Adrien P.O.V.

~flashback~

"I know I'm supposed to kill you but I-" I paused and punched the floor. "but I can't. I know you hurt her, but- but I can't."

"I-I'm sorry Chat but it's ok. I'm here for you now." She said and she put her hand on my back as I was crying iwith my head pressed against the floor.

"How am I supposed to trust you to help me, when you're the one who hurt me in the first place!" I yelled at her and smacked her hand away.

"I was akumatized Chat. I hardly remeber hurting her. If I could take it back I would in a heart beat! I didn't mean for things to end up this way, I want to fight beside you and Ladybug!" She said and she put her hand over her chest to try to convince me she was sorry with all her heart.

"Shut up. You have no heart. And don't ever mention that name again." I said emotionless and I stood up.

"I'm sorry Chat ok! I don't know what else I can do to convince you I'm sorry! Look, if you want to kill me, I'll make this easier!" She detransformed but I didn't look at her. Not even a glance.

"You don't have to do that. I know who you are, Chloé Bourgeois."

"H-how did you know?"

"It's obvious. The two most heartless people I know must be the same person."

"Shut up and listen Chat! I'm not heartless and-" I quickly turned around and grabbed her waist, pulled her against me, kissing her in the process.

"You better shut up." I told her and left her standing on the roof in awe as I quickly ran away.

~end of flashback~

Chloé isn't as bad as I thought she was. Actually, we're dating now. Things change and you move on. But sometimes I still get the feeling I really haven't moved on from  Marinette.

"Adrien, everything ok?" Chloé looked up at me and I just smiled.

"Everything is fine." I wrapped my arm around her and I pulled her close to me as we walked in the rain.

"You can let go now Adrien, we're here." She pushed the door open to her place and I let go of her, quickly pecking her lips before walking to my house.

Hawkmoth seems like an old enemy. He hasn't been around since Marinette left me. And speaking of Marinette, that day was also the last time I saw her. She just seems like a faded memory I cling onto. A smile crept onto my lips as I thought about the good days, fighting crime, saving the city, being with my lady. But I have a new person now. And so does she. I can't let go of this now, she probably doesn't want to let go either. But my dad is still missing after 6 years.

"Adrien I want camembert." Except that hasn't changed.

"You'll never stop eating this, will you?" I handed Plagg a piece of camembert and he hugged it for a second before eating it whole.

"Nope. Camembert is too good to give up." He rubbed his stomach and I set my school bag on my bed. Life has gotten boring without her, without crime, without any problems. I miss it all the time.

Marinette P.O.V.

"David, how does this look?" I twirled around in a new dress I had just finished making.

"Perfect." He gave me a thumbs up then went back to sketching.

The dress was a black one with neon green stripes on the bottom half and a small paw print at the top left corner. If this was a few years ago, everyone would know it's supposed to represent Chat Noir. But now days, it's just a dress, the meaning is gone.

If I said I miss him sometimes I would lie. I miss him all the time. But it wasn't his fault, it's mine. And I moved away a while ago. Word is he's gonna marry Chloé, so I'll leave him be. I wouldn't want to destroy his happiness now. I'm happy too, maybe splitting up was a good thing. After all, things have been peaceful for a long time.

Hawkmoth P.O.V.

"Make way for the new Hawkmoth! The stronger, better 2.0 version. And not to mention, you're still stuck with me Gabriel Agreste. But don't worry, you'll be free as soon as those miraculouses are mine. The wait isn't that much longer now." I smirked and gave an evil laugh as Gabriel Agreste was paralyzed with fear. "They are probably weak by now. You see, the difference between you and me, Agreste, is I am patient. That was your down fall. So now, you'll suffer watching me win."

So I decided to publish this for the 1 year anniversary! This is a filler chapter and you'll have to be patient for the next one since school just started.
