want for you is peace, it's what you deserve."

Camilla smiled slightly as she nodded, "Thanks. You need peace as well, after all you've been at it since Snow was a kid, maybe teen - I don't know."

"I think we're a lot a like, you and I." Regina stated.

Camilla had given her a small confused look, "What the hell do you mean?"

"I mean, we're both seen as the villains - the ones with no soul as some would say - everyone sees you as Jade Stiltskin, the assassin and my companion, but mostly the murder who takes and takes -"

Camilla cut her off, "-Wow, that makes me feel a lot better about my-"

Regina rolled her eyes as she then gut her off, "-Let me finish. They look at you as Jade Stiltskin the daughter of Rumplestiltskin and they look at me as the Evil Queen, the one who brought them all here. But, you see, that's why we're alike in some way, we both have red in our ledger. Yet we both share a common interest, a common interest in one thing."

Camilla had given her a small confused look, asking, "And what would that be?"

"You've got under a week left and we both want one person safe. We both want Henry safe." Regina began. "If you helped me-"

Camilla had then cut her off saying, "-I'm not helping you get Henry. I know you care about him a lot, but you've got to understand that he is Emma's son as well. I know you care for him a lot, I know you do, but if you want Henry to love you and see you as his mother again, give him the respect and love that he wants and in return, he might just do the same. Don't force him into love, otherwise it won't be true."

Regina didn't respond, she just simply gave her a look. She knew what Camilla meant, yet there was still a part of her which wanted Henry to herself.

"I understand." Regina told with a small weak smile.

"As much as I do want Henry safe, it currently really hurts to actually move in anyway possible. People watch and stare whenever they see me and always comment about how I'd be better off, and honestly, I agree. I agree that I should die, I mean, everyone would be better off without me." Camilla told.

Within the walls of Granny's Diner, Tamara was stood within the building with Neal beside her. She already put together that Camilla was Neals sister but there was more of which she wanted to know about her.

"So, Camilla is your sister who is also, who exactly?" Tamara asked as she gave him a small look.

Neal looked up towards her, responding with, "Jade Stiltskin."

Tamara nodded slightly, "I remember reading the story, I thought she was meant to be a lot more-"

Camilla cut her off, "Violent? Like a monster? Yeah that's what I am, and what people believe. Though, at the moment, I'm not exactly feeling the best." She then looked towards Neal saying, "Tell her what you want, Neal."

Camilla had then walked away as Tamara had then looked towards Neal, asking, "What does she mean by that? 'Not exactly feeling the best'?"

Neal seemed to give her some sort of sad look, shaking his head slightly, "What she means is the fact that she's dying."

Tamara gave him a small look to which Neal let out a small sigh, already cutting in before Tamara had the chance to speak, "How, you might ask? No one knows, well we do know who put it on her. However, what not many people understands is when it was enacted on her considering that since she came back to the Enchanted Forest, she was immune to magic."

"What does that mean? If she was immune to magic, then how was this thing put on her?" Tamara asked as she rose a brow towards him.

"It means that the person - Cora, Regina's mother - could have put this curse on her at least forty or fifty years ago." Neal explained.

"Then how hasn't the curse killed her sooner?" Tamara asked.

Neal shrugged slightly, "We don't know. None of us do. We can only assume that it might have to do with the fact that what made her immune to magic had slowed it down to the point to where it was ineffective until recently where the curse on her had sped up."

"You sure know a lot about this." Tamara stated.

"My father is Rumplestiltskin. I've picked up a few things growing up like how these kind of curses work and the side effects of what happens if curses get stopped suddenly and all." Neal spoke.

Tamara had then shifted uncomfortably, slightly, dreading to ask a question, knowing just in the short time she's been in town - how close both of them actually are. "How long as she got left?"

"Five days. She has five days left. That's what our father had said anyway." Neal spoke with a small hint of sadness.

"Five days? How's she doing with it?" Tamara asked as she stared at Neal.

He shook his head slightly, "She's finding it hard. Everything has become more difficult for her, but as much as I hate to say it, I think she'd be happy to go."

Tamara tilted her head slightly, "What do you mean?"

"Her name, the person she became when she was ripped from Neverland, she ended up becoming a demon - to put it simple. From what I've gathered from people who live here, the representation of which she had for herself, I'm just thinking that maybe she'd be happier with death, maybe she'd find peace. I hope she find's peace after the amount of hell she's been through." Neal explained.

Neal had then shook his head slightly, saying, "I'm going to the toilet." He then got up, leaving Tamara sitting there alone.

A small smirk played on Tamara's lips, as she had then gotten out her phone, texting: 'Bad news, Jade Stiltskin is dying. She's dying in six days.'

****

Both Emma and Camilla had walked into Granny's Diner a few hours later. However, just as they walked in, Emma and Tamara had seemed to accidently bump into each other.

Camilla simply rose her eyebrow as she watched the scene play out. Though there was one thing of which seemed to stand out the most towards Camilla. Camilla had noticed how Emma picked up a piece of paper which had a list of names written on them.

The names of which seemed to stand out the most to her was her own name. Camilla.......Jade Stiltskin, was written at the top with a red circle drawn around it. She rose her eyebrow at it, sending Tamara a small confused look. Why in the hell was her name circled?

Tamara had then grabbed the list of names out of Emma's grasp as Emma then asked, "How are you doing here in Storybrooke? I mean, it's a lot to take in."

"Understatement." Tamara spoke as she and Emma had let out a small laugh.

Camilla had rolled her eyes slightly as she had then went towards the counter, where Ruby seemed to give her a small smile.

"How are you holding up, Cam?" Ruby asked.

"Honestly," Camilla began as she then shook her head, "not that good."

Ruby gave her a small look, wanting to question it further yet knowing that it might have been related to what was slowly killing her. As much as Ruby did hate how Camilla betrayed her and everyone else in the Enchanted Forest, she knew that she couldn't keep the grudge over her forever, knowing that Camilla had a short amount of time to live - Ruby just had to suck up whatever hate she felt towards her and try and be as supportive towards the dying human.

Camilla sat there as she weakly smiled slightly. It was then that she felt a painful shock run through her body, her eyes had turned straight to stone.

"Emma!" Ruby called out, drawing the blonde saviour away from the conversation with Tamara.

Emma had headed straight over towards the pair to see how Camilla's eyes were stone. She had let out a small sigh as she spoke, "Your eyes, Cam."

Shaking her head slightly, Camilla put sunglasses on, saying, "I know, I know."

Camilla had then made her way past Emma and out of the Diner with Emma following behind her.

"Camilla, hey, wait!" Emma called as she chased after Camilla who still tried to walk away from the blonde. "Camilla-"

"-What?! What do you want?" Camilla cut off.

"I want to help you, in some way." Emma spoke.

"You can't help me, no one can." Camilla said as she shook her head.

Emma let out a small sigh, "But maybe your father can. The numbers on your arm, maybe-"

Cutting Emma off, Camilla said, "-He can't help! Don't you understand! Just because Gold is one of the few people who can actually use magic against me when asked to, doesn't mean that I'm going to run to him to help ease the pain."

"But, Camilla-"

Camilla shook her head, "No one can help. I don't want help, there's no point. It hurts so much Emma, it hurts to walk, it hurts to breath, it hurts to talk, it hurts being alive. I don't know how long I can hold on until this curse takes over. I'm not even sure if I want to be alive anymore, Emma, but I'm trying for Henry, for Neal."

Emma let out a small sigh, "You have to keep fighting, after the amount of shit you've been through, you deserve to be happy."

"Everyone's life comes to an end, it doesn't matter how old or how they die, it happens. I'm done trying to survive, I'm done trying to fight, it's not worth it anymore. I can't keep fighting knowing that I'm going to die in five days. I haven't got any reason left to fight anymore Emma." Camilla spoke, and with that she had walked away from Emma, whipping at her eyes.

****

Within the four walls of the Blanchard loft, Emma was talking, somewhat loudly, to Mary Margaret about what had happened at the diner. As much as she wanted to mention what had happened with Camilla, she knew she couldn't.

"I'm telling you, Tamara is the "she" August was trying to warn us about-" Emma spoke, trying to convince her mother what she had thought.

Mary Margaret, unfortunately, didn't believe as she cut Emma off, saying, "Emma! Shh!"

Camilla had watched this play out as she sat with her legs draping over the top of the couch. She watched the scene play out, not really that bothered in the slightest. As mother and daughter spoke, Mary Margret was sorting herself out as if she was ready to go out.

"What? Don't 'Emma' me!" Emma argued as Camilla watched upside down.

Mary Margaret had then spoke in a more lowered voice, "Henry is upstairs. Look, I know this has been hard for you-"

Emma instantly said, cutting Mary Margret off, "-No! This isn't about me. This is about August. He died trying to warn us about someone - a woman, 'she'. Tamara has a list of people who live here, what their fairytale names are." Mary Margret had then looked slightly concerned, "Doesn't that worry you?"

Mary Margaret had then spoke in a lowered voice, "There could be a million different explanations for what you saw."

"We don't know anything about her. And she lied to me. When she said I could trust her, she lied." Emma stated.

Mary Margaret mouthed something before she had then said, "But your "superpower" has been known to be unreliable, Emma. Especially when you're emotional."

Catching onto what her mother meant, Emma said, "For the last time, I do not have feelings for Neal! That was over a decade ago! I'm over it!"

Camilla had then joined into the conversation saying, "I haven't seen Peter in thirty-eight or so years, and I still love him. So there could be a small chance that you still like him. Just saying."

"Camilla's right, Emma." Mary Margret spoke. She had then looked up the stairs before speaking again in a quieter voice, "But if you tell Henry that you think his dad's fiancée may be up to something, then Henry's gonna think that there's a chance his parents could get back together. So keep it to yourself. Please. Till you know something more."

Mary Margret had then left the apartment as Camilla had moved from where she sat. Emma had then turned around to find Henry standing right in front of her.

"So.. we're back in business?" Henry asked. "I heard everything."

Camilla looked at the small boy with a small smile while Emma was shocked as she said, "I thought you were in the shower."

"It's something of which Camilla had taught me." Henry told. "Operation Cobra's back on. We're investigating Tamara, right?"

Emma hesitantly then said, "Get your coat."

Henry had then got his coat, though as he put it on, he looked towards Camilla asking, "Are you going to come with us?"

Camilla shook her head, "No, I'm going to stay here for awhile. I need to clear my head."

Henry nodded as he then went to hug her though he stopped himself - remembering - before he had then turned away with a small sad look. Camilla had shook her head slightly as she then pulled the smaller boy into a hug.

Just as Henry wrapped his arms around Camilla, a shooting pain spread across her entire body. Emma had let out a small sigh as she notice how her eyes had gone a much darker grey than before.

The small boy pulled away when he heard the sounds of cracking. He sent her a small sad look as both him and Emma left.

Once the door closed, Camilla had made a slow and painful journey up the stairs and into her room. When she walked into her room, she had made her way over towards her window to which she then sat down beside.

Once seated, Camilla looked at the stone cold complexion which covered both of her hands by now. Was this how she was meant to die? Maybe, it was, but honestly, she couldn't wait to die. However, there were a few things she wanted to do; like seeing Peter and her Lost Boys again, questioning Gold as to why he treated her the way she did, she'd like to catch up with Neal properly.

There were a few things she wanted to do but she had so little time. Five days, that's all she had, she couldn't do the things of which she wanted to do, yet she'd had to accept it. She had to accept that she'll die and there are things of which will be left incomplete, and that'll be fine.

If she died earlier than expected, then that'll also be fine. It doesn't matter what happened from then on, as long as she was okay with the things she was leaving behind, then that was fine.

Camilla looked out the window as she then closed her eyes, just for a moment. As much as she didn't want to sleep, there was just a small part of her which knew that she needed to keep her strength. It would hopefully be a quick twenty minute nap. She hoped.

Jade and Snow were standing in a Trader's market where they were getting supplies for the next few days.

Regina's guards were scattered around everywhere, so Jade was wearing the opposite from what she'd normally wear; a red cloak with no mask, yet her hood was up covering her head, she had her sword on her waist, quiver on her back, bow on her shoulder, daggers still hidden practically everywhere.

Snow, on the other hand, had borrowed Jade's cloak (though Jade kept arguing with her about it), her hood was also up, covering her face. Snow was stood right beside Jade as she bought a few apples for the pair of them.

However, just as Snow was about to pay, they had heard a female talking really loud as she was dragged up on a small execution stage by two guards. One of which Jade has been up - multiple times, to only then murder the ones who brought her up there.

As they had gotten onto the stage it was then that Snow had noticed the girl and guards.

"I'm not liking her any better," One of the guards said and at that moment, Jade rolled her eyes slightly, feeling as if Snow would want to get involved.

"Let's cut off her head," The other said.

Snow had then went to go forward but was stopped by Jade putting her arm out. Snow had then said, "We've gotta stop it, Jade, she'll die."

"Everyone dies in the end Snow," Jade commented, "and plus you were the one that said that it'll be best to keep out of guards eyes. That also means not interfering with things like-"

Snow had cut her off, "-Please Jade, just this one time."

"You said that in the last village." Jade argued.

"I know, but innocent people don't deserve to die." Snow said as she gave Jade a look.

Jade let out a small sigh as she had then removed her bow from her shoulder and reached for an arrow. A few seconds later, Jade had then released the arrow towards the guard with the axe.

Looking towards Snow, Jade said, "This is the last time I'm doing that."

Snow had then sent her a small weak smile as Jade had then quickly put on her mask.

As soon as she got up onto the stage, Jade had noticed how Snow was about to get impaled by one of the guards, however, Jade was quick with unsheathing her sword and block the attack.

The guard didn't recognise her at first (due to the cape) until he saw the initials inscribed in the sword, the initials of 'JS' stood out the most as the guard had then a small panic look written across his face.

"Jade Stiltskin? The Shadow?" The guard spoke.

"Really? Where?" Jade sarcastically retorted. "I haven't seen her."

Jade had then notice how more guards seemed to come towards the execution stand after seeing the chaos of which abruptly began. They seemed to take bit more caution with Jade, given her rep.

Upon seeing the four extra guards of which seemed to rush towards her, Jade had instantly threw one of her daggers towards the one which was just running up the small set of stairs. The guard in front (the one which tried to impale Snow), had managed to knock Jade - only to then aggravate her more, leading her to then stab then man through the chest.

The guard of which Jade had threw her dagger at, had then proceeded to recover and attack her with a small limp. Jade had blocked the oncoming strike of the guard's sword, grabbing another dagger and stabbing the guard. Multiple times. The guard fell as Jade then kicked the man in the face.

She had then felt a scratch on her arm, causing her to look round and let out a small growl. Using her sword, Jade had then slid it across the third guards stomach and then proceeded to kick him right where she cut. The guard stumbled back slightly before tripping over his own feet, landing on his back as Jade then jabbed the man's arm - pinning him against the floorboards of the stage.

"I can see why your father never wanted you. No matter how much of a monster your father is - you're wor-" The guard hadn't had the chance to finish his sentence before Jade had then let out a yell, impaling him right through the eye, killing him instantly.

"Jade, come on." Snow spoke as she let out a small sigh, giving her a disappointed look.

Jade had gestured for Snow to move as she noticed a guard coming up behind her. She threw a dagger as Jade responded with, "What? Compare me to my father and you receive death. Anyone dares to say that I'm worse will die. In other words, don't compare me to my worthless father."

Just as Jade finished what she was saying, Jade had then felt an arm wrap around her throat, attempting to strangle her.

Struggling against the guard of which was strangling her, Jade had then threw her elbow back. However, when that didn't work, she tried to grab hold of her dagger, though before she had the chance to grab hold of one, the grip around her throat seemed to vanish as she then heard a thud behind her.

Jade turned round to see Snow standing there with one of Jade's daggers in her hand. Snow had looked slightly terrified of what she had done as Snow had then looked at Jade with the same worried look.

Letting out a small sigh, Jade had said, "It's okay, you done what you had to do to protect what you care about."

Snow shook her head slightly, "I know."

Jade had then looked towards the passed out woman of which they saved, "You wanted her to live, you're problem. Sorry, I'm not that great with people and people aren't great with me either."

Snow had then shook her head slightly as Jade had then walked off.

In her sleep, Camilla was running, she was running from the dead, she was running from people who rose from their own graves and had began to chase after her. As much as she wanted to fight against them, she knew that there were too many for even her to fend off, and she didn't want to risk dying, even if it was in her dream.

As she ran, Camilla had noticed how trees seemed to form around her as the ground beneath her started to get bumpy. Her surroundings slowly turning into a forest, which somewhat put her at ease with what was chasing after her.

She could hear the groans of the dead behind her, which had honestly made her feel on edge. Looking back, Camilla was able to see how the dead was still following behind her yet at a distance.

Each one of the dead was a person of which she killed back in the Enchanted Forest. From Royal Guards to villagers to the innocent who didn't deserve to die. All she could think of was how many there were and how the hell she managed to kill that many people. Yet, as well, Camilla only felt a little bit of regret of what she done to those people, she could argue that for some of the people she killed; they would have killed her, but for the innocent she had no excuse, for there was none.

Camilla had then stumbled over her feet, causing her to trip over slightly, she had put her hands out to prevent her from falling. However, what she didn't expect was to feel a pair of arms around her. At that present moment, she felt safe, safer that what she would ever feel. It felt as if all of her troubles faded and she could let out what she actually felt.

A single tear rolled down her face. It was stupid - to her - as to why she felt the need to do this. There was just a small part of her which was just so scared of her own mind at times that sometimes it got to much. She knows how much blood is on her hands yet there are moments where she forgot just how many people she actually killed.

Camilla understood as to why people would call her such names, yet she always chose to ignore it. Camilla had built up walls so high and shut everything off until she just saw the dead being reborn as mindless beings, it was then that she realised that she was, in fact, a terrible person. And yet she called it survival, because that's all she saw it as, she saw it as: killed or be killed.

"Hey, it's okay. You're safe." A familiar voice spoke in her ear. Camilla's eyes widened at the sound of the voice as she then pulled away, rubbing the tears away.

At the sight of the immortal boy she shook her head in slight fear, "No, no, no. Please don't say that this is a trick. Please don't say this is a trick."

Peter had let out a small sigh as he gave her a look, "I'm real, I promise. Your boys miss you, Jay, we all miss you,"

"My boys?" Camilla asked as she then repeated 'my boys' over and over again. "My boys! My little lost boys. If you're you, then tell me something that only my Peter would know."

"The Lost Boys call you their mother considering that you treat them more like your own than anything else. When I asked you why you acted like that around them, you said, "It's because I don't want them to feel as if they're alone, I want them to feel as if they can have that figure in their life where they can treat me as a mom or someone of which they can trust." Devin almost cried when he heard you say that because he not only saw you as a friend but a parental figure." Peter told her.

A wide grin had formed on Camilla's face as she then hugged the immortal boy again. It was him, her Peter, her love, the one who showed her what True Love was like. Even if it was in a dream, it was still him, it was still her boy.

"I miss you so much." Camilla mumbled.

"I miss you to, Jay." Peter responded, "We all do. All of the Lost Boy's have missed you."

Camilla had then looked towards the male as she pulled away from the hug, though she held the males hand, wanting to make sure he didn't disappear. "I miss them so much. I miss all of you."

Peter didn't say anything, he simply smiled as he gave her a small look. However, his small smile turned into a frown as his expression changed from loving to sad. "I know."

Camilla gave him a confused look, "You know what?"

"The curse."

She tensed up slightly. How did he know that she had been cursed? Last time she knew, she had no way of which to communicate to him.

Peter had noticed the confused look from Camilla as he then said, "The bracelet and I've been using up the last bits of magic in Neverland to come see you in your dreams. The first time I done it, you were in a forest and was talking to the version of yourself which I'm used to seeing. Ever since I found out, I've been trying to find a way to get you here."

Camilla stayed silent, she didn't know what to say. It was in that moment that she remembered the dead which were chasing her not that long ago. She looked round to see how there was nothing, no walking dead around in sight, just her and Peter.

She had then let out a small sigh, "I know I'm not going to make it to see you again. I know it's harsh for me to say, but I don't have long to live, Peter. I'm sure that you can feel the amount of pain I'm in-"

Peter cut her off, saying, "-Hey, I know how much you're suffering and I'm going to make sure I find a way to either get to you or bring you to me. I love you and I'm not going to let you die, we will see each other in the real world, again. I promise." He had then gave her a small kiss which lead to Camilla placing her hands on his shoulders.

Peter had then pulled away as if he had heard his name being called. He looked around at the surroundings and up at the sky in slight confusion. He had almost forgotten as to where the hell he was for a moment.

A voice beside them had let out a growl before saying, "You ruined the fun! I can't believe she fell for an inconsiderate asshole like you."

Upon hearing the voice and what it had to say, Peter had shot the twin a glare though he then looked slightly surprised considering that it was the version of his True Love that he was used to. He knew that it wasn't actually her but they looked so similar.

"Shut up." Camilla snapped.

The twin gave her a look before putting her middle finger up and disappearing. Peter had then given his Jade a look to which she shook her head at, telling him to forget it.

It was then that Peter had then looked around again as if something was pulling him from his sleep. He had then let out a small sigh as he then shook his head before then looking at Camilla. She seemed to look at him confused as to what was going on.

"Pete-" Camilla began before Peter had then said, "-Felix is waking me up. He want's me to explain everything, he has noticed a difference, he's concerned not only for me but for you."

Camilla nodded and just like that Peter had faded from her dream as he woke up. And that was when Camilla had made herself wake up.

She was sat against her window with her head against it. The rays of the sun came and blinded her for a brief moment as her eyes began to adjust. There she was back in the comfort of her room, all alone.

****

"Peter, come on, wake up." Felix growled, growing impatient with the king of Neverland. He wanted to know what was going on with both Pan and Jade.

For the past few months, Felix and the other boys had noticed a difference in Peter. Well, a much bigger difference than what he's been acting like since Jade got abducted. The Lost Boys had noticed that every so often Pan would be in pain as if his entire body had stiffened. To begin with, they didn't take any notice of it, but what had caught their attention was the name of the one person they missed.

Jade Stiltskin, that was the name of which once came out of Peter's mouth when he felt the most excruciating pain causing him to fall to his knees. When that happened, that's when they were extremely concerned, the one person of which they all had a mutual feeling for was suffering somewhere which cause Peter to be in pain.

The Lost Boys were more than worried when they had noticed how much harsher Pan was. When Pan had his moments of harshness towards them, it would either be Felix or Devin who would have to talk to him in private about if this is how Jade would want him to treat them.

"Peter!" Felix yelled as he then shook Peter - yet again.

Slowly, Peter had then began to wake up leaving the dreaming version of Jade behind and coming back to reality. The immortal boy had then gotten up while Felix was slowly growing impatient with him.

"Well?" Felix questioned as Peter stretched.

Peter had then shook his head slightly, "I saw her, obviously, and she was running from dead people. I'm not sure who they were but they were after her. She tripped and that's when I arrived, I stopped Jade from falling. When she saw me she didn't believe that it was me, she must've thought that it was her mind-"

Felix cut him off saying, "-What do you mean that there were dead people chasing after her? Also what do you mean that she thought that you weren't real?"

Peter let out a small sigh as he shook his head, "Felix, she's dying. Jade Stiltskin is dying and I have no way to save her, plus I don't even know who put this curse on her."

"SHE'S DYING?" Felix asked in a yell. "You kept that to yourself for all this time and thought that it was best to keep it to yourself all this time?"

"I didn't mean to keep it this long, Felix. I thought that I could find a way to bring her back here and save her." Peter defended. Though he knew that Felix was right, he should have told them about it sooner rather than now when she only had little than five days left to live.

Felix shook his head, "With little magic, we need the heart of the truest believer, we'll have to try our best to get her here."

Peter nodded, "I know."

Felix had then shook his head slightly, "You're gonna have to tell the others about Jade. As harsh as it is, they deserve to know that their mother is dying."

Peter had nodded again, "I know."

And with that, Peter and Felix had left the treehouse so that Peter could inform the Lost Boys What was really going on with both him and Jade.

****

Meanwhile, Camilla was sat there stretching after waking up normally. It was the first time in a while that she was able to wake up without having to scream herself awake.

It felt nice to not waking up screaming, though she seemed to be questioning as to what the hell was going on in her nightmare/dream thing.

"Was that really Peter?" Camilla muttered.

"Unfortunately it was. I was wondering as to how the hell he got into your head." The twin suddenly responded as she let out a groan.

The twin then vanished as Camilla's smile grew. She then used her left arm to pick up her jacket only to be surprised on how she could actually move her hand.

Part of the curse had faded as if it was never there. Camilla was able to move her left arm which became the first victim to turn to stone. She was able to move her arm even if it was just a little bit.

For the first time since she had this curse, Camilla not only had seen Peter but part of the curse was just that slightly lifted, plus she had a decent sleep.

Jade was walking back to where both Snow and her and taken the unconscious woman after Snow had sent her to get some food for the three of them. So, Jade had come back with deer which was thrown over her shoulder.

Just as she got back she just about heard the female ask, "-There are people hunting for you. It's dangerous for you to be here. Why are you helping a perfect stranger?"

Snow had noticed Jade's return as she then responded with, "Because she's here, and as long as she's here then we'll be fine."

The girl had then stared at Jade with wide eyes as Jade had then walked into their little set up of a tent. Jade had given the girl - Wilma - a small confused look wondering as to why she was staring at her.

"Jade Stiltskin." Wilma said in slight shock.

Jade had shook her head, "I'll be sorting out the food."

With that Jade had then walked out of the small tent while Wilma asked Snow, "How do you know her?"

Snow had let out a small sigh, "We met in a barn. She apparently slept inside there and she ended up becoming my friend after she help save another one of my friends when there were hunters and all after us. Jade ended up becoming my best friend."

Two days had passed and Jade was irritant, everything around her seemed to annoy her. She needed to go and be free, she needed to do what she wanted to do without Snow near her.

So, Jade had brought up the idea of her leaving Snow for a few days and regroup at the docks.

Yet, Snow was having none of it, Wilma had ended up waking up to Snow yelling, "No! You're not leaving me, Jade!"

"Snow, I can't be here anymore. Plus I don't see the problem, you never worried about me leaving before, so why now?" Jade shot back as Wilma seemed to watch with wide eyes.

"I have a problem because we have someone to look out for." Snow snapped as she then looked towards Wilma.

"You wanted to save her, she's not my problem." Jade stated. "Plus is getting irritating here, I just need time to be alone, doing what I normally do just to clear my head."

Snow seemed to give her a small look, "Why would you need to clear your head?"

"Because of all your sweet, innocent shit, I'm not you. I can't go around acting like I'm the good guy. All I need is a few days alone where I can focus on myself without having to worry about you or anything else." Jade shot back.

Snow didn't say anything as Jade had then gotten her quiver and bow from the ground and slinging both over her shoulder. There was a small part of Snow which wanted Jade to stay with her but she knew just how stubborn Jade was. Sometimes Snow wondered how both Jade and Rumplestiltskin were even related - to her she didn't see Rumple in the way of which Jade acted.

"Guess I'll see you at the docks in four days." Snow mumbled as Jade walked away.

Just as Jade began to walk she saw how on a tree there was a wanted sign with her picture on it, reading: "JADE 'SHADOW' STILITSKIN, MURDERUR, ASSASSIN, THEIF. She's done it again, killed the Queen's guards, killed one right through his eye. She must be stopped. WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE. REWARD; 100,000."

Jade had let out a small sigh as she then made her way deeper into the woods, leaving Snow and Wilma to then defend themselves of whatever was meant to come towards them. This is what Jade wanted, some alone time where she could think and do what the hell she wanted to do.

Camilla had jumped of the back of David's truck as it pulled up towards where the beans were. Once the truck came to a full stop, David, Mary Margret and Leroy had all gotten out.

The four of them were checking up on how the beans were doing considering that it was around the time of which they were gonna harvest them.

A large amount of the population was worried about Camilla. She seemed to be energetic and seemed to be in a good mood. They didn't know exactly what brought on this mood, but they had all thought that considering that she's got four days left to live that she'd be unhappy or barely able to walk. Yet here she was, acting as if she didn't have a stone curse on her.

Camilla was almost as happy as the day when she and Peter got together. Well, considering the situation, she's more than happy. She saw Peter and with just one small kiss on the lips, part of her curse was cursed.

With now harvesting these beans, she'll be able to go back to Neverland and finally be free of this curse.

"You know, when we get back, Leroy, we're going to need your help restoring the palace." David spoke.

Mary Margret had then added, "It's in pretty bad shape."

"Cosmetic or a total teardown?" Leroy asked as he gave Mary Margret a small look.

"Oh it's totally burned down." Camilla responded with a small grin.

However, that grin soon faded when she had walked past the small protection around the crops. Her grin turned into a frown as her heart dropped to the pit of her stomach.

They were all gone, all of the beans were gone. There was no way to get back to Neverland, to Peter, to her boys.

"No." David hushly said.

"What happened here?" Mary Margret asked as she stared astonished at the damaged done.

Camilla snapped, saying, "The beans, they're gone!"

Both Camilla and David had then rushed down towards them to see if there were any signs of life.

When Camilla saw how there was nothing, not even a single sign of a green leaf, she began to panic. There was a small part of her which suddenly stopped breathing as she tried to fight back tears.

David had noticed how distressed she appeared to be as did Mary Margret, who had come running towards her.

The mother had just managed to get to Camilla in time before the Hopper child had then fell to the floor, coughing up dust and throwing up anything of which came up. Part of her neck started to go grey and chalky while her eyes went grey.

"David!" Mary Margret called, grabbing the attention of her husband who then proceeded to come running towards them.

Without looking up, Camilla said, "I'm going to die, aren't I? I'm not gonna make it, I have four days left and then that's it, I'm -"

Mary Margret cut her off, "-You're not going to die. You're my friend, hell you're my best friend. We will find another way to get you to Neverland."

Mary Margret had then pulled the female into something of which she wasn't that used to, a hug. Camilla had gladly hugged her back, which had honestly surprised Mary Margret slightly.

Leroy and David had watched the two as the smaller male had asked, "How are we going to get her to Neverland if there's no other way of transport?"

"We'll find a way. We always find a way." David responded.
