Goku stood across from Black eyes locked as the situation blossomed.

"This is freaky it's like looking in a mirror" Goku laughed as he looked at the man in front of him

"So you're in this timeline too it seems" Black smirked thinking back to how he got his body

"I don't know what you're talking about, but you won't be able to do anything here" Goku declared getting serious

"That is left to be determined, do you Son Goku dare to take the challenge"

Goku looked down upon his family and friends, his eyes landed on you, and the thought of you getting dragged into the fight crossed his mind, for some reason he was feeling an even greater push from inside him to make sure you were protected.

"Let us take this somewhere else, somewhere where we can fight full out"

"If you believe it will help you, lead the way" Black grinned

Goku took off towards the wastelands with black in tow, F Trunks looked at his Father who nodded and the two of them took off after to follow. You, Piccolo, and Krillin who had arrived after Black first exited the portal took off with you to follow the group. The remaining few at the capsule corp made their way beside Whis as he used his staff to project the current scene.

When you three got there you were met with Goku and Black already fighting and Vegeta and F Trunks watching from the ground a little distance away, You, Piccolo, and Krillin took a spot beside the two that were watching. Vegeta let out a grunt acknowledging that they were there and F Trunks took the effort to nod at you guys not wanting to take his attention from the fight for too long.

The two exchanged blow for blow, neither giving it their all, both with the same fighting strategy. Goku landed a harsh blow on Black sending him hurtling to the ground, a dust cloud emerged around the area, and F Trunks had taken and held a breath hoping Black wouldn't get back up but none the less as the smoke cloud started to clear an unscathed black stood in the middle wiping dust off himself.

He shot back up throwing himself back at Goku, Black threw a punch followed by Goku returning the favor, they continued like that for a while both power matching each other but with a little more force than before.

Everyone watching the fight below couldn't help but be nervous, you knew that Goku wasn't in his final form so he was still holding back, but it looked as if Black was matching everything he was throwing at him.

"Why isn't he using the form he used against me?" F Trunks asked in disbelief

"Blame Kakarot's habit of not going full out from the beginning" Vegeta scuffed not removing his eyes from the fight

A bit of anger flowed through F Trunks as he wanted Black to be beaten as soon as possible but he was trying to push it away as there wasn't much he could do. You looked over to see the conflicted expression washing over him and you put your hand on his shoulder and gave it a squeeze.

you shared a look before putting your attention back into the fight, Goku and Black both punched each other and it looked as if they were equal in strength, They both stopped for a second and Black used the break to power up, he had black and purple waves emitting around his body as he finished, he admired himself and laugh escaped his mouth.

"MHahaha this body impresses me more each day, get ready to face the WRATH OF A GOD!" Black charged at Goku unleashing his power into every attack

Goku being no newbie to fighting saw that even with his power flowing greater than what super saiyan two could manifest, he was leaving himself open in many places, Goku blinked out of sight as the attack was about to land, reappearing behind him and slamming him into the ground with an over the head downwards volley.

A crackling noise was heard and the portal started to act up causing the people at Capsule Corp to become unsettled, Black started to stand only to have himself be pulled by unknown powers, and he was pulled halfway back to Capsule Corp.

Goku followed not wanting to end the fight, he threw a punch toward Black who didn't have time to block gets hit, the force of the punch plus the force of the pulling from the portal make him fly backward toward the portal, Goku continued with a barrage of punches, each sending Black closer and closer to the portal.

Black feeling the pull knew his time in this plane was coming to an end, he looked around to see what he could do with little time left, he looked around the grounds and spotted the time machine he saw Trunks disappear with back in his time.

"If I can't destroy this world I will make sure you can't get back to stop me" and with that he blew up the time machine and was dragged by the warping back to his timeline, leaving everyone in a bit of a state of panic.

F Trunks who was following with everyone sunk to the ground in defeat as it seemed like all hope just vanished, His mother and Mai had sacrificed themselves for nothing.

Bulma ran inside to her lab as a thought struck her mind and no one could stop her. The rest of everyone sat outside in a state of defeat before Goku, You, and the others made their way inside, you were with Goku making sure he was fine, you knew he was but you couldn't help yourself.

"Y/n, I promise I'm okay just frustrated that he got away"

"We will find him and when we do you'll beat him I know it," you said rubbing his back which earned you a grin as you made your way down the hallway

F Trunks who was following behind spoke up "How? He blew up the time machine before he got dragged back! How am I gonna save them now" He tugged at his hair

"With this of course," Bulma said coming out of nowhere startling you

"And what is that?" F Trunks looked at his mom with a confused expression

"The time machine you left here silly" She laughed and made her way back outside

Goku You and F trunks followed and were a bit surprised when it was just that, they should know better than to start doubting Bulma now.

Bulma threw the capsule in her hand towards the open space in the yard and a few moments later a Time machine almost identical to the one in ashes but covered in moss

"Wow you really still had it"

"Yeah when I asked you to keep it, I intentionally had plans to work on it, but life got in the way and I almost completely forgot about it, just like what I have to talk to you about later y/n"

That pit you forgot all too well about reappeared and you were reminded that you might be pregnant, and it's a good thing Bulma didn't say anything because Goku was looking at you confused

"Everything okay? you looked worried?" Goku asked with a worried expression, he could tell something was bothering you and he was concerned

"Yes everything is fine and she just did a test for me, nothing serious" you replied hoping that was enough to maybe distract him

"Oh okay, are you sure you look a little shaken?" he asked to confirm

"Yes I'm fine sweetheart, why don't you go get some food with the boys" you motioned to the group that was now making its way into the home

"Okay, but I'm gonna ask you again later" he gave you a look and disappeared following the boys

"Bulma!" you smacked her arm once Goku was out of sight

"Sheesh y/n you need to chill, we can wait till this is over to find out if it is that big a deal you want to keep it from him"

"He doesn't know and I don't know how he would react, I'm not even sure how I will" you deadpanned

"He will be ecstatic, he was over the moon when he found out about the boys, he loves kids"

"But he already has 2 and Gohan has a kid now" You explained your worries

"That guy would have an army of kids if he could" Bulma laughed thinking of it, she looked at you and gave you a smile "Everything will be fine Y/n, I know you can't see it through my eyes but that man loves you very much and would do anything for you"

"Okay okay fair point there Bulma but I'll tell him if I am, but I don't want to get him excited for nothing" you sighed

"Okay I will agree to that because it's fair, but tomorrow after you guys get back we will go to the lab and check the results even if I have to drag you " She raised her finger at you "I mean it"

You swallowed and nodded, Bulma had a very scary side sometimes and even being a female saiyan you didn't want to push her.

Bulma left you by yourself outside, you were sitting in one of the many spare chairs laying around the property. You were staring at the grass for a few minutes when a hand settled on your shoulder pulling you away from the grass you were concentrating on.

You looked up and you were met with the concerned eyes of Whis

"You've been sitting here for ten minutes and everyone went inside to eat, are you okay dear?" Whis removed his hand and took a seat on the chair beside you

"Yeah, I've just been thinking" You gave him a small smile turning your attention back to the grass

"Well your obviously worrying about something, and I have a feeling I know what it is"

You waited for Whis to continued but after a minute when he didn't you looked over at him to see him looking at you.

"I'm not gonna going to push you to talk about it as i know you'll tell me when the time is right" Whis smiled and rubbed your back, you returned the smile and the two of you made your way inside to join the group for a meal.

-mini time skip-

"So well head there tomorrow bright and early" Trunks declared happily now that the time machine was newly fixed and had a full tank of fuel for the trip

"Haha maybe not bright and early it's hard as hell to get this one out of bed in the morning" you laughed and motioned to Goku who was behind you distracted by what Goten was talking to him about

"Okay haha well just come over when you get up and well head out" Trunks laughed

"Make sure he doesn't sleep all day, we don't need the clown slowing us down" Vegeta look at you

"yeah yeah down worry big bro" you nudge him with your elbow

Vegeta let a small smile make its way to his face before quickly removing it scuffing and heading into the house to find his wife, Trunks watched his father go before turning to you

"I want to apologize again y/n, it wasn't right of me to attack you like that earlier" Trunks said as he turned to you with a sad expression

"No it's totally okay, I don't blame you honestly if there was someone destroying the world and everyone I loved I would be in the same state you were in" You gave him a nod and looked at the Goku and Goten, Goten was showing his dad what they had built earlier, which was only a ladder but Goku couldn't care less, he was proud of his son and the smile he gave him could light up the universe.

"How did that happen if you don't mind me asking?" Trunks looked over at you

"Well Whis and Beerus came to Earth looking for a being that would challenge him, and we met Goku on one of the Kais planets and then we came here and I met everyone, Your dad is the one who recognized me, I had no memory of plate Vegeta or the family I had there"

"Wow, wait how did Goku beat Beerus?" Trunks asked confused not putting the pieces together

"He didn't but Beerus let Earth be spared because of the food" You broke out into laughter that spread to trunks

"Food?!" he wheezed "They are more alike than I could imagine"

"Hahaha yeah you could say that"

Trunks and you talked for a little while longer before he headed inside leaving you by yourself, you looked around and spotted a Goku who was walking toward you with a half-asleep Goten in his arms, you met him in the middle and reached up leaving a kiss on both your boys heads

"Home?"

"Home"

and with that, the three of you took off to your little home on the mountainside.
