Chapter Forty Three-Second Star To The Right

Chapter Forty Three-Second Star To The Right

↬↬↬

I only own Jade/Camilla and my ideas.

"Peter for god sake, why the hell are we don't this?" Jade asked. "Why are you allowing your shadow to get more children here?"

Currently, both Jade and Peter was stood at the edge of the island as they overlooked the sea in front of them.

Peter had let out a small sigh as he responded, "So that maybe we'll get more Lost Boys here."

"But every child that shadow brings, they always go back home and you allow it." Jade pointed out as she gave him a small look. "What are you really planning?"

Peter gave her a look as he turned towards her, "I can assure you that I'm not planning anything. The reason as to why those children go back is because there are still a few kids who still miss their parents. Don't get me wrong, as much as I want them to stay, the shadow and I allow them to leave."

Jade had let out a small groan, "That's not the actual reason, it's because of the Heart of the Truest Believer and Neverland's magic to keep us young, isn't it?"

"Ho - how did you know that?" Peter asked, stunned slightly as he rose an eyebrow towards her.

A small grin appeared on her lips, "Because I know everything, darling. And plus you talk to loud and I get bored so I listen into conversations that I'm not meant to."

After a moment, Jade had punched Peter's side as he then let out a small yelp, then frantically asking, "What did you do that for?!"

"Don't fucking lie to me, bitch." Jade snapped.

Peter didn't say anything, he simply shook his head slightly as he stared at her. A small smirk appeared on his lips, though he then looked back out towards the ocean and proceeded to grab hold of Jade's hand.

Camilla had walked in front of David, Emma, Mary Margret and Henry with her daggers out in front of her. She had willingly signed herself up with being the shield for them all when it came to marching in with Regina, knowing that Camilla was immune to magic so she was the safest reason with being a protector towards them when coming in contact with a magic user.

When they had found the empty field of magic beans, both Mary Margret and David had thought that it was Regina had decided to steal and burn the beans. Though Emma said that she didn't think it was Regina, Camilla could tell that there was just a small part of Emma which believed it to be true.

So, here they all were, making there way towards Regina's office. Camilla in front with daggers in hand, ready to launch at will. Both Emma and David was behind her with their guns up in the air, scanning for any signs of movement for them to shoot at.

Camilla had come up to the mayors office door, and instead of using the handle like a normal person, she had decided to kick the door down. The door had then swung open as Camilla, David, and Emma rushed into the room ready to confront Regina at whatever cost.

However, Regina was nowhere to be seen within her office. There seemed to be no signs of past movement within the last few hours to what Camilla could see. Though, Camilla kept her eyes open, just in case she saw anything of which shouldn't be there.

"It's okay. She's not here." Emma called out as she turned towards the door.

It was then that both Henry and Mary Margaret came into the room. At an instant, Henry had walked over towards Camilla and had given her a small smile.

"When you find her, you're not gonna hurt her, right?" Henry asked as he then gave them all a look.

"No." Camilla responded as she then gave the small boy a look.

"We just want the beans she stole from us." Emma immediately added.

Camilla had then proceeded to give Emma a glare. There was just a small part of her which was annoyed with how quickly they seemed to blame Regina for the amount of shit which happens or had happened in this town. Yes, okay, Camilla knew that there were a few obvious things of which had Regina involved, but still, it seemed as if every single little problem seemed to be Regina's fault.

Shaking her head slightly, Camilla had then noticed how in one corner of the room was where the beans were - they were held in a small containment which seemed to keep the plant somewhat alive. Camilla had then walked closer towards it to only notice how there weren't any beans on it. At all.

"I don't get it," Mary Margret began. "Why would Regina leave her office unlocked?"

"Especially when she's keeping the beans here." David spoke as he noticed where both Camilla and Henry stood. He had walked up beside Camilla to only see the exact same thing - beanstalk, no beans.

"Well, if she did have them or didn't, it doesn't matter because they're gone. They're not here," Camilla spoke as she then gave the others a small look. Mary Margret had then let out a small sigh.

"Something's not right. Regina would never leave evidence like this behind." Emma told as she stood at where the security system was.

"I'm gonna have to agree with Emma. Regina would never leave shit like this behind, unless she's trying to get a point across, but with something like this I'm sure she'd rather keep it a secret." Camilla said.

David had then suggested, "Maybe she already used them to portal out of Storybrooke."

Emma had noticed the look of which Camilla gave David as Emma then voiced what she was thinking, "Without Henry? I don't think so."

"What if something bad happened to her?" Henry asked as he gave them all a small look.

"She's strong, and I'm sure that nothing bad did happen to her." Camilla spoke as she then placed a hand on the small boy's shoulder.

Emma had then informed while looking at the security system, "Security system says the last time someone was in the office was around 6:00 this morning." Emma had then pressed a key to reveal the system was overridden, "They used an override code to get in."

"Why would Regina need an override code on her own alarm?" David asked as confusion seemed to sweep across him while he then walked to stand in front of Emma.

"She wouldn't." Emma responded.

Mary Margaret had then asked, "You think someone else broke in and took the beans?"

"Well, we haven't found Regina anywhere and haven't heard from her." Emma stated.

"So something bad did happen to her." Henry said. Camilla had then proceeded to give the small boy a look as she then gave him a small hug.

Emma had given her son a look as she said, "We're gonna find her, Henry. I promise."

"There's only one person who could overpower Regina." Mary Margret told.

"Gold."

Camilla shook her head slightly, "He's too busy with his new/old girlfriend. Plus, Gold has no need to get rid of Regina, I think."

Emma had then added, "No, this wasn't Gold. This was Tamara."

"Haven't you already gone down that road?" Mary Margret asked as she gave her daughter a look.

Emma had shot back a look, saying, "Maybe not far enough."

"Or, maybe it's time for you to let it go." Mary Margaret tried to suggest.

As much as Camilla was happy with the fact that Neal was engaged, Camilla couldn't help but to say, "If we're going to suggest things then... I mean, August was attacked the day Tamara had came to town"

Emma nodded, thanking Camilla internally while Emma said, "I don't think that was a coincidence."

"What if you're wrong?" David asked, "If Regina's in trouble, we can't just drop everything else because of a hunch-"

Camilla cut David off, saying, "-Look, we are not gonna drop everything else. Plus, it's always good to follow something on a hunch. Besides the point, you, Mary Margret and I will go and pay my father a visit. I'm sure he has some sort of magic potion thing that can help us locate Regina. Emma, you're doing..."

Emma had then continued, "I'll go back to Tamara's room."

Mary Margret, David, and Camilla had all made their way to Gold's pawnshop, the bell rang as the door was shoved open. They waited for a few brief moments in the front of the shop before Camilla had grown bored and had walked into the back, only to see how both Gold and Lacey were having a drink.

"Sorry to interrupt the party." David said.

Camilla's eyes had gone to the wine of which they were drinking before she then went to grab the bottle for herself.

"Well, I certainly don't remember inviting you two. We're closed." Gold stated as he then stopped Camilla in her tracks, saying, "Don't try that Jay, we both know that you're not allowed it."

Camilla simply gave the man a look as she stuck her tongue out at him.

"Not to us. We need your help. Regina's missing and we think she may be in danger." Mary Margret spoke, there was a slight hint of worry in her voice as she spoke.

"Just the way I like her." Gold shot back. "Now if you'll excuse me-"

David had then cut him off, " No, I don't think so. Whatever your feelings about Regina are, you still owe me a favour."

"And you owe me. I'd hurry up cause I'm not feeling the best." Camilla added as she gave her father a glare.

Gold had then turned to Lacey, saying, "Lacey, if you could excuse us, I have some business to attend to."

Gold had put out his hand while Lacey had given him a look and proceeded to say, "Make it quick."

Lacey had then taken his hand and hopped down from the table. As she turned slightly, Gold had then passed Lacey her drink. Lacey had then proceeded to walk out of the room, giving them a small little look.

While speaking to David, Camilla, and Mary Margaret, Gold proceeded to look for something in the many drawers and cabinets of his shop, "I'm sure I can whip up something to find Regina, but tell me, why do the Charmings and Jade Stiltskin want to help the Evil Queen?"

"Because I owe her, after what I did to Cora." Mary Margret responded.

Gold let out a small exhale as he said, "Never underestimate the power of a guilty conscience." He then turned to Camilla, asking, "Now tell me, why does Jade want to help find the Evil Queen in her final days as a human being? Is it because you feel the need to betray your friends again after winning back part of their trust?"

Camilla had let out a small sigh as she shook her head, "I'm not going to betray them again. And, it's none of your concern about how I spend my last few days."

"Someone's in a bad mood." Gold commented.

"And someone's going to get a black eye if they continue." Camilla snapped.

Gold had rolled his eyes slightly, he then shook his head revealing a small bottle of which contained a clear liquid.

Mary Margaret had looked at Gold confused, asking, "What is that?"

"This is one of Regina's tears." Gold responded.

Camilla gave the man a concerned look, "Why the hell do you have one of Regina's tears?"

Gold had gave her a look, "Because I do." He had then picked up the bottle as he walked towards them saying, "This spell, however, requires two tears."

Mary Margaret and David had given each other a small look as Mary Margret asked, "You want one from me?"

"Well, just think of a dark moment, dearie, something bleak and hopeless. I know you have a few." Gold spoke.

Mary Margaret had worked herself up to cry, surprisingly quickly as a single tear dropped into the bottle causing the two tears to shine a light silver.

"Perfect. Now, when you drop this into your eye," Gold said as he then put a top on it, " your will be connected to Regina wherever she is. Whatever she sees, you'll see, whatever she feels, you'll feel."

Snow nodded as Camilla asked, "How long does the spell last?"

"Long enough to lead you to her. And with that, I've fulfilled my end of the bargain. Good-bye." Gold stated

David then sarcastically said, "Always a pleasure."

The three of them had then proceeded to walked out of Gold's shop.

Not long after seeing Gold, Mary Margret, David, and Camilla had returned back to the apartment. They were all sat round the table in the middle of the room. Camilla was leaning against her more moveable arm as she watched the two.

David held the bottle from Mr. Gold and said, "You don't have to do this, you know. You've been through enough already."

Already, Camilla grew impatient with them. She just wanted to know as to where Regina is so that she could ask what happened to the beans.

The two had been arguing for a while about whether or no Mary Margret should actually go through it, and honestly Camilla was ready to do it herself.

"That's exactly why I do have to do it. My heart is dark because of what I did to Regina. If I can help find her, if we can save her, maybe it'll help let some of the light back in." Mary Margret spoke as she gave her husband a look.

Camilla had then piped in saying, "Having a dark heart isn't that bad, let's you know that not everyone's innocent and pure."

Both Mary Margret and David had then stared at her as David said, "You don't have a dark heat."

"I could get Gold to come here and show you just to prove that my heart is, indeed, dark." Camilla shot back, "But, you two just refuse that I am dark."

David had then shook his head, letting out a small sigh. He had then moved forward as he then proceeded to drop the contents of the bottle into Mary Margret's eye.

Camilla had then leaned up slightly as she watched. After a small moment, David had looked at Mary Margret, wondering as to if it had worked.

Mary Margret seemed to understand as to what her husband had thought and had shook her head.

David had then let out a small sigh, however then suddenly, Mary Margret had then shot forward in pain, letting out a painful gasp. Then suddenly she shot back, gasping. Camilla had shot up in surprise, it had honestly looked as if she was having a seizure.

"MARY MARGARET!" David yelled.

"Your shadow, where has it gone?" Jade asked as both her and Peter were standing in the camp where they waited the arrival of his shadow.

"Uh, the land without magic, I think. Kids there always want some magic in their lives." Peter responded.

Jade's eyebrows shot up slightly, "The land without magic? I don't think I've heard of that realm before."

Peter had gave her a small look as a smirk rose on his lips, "There's something else bothering you, I can feel that there is."

"Yes, children annoy me. Especially children who believe in something because they wanna be part of that world. Plus I have to act like I'm the nicest bitch to exist whenever they're here, it's annoying." Jade stated as she crossed her arms.

Peter had let out a light laugh, "I'm surprised that you managed to get along with the Lost Boys to be honest. They're all practically still kids."

"Peter, you used to bully the hell out of me, the Lost Boys were a lot nicer than you, you prick." Jade stated with a small grin.

Peter had then let out a small dramatic gasp, though his face then changed slightly, "I still feel bad about that, you know."

"I know, I'm just teasing, though tell me to stop if it gets to blegh for you." Jade told, giving him a small look.

Jade knew that there were something's of which Peter was comfortable with joking around certain things, but as soon as she could tell that the jokes were bothering him, she'd stop.

"Hey, look, the shadow's coming back." One of the Lost Boys said as they pointed up at the sky.

"Get ready, dumbasses, we've gotta make this place seem magical and a child's dream." Jade instructed them.

In all honesty, Jade actually hated this, all of it, she hated the idea of more people coming to a place with magic. She knew that she had to put up with it for whatever reason, but still, it annoyed her so much. Jade disliked the fact that she had to act so nice and all, it didn't feel like her at all, she'd rather act like the sarcastic human she was - even if it meant people were concerned by how thought out specific things were.

Mary Margret had passed out immediately after the entire seizure looking thing, so David had tried his best to wake her up.

It took around twenty or so minutes for the former princess to wake up, as all of which she heard was David saying, "Mary Margret."

Seeing that his wife was okay and awake, David instantly asked, "Are you okay?"

Mary Margret had placed her hands on David's wrists - which were by her face considering that the male had been stroking the side of her face - she looked terrified in a way, and that was something of which Camilla barely saw.

In a low whisper, Mary Margret spoke, "It was awful. The worst pain I've ever felt. Wherever Regina is, she's powerless. She can't fight back"

David had proceeded to kneel down slightly as he asked, "Could you - could you see where she was? Could you see who was keeping her there?"

Holding her head, Mary Margret responded with ,"I just remember," she then let out a breath, "pain and screaming."

"Okay, just concentrate." David spoke.

Camilla nodded as she came up beside them, trying her best to kneel down, "The smallest of details might lead us to her."

Mary Margret had shook her head as she breathed heavily, "I don't know. Oh, my hands were tied down, and my legs," she then let out another breath, "It was cold and it smelled weird, like sardines. I don't know. I wish I could remember more." David had then proceeded to try and comfort her.

Camilla's eyes then proceeded to light up as she then shoved herself up, fishing out her phone and dialling Emma's number while walking out of the room.

When Emma picked up, Camilla had briefly explained what had happened.

"So she didn't see anything?" Emma asked.

"Not much. She could sense that Regina was in pain, it was cold, she was strapped down. Uh, she said that she could smell sardines. I'm just thinking that maybe it was the pier or something, considering of the fish, though I'm not sure." Camilla explained.

"You might be right. Get down to the docks right now." Emma told, "Bring your weapons."

Emma had then hung up the phone as Camilla walked back into the room with a massive smirk on her lips.

"We're going to the docks." Camilla informed.

The girl of which the shadow had brought with him - Wendy - seemed like a nice girl who had looked just as amazed like she has been for a few weeks now. Most of the time, it's mainly Wendy of which they see, and surprisingly, Jade had taken a small liking to the girl.

Currently, the two were walking on the beach as Jade answered the questions of which Wendy asked. It seemed as if Wendy wanted to know more about the island and it's magic.

Curious, Jade asked, "What's brought on these questions? Last time you were here you didn't ask many questions."

Wendy had frowned slightly, "There's this boy, who said that he is from a different place - a magic place - he didn't want me to come here. He said magic ruined his family, it killed his mother and father, and ripped away his older sister. He wanted me to not interact with the shadow at all."

Jade slightly tensed up, though her mind had went racing, it can't be who she thought it was, it wouldn't. If it was who she thought it was, then how and why was he in the land without magic.

Jade had proceeded to look at the younger girl, "And this boy you mentioned, he's the same one who you caught stealing bread in your house right?"

The girl nodded as Jade then continued, "What did he look like?"

Slightly confused by what she meant, Wendy had then responded, "Curly brown hair - like your hair colour - maybe darker, he's slightly taller than me, I think he's around my age - fourteen, maybe fifteen - he is quite, I don't know, odd." She then shook her head, "I don't see why you're asking me this."

"I'm just curious." Jade responded with. "Did he tell you his name?"

"Why of course, he said his name was Bae." Wendy responded.

That was when Jade froze up completely. It was who she thought it was, yet she couldn't be certain. He was alive, but why the hell was he in that realm. More importantly, what the hell happened between both him and their father.

"Excuse me, Jade - ma'am - miss - are you okay?" Wendy asked.

Jade then shook her head to see how Wendy was stood in front of her giving her a confused look. She then said, "You know Baelfire? Bae?"

"Yes. How do you know him? Have you met him?" Wendy asked as her eyes lit up a little.

"Yes I know him, I grew up with him." Jade spoke and that was when the blonde was confused, "He's my brother. I'm his sister that got ripped away from him."

Wendy's face then suddenly dropped, it seemed as if hope was lost in her eyes. The once smiling face turned into a frown, like the world had come to an end.

Was this not what she was expecting? Was Jade the sister of which Wendy never pictured? Was she mentioned at all apart from the sister that got ripped away? Why should this matter to her though, she should be grateful that Baelfire still remembers her.

"I'm sorry. It's just I haven't heard anything about Bae since I was ripped away." Jade said as she then shook her head slightly. It seemed so unreal for her to be hearing this with him. In a way it seemed unrealistic that he was in the land without magic.

Wendy didn't seem to say anything, however her facial expression seemed to changed from surprised to upset while she looked around the island. Jade's eyebrows rose slightly, wondering as to what she could hear. Wendy looked as if she was about to cry while the shadow appeared behind the young child.

"Wendy, look at me," Jade began as she then placed both her hands on her shoulders, "tell him 'Stiltskin' he might be confused but he is a smart kid. Don't open your window again, okay, as much as I love it here, Bae will know why."

The shadow had then grabbed Wendy's hand as Jade continued, "The shadow is going to come back when night falls in your land, to take one of your brothers, protect each other, don't let each other out of each other's sight."

It was then that the shadow flew up, taking the young girl with him. Jade yelled, "Make sure you tell him!"

****

It didn't take long for the shadow to drop Wendy off back at her home. It was there that she found Bae sleeping, on the seat near the window. However the sudden rush had woken the boy up to see how Wendy was standing right by him.

The two spoke for a short minute about how long she was gone and such. However the tears were still threatening to fall as his sister's words had wrapped around her mind.

The two had sat on her bed while Bealfire asked, "So, what was it like over there?"

"It's an island where there are no grown-ups to tell you what to do, but there are mermaids and fairies and all sorts of mystical creatures. There's even a king and queen who run the island, the children there call them the parents of the island." Wendy explained to the boy.

Bae had given her a small look, "Then why did you return?"

"Because when night fell, that's when all the children started to miss their parents, and they cried through the night." Wendy explained. She knew that she needed to tell him about his sister, the mother of the island, but she wanted to answer the questions of which he had first.

"Well, why don't they go home?" Bae asked.

Wendy shook her head, "The shadow won't let them. And there are some children who find comfort in the mother, seeing her as their own. She's the one who looks after them, but yet she has no control over the shadow."

She then let out a small sigh as she continued, "There's a reason it's called Neverland, because once you set foot on it's soil...the shadow never lets you leave."

Baelfire was then confused, as he asked, "How did you escape?"

"He let me go, because he didn't want me. The mother, she said that the shadow would return for one of the boys, she said that the shadow would return later on tonight and take one. However, the shadow might be taking one of my brothers in my place." Wendy responded.

She then looked at the boy as she then couldn't control the tears of which fell, "You said magic was bad, and you were right, Bae. It's going to destroy my family."

Baelfire then instantly said, "No. I wont let anything bad happen to you or this family."

The two had then held hands for a moment as Wendy tried to calm herself down. However, there was this one thing of which played on the young boys mind, who was this mother of Neverland of which Wendy was speaking about. He wanted to know but he wanted to wait until after Wendy calmed down.

They had sat there like this for a few minutes as Wendy then let out a small breath. She then proceeded to shake her head slightly as she asked, "Your sister, what was she like?"

Bae had given her a small confused look, wondering as to what could have brought this up, though he ended up responding with, "She was nice, my sister done anything to protect me before she got ripped away, she cares to much than she'd admit. I miss her and I always wondered as to where she went. Why?"

"Stiltskin." Was all of which Wendy responded with, "The mother of Neverland said Stiltskin. You'd manage to work it out apparently."

Baelfire then looked as if he was uncomfortable. It seemed weird how hearing such a last name would make him feel like that. However, as he thought about it, why would the mother of Neverland say Stiltskin? For all he knew Stiltskin wouldn't have gone a long way, let alone to a place where there were no adults.

Unless, there was a Stiltskin living on that island, but not the Stiltskin of which chose power over child, an adult Stiltskin wouldn't be on a adult-free island. It was the Stiltskin of which was younger of course, but older than him. It was the Stiltskin of which was just four or so years older than him, the one of which almost died protecting him countless of times.

"Jade. It's her. The mother of Neverland is my sister." Baelfire said in slight shock.

How in hell would she end up going to the island only to become the mother of it, the queen should he say. It was honestly a shock, he had always wondered as to where she could have gone, where she ended up, but this - this was honestly a big shock.

The main thing was that he knew she was alive. She was alive and still cared if she was willing enough to give Wendy a message from her to say to him.

Camilla was in front of both David and Mary Margret with her daggers in her hands. She had told the two to make sure to keep quiet for her to be able to hear any movement from inside the Storybrooke Cannery building.

As they walked, Camilla had jumped slightly as she heard the sound of a bottle thumping onto the ground. She had looked round to see how Mary Margret was beside a small table and had seemed to tense up.

"Careful!" Camilla snapped in a hushed tone.

"Sorry." Mary Margret whispered back.

Camilla had shook her head slightly as the small group of three had made their way into an area filled with pipes. However, as soon as they made it into the piped area, they had heard something like distant chatter though it seemed a little closer for comfort.

Both Camilla and David had moved quickly, thinking that it might be who they thought it was. It was then that Camilla had moved out, noticing the gun towards her head - though before she could see who it was, Camilla had quickly disarmed the person by knocking the gun from hand onto the floor, pulling the arm across her chest while she pointed the blade edge of her dagger to the neck.

However, Camilla had then slightly pulled away as she noticed how it was Emma standing there with Neal beside her - both with wide eyes.

"What the hell, guys?!" Emma asked in a hushed yell.

"At least we know you can defend yourself." Neal commented as Camilla withdrew her dagger from Emma's neck and pulled away. Emma's arm dropped to her side as Camilla had picked the gun back up, passing it back to the blonde.

"Here," David had then handed Emma a walkie-talkie, "so that doesn't happen again."

"Camilla," Emma started as the Hopper child looked at her, "You, Mary Margret and David search the basement. We'll take the main floor. Regina's gotta be here somewhere."

The three had nodded as they then went of. Camilla had given Neal a small smile as they went of into different directions.

It didn't take Camilla, Mary Margret, and David long to get to the basement. They had all looked into every room of which they had come across in hopes that they'd come across Regina at any given point.

A few minutes had passed and Camilla had rose her hand slightly, indicating for both Mary Margret and David to stop for a moment as she heard the sounds of screaming followed by a voice, "You feel that? Huh? That's the end of you! That's scary, ain't it?!"

The three had given each other a small look before they had all rushed towards the direction of which they heard the voice come from. However, Camilla was the first one to arrive at the door as she then heard, "Now you're never gonna hurt anyone ever again."

"She might not, but I will!" Camilla hissed as she then threw her dagger towards the machine and then the other dagger towards Greg. The dagger had just went past his shoulder, leaving him with a bloody shoulder.

The male had then raised his arms in pain as Camilla got out another two daggers - one hidden in her sleeve and another in a scabbard attached to her thigh.

"Don't move, or it'll be your last breath." Camilla threatened.

Panic was clearly written over Greg's face, though it quickly vanished when he saw his chance to escape. David had ran towards him, and in that moment - it gave Gregg the chance to run. However, before Camilla could even think about throwing another dagger, pain had coursed its way through her entire body.

The sound of cracking and lack of breath seemed to fill the room, she couldn't move, she was completely frozen in the place of which she stood. One of her daggers had fell to the floor as her eyes drifted towards Regina. I'm sorry, I should've gotten here earlier, Camilla thought. Though she didn't work for the mayor anymore, she still felt a tad bit responsible for needing to be her companion still.

The pain - the sound of cracking and the lack of breath seemed to fade as Mary Margret called out, "DAVID! We can't leave her! She'll die if we don't get her help." It was then that Camilla noticed how the raven-haired female was stood beside Regina's unconscious body.

Feeling the life come back into her, Camilla had quickly grabbed hold of the dagger of which fell as she then said, "I'm going to check on Emma and Neal, see if they had any luck."

"You're not okay, Jay! You was just hit with the curse!" David protested.

"And?" Camilla shot back.

Though before he could respond, she was gone. If there was one thing of which David knew, it was that Camilla was one stubborn bitch who maybe cared a little too much than what she'd admit.

It didn't take Camilla that long to find where both Neal and Emma where, after all - all of which she had to follow was the sound of someone yelling and a gun shot.

Camilla had came to a small corridor where she could either keep going or turn left. However, what had brought her out of her thoughts was the sound of fighting. She looked to her left to see how Emma full on body-slammed into Tamara.

Camilla had looked surprise towards the blonde, there was a small part of Camilla of which believed that Emma wouldn't be as violent - kinda - like this. Especially towards Tamara - but oh well, Emma was doing something Camilla wished she could do.

Emma had ran over towards the gun and instantly picked it up - pointing it towards Tamara, "It's over."

"No, it's not." Tamara stated as she pulled out a magic bean from her pocket.

Camilla's eyes widened as she recognised what it was. Though it was too late for her to even do anything as Tamara had threw the bean towards both Emma and Neal.

As soon as the portal started to open, Emma had jumped up and grabbed hold of a pole while Neal weakly crawled away.

Emma had looked up as the pole was slowly starting to break over the portal. The blonde hand noticed Camilla as she yelled, "JADE!"

Noticing how weak Neal was and how Emma was about to fall into the green spinning abyss, something had snapped within Camilla - anger in a way. At an instant, Camilla had punched Tamara in the face as she then managed to scrape Tamara's side before she had ran off.

Neal had managed to catch Emma from falling into the portal, though all of a sudden the floorboards beneath them had cracked. That was when Camilla's protective instinct had kicked in as at an instant, Camilla had dropped her daggers as she then grabbed hold of Emma's wrist as she fell.

Camilla had used her other hand to grab onto a pipe. Emma had her grip on Neal as she also tried to keep a grip on Camilla. The blonde had given her a surprised look as she could see just how much pain Camilla was in.

The sound of cracking was what Camilla could hear, however, that wasn't her main concern - it was the fact that her brother was so close of falling through the portal. She didn't want to loose him when she just got him back.

Her wrist felt as if it was breaking but she knew she couldn't let go. No matter how much she wanted to let go and fall through and just hope that she'd end up in Neverland, but she couldn't, she had to keep both Emma and Neal here.

Neal had looked up towards Camilla, to see the amount of pain of which flickered through her eyes and he could just about hear the sound of something cracking - though he wasn't sure if it was the wooden floorboards around him, or Camilla.

"Emma, you have to let me go, Camilla won't be able to hold longer!" Neal called out through the sound of wind whipping around.

Emma had then glanced up to the supposed huntress only to see how the stone complexion of her skin seemed to look more real than anything. Emma could see how dust seemed to come out of Camilla's mouth every time she breathed out, but what stood out the most was the blood which came almost pouring out of her nose and now her mouth.

"Camilla!" Emma yelled, only to then catch the attention of said girl.

Through gritted teeth, Camilla yelled, "If you think I'm going to let go then try thinking of something else, cause like hell I'm letting go!"

Though Neal hated to say it, he called out, "You have to let me go!"

Camilla shook her head slightly as Emma simply couldn't do such a thing. Emma couldn't let him go, nor did she dare to. Camilla had to then look back up as her eyes had kept shifting from a dark and dead-like grey and a more lighter grey. Camilla could feel just how stiff her body was becoming throughout this, but she refused to let either of them go.

Emma had looked down towards Neal as she spoke, "Neal, you're shot! If you go through that portal, you'll die no matter what world you land in!"

"No, but, Emma - Camilla, Henry needs the both of you. He can't loose the three of us. Don't make him grow up like we did." Neal spoke.

Camilla knew that Emma was crying as Camilla then yelled, "THEN, PLEASE DON'T LET GO!"

"I need you. " Emma spoke through her tears. "I love you."

It was then that Camilla looked up to her wrist to see how it was slowly starting to crack and break off. Her ears started to ring as more blood ran out from her nose and her mouth.

She felt her body then jump slightly lower into the portal as her hand - which gripped the poll - was completely stone and her arm was coming off from her hand. Her other hand which held onto Emma, her grip had slightly loosened.

Neal's grip on Emma's had tightened slightly, "I love you, too. Look after Jade for me, please."

He had given both Emma and Camilla one last look as he then let go, falling into the portal, disappearing from the land without magic.

It wasn't that long after Neal let go that the portal shut behind him, and it was then that Emma felt that Camilla's grip was no longer felt, and that Camilla had then proceeded to fall on top of Emma, in the hole which previously held the portal.

With tears already rolling down her cheeks, Emma had shook Camilla in hopes that she'd respond. Emma had noticed how blood seemed to stain Camilla's skin from her nose, mouth and ears. However, what had caught Emma's attention was the fact that Camilla's hand was completely broken off.

"Hey, Cam, wake up!" Emma spoke as she shook Camilla.

When she didn't get any kind of response, that was what had worried her the most. With as much strength as possible, Emma had tried her best to pick Camilla up and throw her over the floorboards and proceeded to climb up.

Emma had then grabbed hold of Camilla's stone and broken hand. Just by looking at both Camilla's hand and Camilla's body, Emma had felt nothing but panic. Emma knew that when Camilla woke up, she wouldn't be pleased.

Emma had walked into the apartment, her gaze was mainly in front, she didn't care as to what the hell was going on around her, all she could feel was the utter most sadness and panic which lingered over her entire body.

"What happened?" David had asked, rushing towards his daughter, his attention to what Mother Superior had previously said didn't matter, all he was worried about was what the hell was going on with Emma.

When Emma didn't answer, David has asked, "What is it?"

Emma had then proceeded to look up towards her father as tears threatened to fall.

It was then that Mary Margret asked, "Where's Neal and Camilla?"

Emma didn't say anything to begin with though after a few moments, she said, "He's gone. Tamara killed him. Camilla - she," Emma had then shook her head, "she's in a coma, Camilla had tried to keep me and Neal out of a portal and she was bleeding from her mouth, nose and ears. Her hand - it broke off."

An hour or so later, Emma was sat on the stairs with David beside her. His arm was wrapped around her shoulders as he said, "Emma, I'm so sorry."

Emma stared off into the distance as she muttered, "How..am I gonna tell Henry?"

David hadn't said anything as both father and daughter had sat there in silence. David didn't know what to say, all he did do was kiss Emma on the side of her head.

All that they knew was the fact that it was going to be hard to tell Henry any of it. Hell, they'd have to tell Gold about what the hell happened to his kids - even if he had a complicated relationship with one of them, more so than the other one.
