Adrien P.O.V.

"We're all glad to help." Ladybug was being interviewed on live TV and the rest of the super hero gang, including me, was standing behind her. "Now if you'll excuse me," She grabbed the air horn and threw it up in the air, ladybugs swarming everywhere and fixing the damage of the fight.

Cameras where flashing at us and the new Volpina was being interviewed, even Queen Bee was busy talking to her fans. I didn't feel like talking to anyone since I'm always surrounded with cameras being Adrien Agreste, so I slowly walked away and used my baton to help me get on top of a roof so I could admire the city.

"Chat what are you doing here all by yourself?" Ladybug chased after me once she saw me leave and left in the middle of her interview.

"I just want to admire the city. It's really pretty at this time." I leaned back and looked at the setting sun. "Who knows when we'll get to do this again, all of Paris's threats are gone. There's no need for us anymore."

"I suppose that's true. So I guess that means we'll never get to see each other again?" Her face saddened.

"I guess not." I felt a slight pain in my chest.

"Well, I guess this is the last time." She held her fist up so we'd fist bump. She smiled slightly but I could see the sadness in her eyes.

We fist bumped but none of us said our usual catch phrase. "Chat..." Tears started pouring out of her eyes. "I'm sorry." She hugged me and cried on my shoulder.

"Sorry for what?" I hugged her back feeling the pain in my chest growing.

"I'm sorry that I left you. Since this is the last time we might see each other, there's one thing I have to admit. Chat, I'm still in love with you. I always have been." She let go of me and stared at me with tears running down her cheeks. "I don't know what I was thinking. I hate not being with you. I should've seen that you were the right choice from the start. I'm sorry."

I tried to stop myself but it was almost like an instinct. I leaned foward and stopped her crying by gently kissing her, and she immediately kissed back.

"So Chat Noir and Ladybug did have a happy ending?" Volpina sneaked up behind us. "Are you two married yet?"

We quickly pulled away embarrassed and our faces were flushed red. "No. That was just a one time thing. I'm in love with someone else." I said coldly and I could see tears forming I'm her eyes again.

"Well, it was nice meeting you Volpina. Good bye Chat." I knew exactly what was going to happen next. She was going to leave me exactly like she did so many years ago, tears streaming down her face just like last time.

"Ladybug wait!" I grabbed her hand just in time so she wouldn't leave.

"What do you want?" She avoided looking me in the eye.

"I want you to stay." I pulled her closer to me. "Forget what I said. I'm not in love with Chloé. I'm in love with you."

"Is that so?" Queen Bee detransformed. "So that's the end of us, huh?"

"Chloé is Queen Bee?" Volpina looked around. "This is huge news." She whispered to herself.

"Chloé look-" I took a step toward her but she took a step away from me.

"Don't get near me. I always knew you'd one day go running back to her. Pollen, transform me." She transformed back to Queen Bee and ran away, but I didn't want to go after her. I only wanted to be by Marinette's side.

"So if you were dating Chloé/Queen Bee, why did you keep calling Ladybug 'my lady'?" Volpina spun her flute in her hand. "Who are you guys?"

"Well, it was just instinct for me to call her my lady." I pressed my forehead against Marinette's. "You'll find out who we are soon enough."

"Tikki, detransform me." She smiled and Volpina let it a huge scream.

"No way! I never knew it was you! Girl it's been forever, how come you never told me it was you!" Volpina kept fangirling over Marinette.

"How do you know me? I'm not even that big of a fashion designer, yet."

Volpina detransformed, leaving someone else familiar in her place. "I didn't know my best friend from highschool is LB! But one question is left. Who's Chat Noir?"

I detransformed and she shrieked. "No way! I always had a hunch that you were Chat Noir! Marrinette you did end up with your high school sweetheart Adrien Agreste!"

"Not exactly, but I guess now I did. It's nice to see you again Alya." Alya rushed over to hug Marinette.

I got a small box out of my pocket and threw it off the building as far as I could. Inside the small box was something meant for someone else, but now I know I didn't want that. I never wanted her. I only ever wanted Marinette.

"So what's next for you two?" Alya asked.

"I think it's best we go our own ways." I turned away from them and Marinette rushed ok over to hug me from behind.

"Please don't go. I let you go once, but I'll never do that again. I'm sorry." Marinette held me tightly and made sure I couldn't move.

"I'm only kidding my lady, I just wanted to see if I was what you really want. Now please let me go I can't move." She let me go then I turned back to face her and I kissed her forehead.

"Well it really is the end of Ladybug and Chat Noir huh?" She said with a tone of disappointment in her voice.

"Sadly it is. But it's the start of our new future together." I pulled her into a hug and I could see Alya from the corner of my eye fangirling.

"I have to tell Nino about this!" Alya took a picture of us.

"You still talk to Nino? How is he?" I said while holding a blushing Marinette in my arms.

"Well honey, there isn't a ring on my finger for nothing. And he's doing fine." Alya smiled.

"You're married?" Marinette rushed over to Alya and looked at her ring.

"Nope, just engaged. I'm glad I bumped into you here cause now you're just in time for my wedding."

"I forgot to add that part into the fanfic." Plagg whispered behind me and was typing away in my phone.

"What part?" I asked him and tried to get my phone back but he was too quick.

"Nothing! How many kids do you think you and Marinette are having? 20? No wait that's too much, I can't think of names for all of them. 10? Yeah that could work."

"Plagg what are you doing? I thought you stopped writing a long time ago. Have your fanfics been of me and Ladybug for the past few years?"

"Uh maybe. I mean who would wanna read about you and Chloé? No one ships that. However a Chat × reader fanfic, those are the winning fanfics. I would wrote a reader × Plagg fanfic, but the world isn't ready for that yet."

"Since when do you know so much about fanfics?"

"I've been writing fafics for a while. My first book was great but then when I let you write the second one; you're really bad at writing."

"You got it the other way around. I wrote the first one, I mean who else could have that many cat puns?"

"What are you two arguing about?" Marinette walked over to me.

"Nothing!" Plagg and I yelled at the same time.

"Well anyway I'm heading home, it's getting late."

"Actually come with me, I have somewhere I want to take you." I smirked and transformed back into Chat Noir. "Let's go my lady."

I'm not sure how many chapters are left but thanks for sticking around! I'm pretty sure no one remembers the good old days when I would update every week but if you where there during that time and still are here, thank you!
