We walk down the stairs together and when we enter the dining room my nerves pick up a little more. Sitting at the very large dining table was Viktor, a very pretty woman beside him, Vincent, another woman, another male, then Blade and Anna. All eyes were on us as we entered together.

"Ah good morning Naomie. I hope you slept well." Viktor spoke first as Vincent placed me beside Anna at the table and sat down across from me, beside the unknown male.

"I did, thank you." I kindly responded with a smile. Viktor clapped his hands and out of the kitchen filed servants with plates and food. The plates and cutlery was placed down first, then the food filled the middle of the table. I was in awe at all the food in front of me. The smells were making me almost drool. 

There were crepes, waffles, french toast, whipped cream, other toppings, eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, fruit and toast. For drinks there was apple juice, orange juice, coffee, tea or water. I was blown away by all the food and my stomach let out an appreciative growl. With a final nod from Viktor I noticed everyone started digging in, so I helped myself to a fairly large plate of food. I loved food so that was not something new for me, but I caught a disgusted look from the unknown female at the table who only had some fruit and a piece of toast on her plate.

"So father, who is this pretty little thing joining us for breakfast this morning?" the male sitting beside Vincent was the first to break the silence. He has the same eyes as Viktor, Vincent and Antonio but that was the only similar feature. He resembled the female sitting beside Viktor more than anything, same with the woman who is giving me dirty and disgusted looks. These must be Vincent's other siblings he briefly mentioned.

"Her name is Naomie, and you do not need to know anything more." Viktor spoke firm and businesslike making me wonder if I am wrong, maybe it is not his son.

"Why not? Were apart of the family business just as much as Antonio." the woman that was giving me dirty looks scowled and crossed her arms in frustration. Or not, they are Vincent's siblings.

"Yes, you handle other aspects of the family business Evelina, but do not think that you are in charge and can force your way into the other aspects of this business. I am still the Don, I am still in charge and you still listen to what I say; and what I say is final. This business of who she is, is over. She is none of your concern and you will respect that. Understood?" the look Viktor sent his children enforced his words, it was not up for discussion anymore.

Both Evelina and Adriano flicked their gaze over to me quickly once more before focusing back on their plates and eating their meal. I looked up to Viktor who was still staring them down, what was going on in his mind right now? Why did he not want to tell them who I am, or why I am here even.

I focus back on my plate before I can be caught staring, I am sure my questions and confusion are written all over my face right now. The rest of the meal went by in silence, I know I only looked at my plate the whole time in an attempt to just blend in and avoid any other confrontation.

Once everyone was finished Viktor  looked around the table before sighing and stopping everyone from leaving the table.

"Adriano and Evelina, before you go I will just remind you that this young lady is a guest in my house and that is final." with that they nod and leave, the woman beside him kisses his cheek and they share some quiet words together, moving closer to each other. I make eye contact with Antonio who nods his head towards my room then moves his gaze to meet his brothers. It was like they were having their own little conversation without actually speaking.

Vincent stands drawing my attention away from his brother, he nods his head at Antonio before he turns to me and holds his hand out.

"Come on, I want to show you something." I turn back to Antonio to see him already walking away. I stand and take Vincent's hand as he tugs me upstairs towards my room. Instead of walking into my room we walk past, at the end of the hall he opens a door that has a code and walks in so I follow him.

The smell of chlorine reaches my nose and the sound of water can be heard, as we round a corner I see two pools, a hot tub, a water slide and a sauna room tucked to the side. I look up at the waterslide and it has a friggin elevator. I stare at everything in awe before I noticed that Vincent is no where to be found. I turn in circles looking for him to see him come out of the men's change room in a pair of swim trunks and he is holding a very cute bikini that matches his trunks.

"I know they say don't swim right after eating, but I figured sitting in a hot tub doesn't count as swimming." he grins at me as he holds out the swim suit. My grin widens as I quickly take the bikini and go into the women's change room to get dressed giggling in happiness as I go.

I exit out and I can hear two males voices, not able to tell who the other person is I just walked out. I head towards the hot tub and see Vincent visiting with Viktor, Adriano and even Antonio. All eyes focus on me and I feel kind of self conscious in the revealing bikini, but I squash the feeling and step in, sitting closest to Vincent.

"The perfect way to relax don't you agree little uccello (bird)?" Antonio smiles as he sits back and stretches out. I nod in agreement, but feel awkward none the less.

"So Naomie, after some relaxation I do have something to ask of you. I would like you to reach out to your friend Charlie and find out where he stands with this whole situation. I would like to offer him a way out. Now as I have told you before, once apart of the mafia you can never leave unless its in a body bag, but I like you and I would like to offer him the chance to come work for me instead. My plan is to take over Arthur's empire, and I would like you happy and if that means being with that man then so be it." Viktor crosses his arms with a serious look on his face, I was kind of shocked, like to shocked to speak.

He liked me? So does that mean that is why he told his son and daughter to be have around me. But now he is talking business in front of Adriano.  My eyes flicked over to him to see that he is watching me intently so I turn back to Viktor before gathering my bearings to reply.

"I will do it." I had no hesitation at all in my answer, I knew I would try anything to have Chuck back in my life. The thought of being happy, well I guess happier then I am now, is what I want.

"She is honest father." Adriano speaks, I turn to look at him to see he is still intently staring at me. I start taking in his stance, it is still rigid even though we are in the hot tub to relax. His eyes are taking in everything I am doing and my moves. Realization strikes me, he is reading me, the same way I read people. I smile and nod my head in acknowledgement at him, he smirks and nods back knowing that I caught on.

"She is smart as well." he comments again with a genuine smile on his face. "Didn't take her long to realize why I was here." Viktor laughed at that comment before clapping his son on the back and standing up.

"Well you have been filled in my boy, but your sister does not need to know anything for right now. The time will come to tell everyone but for now, remember to keep it to yourself. Enjoy the rest of the day, tonight just before supper we will call." with that Viktor and Antonio stood and exited the hot tub, grabbed towels and left the pool area leaving myself, Adriano and Vincent.

"So what is the plan for the day then?" Adriano asked, I didn't know there was a plan so I turned and looked at Vincent questioning him. He just shrugged his shoulders before answering.

"Not a whole lot, Naomie has to be with myself, Dad or Vincent at all times for right now. So let's just sit here and enjoy the water for now." the conversation between the three of us flowed freely as Adriano asked questions and answered any questions I had.

I had learned he was a year younger than me, his hobbies, he goes to collage part time as well as handles the more legitimate businesses that Viktor is involved in as well. I also found out that all of the family is involved, but some not as deep as the others which is where, I remember Vincent being vague during out fake date and he felt awkward during our conversation here as well. I know he didn't like what he was doing for the family and he wasn't denying it during our conversation. 

Once Adriano left, Vincent told me he had a few things to do today that involved leaving the mansion so I had to go back to my room. But he had made sure the TV was installed already so I was okay with going back to the room. I wanted to shower the chlorine off and just curl up in bed and watch some movies.

"I will come get you for supper when I return okay?" Vincent says as he stands in the doorway, I smile and nod.

"Thank you for showing me the pool, and for everything. I really do appreciate it all." I think I see him blush as he turns with a nod and a your welcome before the door is closed and I smile at his retreat. I just made Mr Mafia blush. I giggle as I head into the bathroom with clean clothes ready for my shower.
