Adrien P.O.V.

The man stood there still holding both swords to Ladybug's throat. She simply smirked and taunted him.

"Go ahead and do it. I must say, you're a pretty tough akuma but I can handle you." She grinned and put her hand on the blade of his sword.

He furrowed his eyebrows in slight confusion. "Don't move. You're an idiot you know that? You shouldn't disobey me."

"You should look at who you're talking to." She continued grinning and secretly made a hand signal to me distracting the man with her other hand.

I swung my baton at him to distract him and he pointed a sword at me as I lunged at him. Ladybug kicked away his other sword and used her yo-yo to pull the sword about to stab me away.

He let go of the sword Ladybug had grabbed with her yo-yo and it flew behind her and landed on the roof of another building.

"Chat do you know where the akuma is yet?" Her yo-yo went back to her hand and the sword stayed on the roof of the other building.

"No. But if I had to guess it has to be in one of his swords, he has nothing else on him." I said and I spun my baton in my hand.

"You're a pretty clever Chat." She smirked and spun her yo-yo.

Marinette P.O.V

"Hello?" I looked around the dim room unable to see anything. I was in the middle of fighting an akuma, why am I suddenly here?

"Hello Ladybug." A familiar female voice echoed in the room.

I looked at myself and I saw that I was still in my transformation. "Who are you? Why am I here?" I immediately questioned the other person in the room.

"You'll see who we are in a bit." This time a male spoke, and his voice seemed way too familiar. He laughed then spoke again. "My dear little naive Marinette."

My eyes widened as I remembered who that voice belongs to. "David?"

Suddenly bright lights flashed in my eyes and after a moment of being blinded I saw him and another person. "Correct. But did you guess that she is here?" His arm was around Hawkmoth's- or should I say Lila's waist and he gave her a quick kiss on the lips. Lila smirked and put her arm around his neck.

I looked at them in horror and I felt a tear roll down my cheek. "D-david? How could you?" I backed away from them and bumped into a wall.

"Marrinette, did you ever think that I really loved you? Lila here is much better than you in everyway. You were just dumb enough to leave your highschool sweetheart Adrien and go out with me instead." He smirked and kissed Lila again.

"Will you two cut it out already?" A third voice came from the other side of the room but it was too dark for me to see him.

Lila rolled her eyes then looked at me and grinned. "It's time."

"Time for what? Time to steal my miraculous? Time to kill me?" I yelled at her in anger.

"They both aren't bad ideas, but before I take away everything you have, I'd like to at least make you suffer for a bit." Her grin was the last thing I saw before I blacked out again.

Adrien P.O.V.

"Is it strange that I don't remember what happened when were where fighting the akuma today? Where could Marinette be?" I asked Plagg but he didn't seem to care at all, as usual.

"I don't know. Can I have some camembert now? I need some energy so I can finish my fanfic."He whinned and I handed him a piece of the horrible smelling cheese.

"You're still writing fanfics?" I raised my eyebrow at him.

"Psh no...... actually maybe. You never know."

"Plagg!"

"What can I say? You've been busy fighting akumas so I never get to finish my fanfics. My other fanfic recently reached 7k views and I need to thank the readers for that and update the sequel!" He said proudly then ate the piece of camembert whole.

"You wrote a sequel?! And how did you get 7k views? I've read your past fanfics and your writing skills are horrible."

"We've been over this Adrien. Don't forget you wrote about 10 fanfics too."

"But that was before Marinette and I-"

He cut me off and continued talking. "It's called a fanfic for a reason."

Marinette P.O.V.

"A box?"

I woke up in a another dark room. My transformation was gone and the only light I could see was coming from a box in the middle of the room.

I walked over to the box and I opened it cautiously only to reveal something very familiar, my miraculous.

I took the earrings and I put them on, and all of a sudden the dark room was filled with a swarm of Ladybugs. The Ladybugs left as quickly as they came and I was left standing in my bright pink room.

"It feels nice to be home..."

"Wake up!" Lila yelled and a bucket of cold water was dumped on top of me. My hands where stuck to the wall in handcuffs. It was just a dream.

"How long have I been here?" I asked her but I kept my eyes on the ground and I didn't look up to see her.

"A week. But don't worry, it's nothing compared to what I am going to do to you." She smiled then pulled on my earrings and took them off of me. "You won't be needing these anymore."

She was about to leave the room when I spoke again. "There's one thing you can't take from me, and that one thing is all I need to get out of here."

She sighed and turned around to face me again. "I highly doubt that. Just give up Marinette. Your nothing without Chat Noir, and your nothing without your miraculous. There's nothing left for me to take, you've already lost. The savior of Paris has fallen."

Author P.O.V.
