opal is a soft-spoken, sweet girl who likes to help people, and has promised herself to never hurt any human or vampire or werewolf. she is never violent. just because she's quiet doesn't mean she isn't social. she loves people, and she's one of the sweetest girls anyone will ever meet. she isn't close to a lot of people, but the few that are close to her are the ones that she tells absolutely everything.
opal is very insecure at times, but she hides it behind a smile and has never told anyone but her close friends.
if anyone tries to hurt her or her friends, she will turn into a protective mama or just a bitch in general.
she can't flirt to save her life, and some of her insecurities come from that.
not only can she be a bitch when she's hurt, but there are two other ways she might treat a person who offends her: 1) she'll get extremely sarcastic, or 2) she'll give the person the silent treatment. neither mean good things for the person that offended her.
she trusts people easily, but that trust is easily broken.

she loves her pack, and she likes to read too. she loves listening to music and and eating. she works out to stay in shape and she likes to be lazy and sleep. her favorite color is purple, and she has always wanted a pet of some sort. her favorite foods are any fruit, and any vegetable, including potatoes. her favorite animals are dogs, birds (especially colorful, exotic ones), pandas (sooo cute!), foxes (especially those cool marble foxes), and bunnies. she loves nature, and her favorite flowers are roses.

opal doesn't like cats. they're evil little demons. she also doesn't like chocolate, at all. she doesn't have any explanation; she just doesn't like the taste. she also hates the colors orange and yellow. she doesn't like math. she's crap at anything that's algebra 1 level or higher. she doesn't like people who are too cocky. some confidence is attractive, but there is a limit.

opal is charming, and most of the time she can easily get people to do things for her. she is very skilled with healing. she is incredibly smart—she did very well in studying how to heal people and what to use. she is very kind.

she is far too innocent. she is insecure. she tends to let people walk all over her sometimes. she trusts too easily. she has a lot of hidden secrets.

{backstory}
opal grew up as a human. she really didn't like her parents. they weren't around for her very much. she wasn't a very popular kid in school. she was the quiet nerd that got straight a's and sometimes tutored younger kids.
she left home when she was 18. she wanted to travel, but of course she still had to find her way in life and make money...which she had very little of.
when she was 19, she sort of just...gave up. she couldn't support herself.
that was when a werewolf found her. she didn't know at the time, but he/she (idk who should be the one that found her) convinced the alpha to turn her. she was nervous and scared at first, but she felt like she found a home and people who cared about her.
