Ana's pov

Ugh!  This has been the worst day ever!  First we get beat up this morning.  Which happens almost every day so that's not surprising.  Second we found out we have five siblings.  FIVE!!  That's insane!  Then we find out the oldest is a dick. Could this day get any worse?

Knock knock

Who could that be? "Come in." I call out.

"Hello Miss, I've come to inform you that dinner will be starting in a few minutes.  I will escort you to the dinning room." A man in a suit says in a professional manner.  I'm assuming he's the butler, there's always a butler with rich people.

"Um... okay. Yeah.... sure. Thanks." I struggle to find a response.  I mean what do you say to that? I'm not used to this.

"Alright Miss, please follow me." The butler announces.  Is he always this formal?

"Okay." I respond, as I get out of the bean bag I was sitting in.  He leads me out of 'my' room, into the hallway, then down the stairs.  I take this time to admire my surroundings.  I really wouldn't mind getting used to this, if it weren't for my stupid older brother living here.

The ceilings have all kinds of carvings and designs on them, with crown molding around the perimeter of the walls.  The stair railings appear to be silver, that might just be looks though.  There are chandeliers hanging in every room and hallway.  More than I can count.  This place screams luxury.  I feel so out of place.

Finally, after dozens of hallways, we get to the dinning room.  It's extremely ornate, from the round stain glass window on the roof.  To the beautiful carvings in the back of the chairs and on the table legs.  And so, so much more.  This room alone had to of costed hundreds of thousands of dollars.

"Ah, welcome Ana.  I'm pleased to see, your admiring the house.  Come take a seat."  Dan gestures toward a chair next to Ben.

"Okay, thanks I guess."  I respond politely, with a nod and a fake smile.  I sit down in the seat.

"Alright, I think it's time to start eating.  While we're all gathering our food, we can do our introductions.  I'll start, I'm Dan, I'm 25.  I'm your oldest brother"  Dan informs.  He nods to the woman to his right.

"Hi dears, I'm Cristina, your sister in law.  I'm 25, and I'm so glad to finally meet you!  Dan's been looking for you guys, for a long time."  Cristina states.  She actually seems kind of nice.  Maybe Ben was right, maybe their not all like Dan.  No!  Bad Ana!  You can't get your hopes up!  Your heart will only be broken again, and again.

"Hey!  I'm Nick, I'm 20, I'm your second oldest brother, and the coolest!"  Nick announces.

"No!  I'm the coolest!"  A guy with dirty blonde hair and brown eyes, declares.

"Boys, boys.  Settle down, I think we can all agree, that I'm the coolest.  I mean look at you two idiots.  Who would consider you cool?  Not me."  Some girl that looks almost like me but older, scrofts.  Now this girl, I'm gonna get along with!  She's giving me badass bestie energy right now.

"Sof, your way too lame to be cool."  The other guy retorts.  Lame?  This girl seems cool as fuck.

"Nah man Sof is the coolest out of all of us.  I'm the coolest brother though."  Nick defends. 

"Ugh whatever." The blonde guy dismisses.  Ha!  He couldn't argue with that!

"Well, now that these dumbasses are done arguing, I can finally introduce myself."  Sofia starts.

"Sofia.  Language."  Dan warns.

"Oh come on, Dan!  You're kidding, right?  I'm an adult.  I think I'm old enough to say ass."  Sofia argues.  I agree with her.  Lucky for her he can't spank her like he did to me.

"Yeah Dan.  Seriously.  Everyone in the house is old enough to curse."  Nick states.

"Not in my house.  I'm surprised your supporting Sofia in this argument, Nick."  Dan responds.

"Why wouldn't I?  She's right."  Nick claims.  Nice, he's sticking up for my girl Sof.   Not that I really know her yet, but she seems cool.

"Let's just move on.  Sofia, please introduce yourself."  Dan commands.  Wow, Dan great way to end an argument.  (Note the sarcasm)

"Fine." Sofia says with an eye roll.  "Hey guys, I'm Sofia if you haven't already noticed.  I'm 19, I'm your oldest sister.  Other than Cristina, she's not our biological sister, but she's part of the family."  Sofia informs.  Hmm, I don't trust them yet.  This could be a facade.  Who knows what their capable of.

"Hi!  I'm Rick!  I'm 18, and your youngest older brother.  Hope our siblings didn't scare you off with their antics."  Rick says.  Okay nice introduction.  I'll have top that, and Sofia's.  Then everyone looks at me expectantly.  Oh right!  They want me to introduce myself now!

"Hey, I'm Ana, I'm 16.  I know karate and jujitsu,  and I have a black belt in both.  So don't mess with me."  I say with a fake smile.  They all look at me with shocked but impressed looks.

"Girl!  That's awesome!  We can spar together!  It would be so fun to train together."  Sofia says excitedly.  Cool, now I can beat up someone other than Ben.  I hate hurting him, even if I only leave a few cuts and bruises.

"Yeah, sure.  That would be nice."  I respond with a small smile.

"Okay, time for my introduction.  Hi everyone, I'm Ben, I'm 16, Ana's twin.  I like all sports, especially football and baseball."  Ben introduces.  Yeah Ben, like they didn't already know your my twin.

"Good, now that's settled.  Let's finish eating, Ana, Ben, I need to see you in my office after dinner."  Dan says in an authoritive tone.  Like, who does this guy think he is?  The president?  Nah dude. 

"Okay." Ben replies. 

"Yeah, alright." I respond.  I would of said something snarky but I really don't feel like getting on Dan's bad side.

"Good, let's finish eating." He demands.  I look at my full plate of lasagna, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and a bread roll, paired with another smaller plate of blueberries.  I can't believe it's all for me.  I take a bite of the lasagna, and oh my god!  This is better than anything I've ever tasted!  Then I try the mashed potatoes, man this is good food right here!

"You like it?  I could tell by the look on your face.  We have excellent chefs.  If it weren't for Jeffrey we would all starve, right boys?" Sofia exclaims. 

"Dam-darn right."  Rick corrects after a sharp look from Dan.  Seriously?  Man, Dan is strict.

"Yeah, it's really great food.  Thank the chef for me later, if you will."  I reply.

"Sure." Sofia answers.

We continue to eat with no disruptions.  So far I'm not convinced that I want to stay.  I'll keep my promise to Ben though.
