28 - THE SACRIFICE

No matter how far and wide the town searched, they couldn't find Teresa Holmes anywhere. It was like she had just vanished off the face of the earth, lost to all the ones that loved her. Knowing that they might never see her again was torture, most of all, for Henry Mills. Everyone could see that her disappearance was taking a toll on the boy, for his eyes had dark circles and his skin was a little pale from the lack of rest and proper nutrients as he was even refusing to eat meals. They were all worried about him, but there was nothing they could say or do to make him feel better. The only way to do that was to find Teresa Holmes. And as they didn't already have their hands full with Teresa Holmes, the news of Hyde's escape from the hospital spread like wildfire throughout the town, forcing them to put a pin in their search for missing teenage so they could find Hyde.

When they found Hyde, they discovered it was the Evil Queen who gave Hyde his freedom and that they were working together and have been for quite a while. The both of them revealed they were going to remove everyone from the board, one piece at a time, and that they had already begun by getting rid of Teresa Holmes. It shocked everyone to learn that Hyde caused her disappearance, considering that the man had still been in confinement the evening Teresa vanished. When they asked what he did with the girl, Hyde claimed they would find out in due time, and then both him and the Evil Queen disappeared. Unsure of what to do next, everyone visited the hospital to look over the security tapes, where they found a startling piece of evidence.

None of them could figure out why Teresa would leave the comfort of her bed to visit Hyde in the middle of the night. It disappointed them to learn that they couldn't hear anything that they said to each other, for the cameras weren't capable of capturing audio. They were even more surprised when Teresa had used her magic to near encase the man in a thick block of ice. An obvious threat. But why had she threatened him? The further they watched the tape, the more surprised they became, most of all, when they watched as Teresa stepped forward and shook Hyde's hand, as though the two of them had come to an agreement on something. But what? What had Hyde told her that was important enough to strike a deal with the very man planning to destroy Storybrooke and all of their happy endings?

Everyone was desperate for answers. They wanted to know what Hyde did with Teresa, and what both Hyde and the Evil Queen were planning on doing to the rest of them. So, Regina did the only thing that she could think of doing at the time and went to Gold for help, but the visit only ended with additional problems when they discovered that the lab Snow White and David had set up for Jekyll to work in was destroyed and that Jekyll was left unconscious. And the serum that the man had been working on that would help them get rid of both his evil counterpart and Regina's was destroyed in the ambush.

However, upon further investigation, both Regina and Gold discovered they had left a splatter of serum behind during the attack. Ripping out Jekyll's heart, Gold used his heart and what they left of the serum to create a weapon that would kill Hyde, before then surrendering Jekyll's heart and the unconscious man over to Regina to deal with while he left to confront Hyde alone. Knowing that she had to protect the scientist, for they would need another serum to deal with the Evil Queen, Regina sent Jekyll to the Jolly Roger, where just earlier that day, Gold had placed a protection spell on the ship that kept the pregnant Belle from leaving and Hyde from entering.

When Gold confronted Hyde, the weapon that he created failed to kill the man like he hoped it would. It turned out that Hyde had swapped serums when he ambushed Jekyll, as though he had known that they would create a weapon out of it, and he took the true serum with him to prevent his own death. Hyde had played them all, always one step ahead of them, just like he said that he would be. Hyde then revealed that he was in possession of the Dark One's dagger, which used to lead Gold toward the Jolly Roger, where he revealed one final twist.

It turned out that Jekyll was the real danger to them all, for the scientist could not control his own rage and it always got the better of him. When his aggressive behavior worried Belle, she attempted to use the seashell Killian gave her in case of an emergency only for Jekyll to shatter it, and her attempt to escape the Jolly Roger was prevented by the protection spell cast by Gold. However, luck was in the woman's favor when Killian, having heard the call of help from the seashell in his jacket pocket, arrived at the Jolly Roger in the knick of time to save both her and her unborn child. But in order to save them both, he had to kill Jekyll, which meant that they would never have another serum to use against the Evil Queen, for none of them knew how to make it themselves. But Killian didn't regret what he did. He would do it all over again if it meant that an innocent woman who was going to be a mother would be safe.

When Jekyll died, it shocked everyone to discover that Hyde had died with him. It turned out that despite having consumed a serum that separated the good from the bad; they were still the same person, so when one of them died, the other followed. Of course, this only meant that if they killed the Evil Queen, they would also kill Regina Mills. And that wasn't something anyone was willing to risk. No matter how long it took them, they were going to find a way to kill the Evil Queen without also killing Regina.

But that evening Regina went to Emma in secret and made the woman promise her to do something. Should they fail in finding a way to separate them, she wanted Emma to kill her so that the Evil Queen wouldn't be a problem for them anymore. Emma didn't want to make this promise, but even the Savior didn't see another option. So, the two of them kept this promise a secret between themselves, but that didn't mean that they were going to stop searching for a way to separate Regina from the Evil Queen for good.

When morning came on the third day since Teresa Holmes was last seen, their search was put off once again as they stood gathered around a table outside of Granny's Diner while Snow White told them about what happened to her in the middle of the night. The woman was taken from her bed and woke up in the middle of the woods, where she the Evil Queen confronted her, who gave her a potion and deadline to deliver both her and David's heart over to her, or else she would use the mystery potion on everyone in Storybrooke.

"If we don't give in to her, she'll use that on everyone?" asked David. He stood behind his wife, rubbing her shoulders in comfort as she sat at the table in her nightgown, nursing a cup of steaming tea in her hands.

"Yes," Snow confirmed.

"So, what is it?" Regina asked, reaching out to take the bottled potion and examine it.

"Careful with it!" Alice scolded as Regina shook it. "We shouldn't be messing with it. At least not until we figure out what kind of potion it is."

"It's bottled, I'm sure it's fine that we hold it," Regina deadpanned.

"Still, it wouldn't hurt to be cautious," Alice told her, which caused Regina to mutter something under her breath about promising to be more careful as she tried to figure out what kind of potion it was.

"Grandma, what does it do?" Henry asked.

Snow White glanced toward her grandson. "I don't know. She told me to figure it out and that if we didn't give over our hearts within twelve hours, she would use it on the whole town."

"Great," Killian sighed from beside Emma and Henry, "as if we already don't have enough on our plate as is. Now we have to worry about a bloody potion."

When Regina held the bottle up against the sunlight, Alice's eyes widened. The liquid resembled something all too familiar to her, and if she was correct in assuming what it was, then she didn't want Regina or anyone else near it. "Regina, put it down," she said, causing the brunette to stare at her confusion. "Just trust me, please."

Regina stared at her for a long moment before nodding her head and setting the potion down on the table. "Alice?" she said in concern, noticing how pale the woman's skin had turned and the amount of pain and fear that swam in the oceans of her blue eyes.

Alice picked up the bottle, her heart racing.

"Woah!" Emma exclaimed, "I thought you said not to touch it?"

"I did," Alice nodded, stepping away from them, bottle in hand. "If I'm right about this, I don't want any of you near this stuff."

"You know what the potion is," David realized with wide eyes. "What is it? What will it do to us?"

Alice glanced around for a moment before approaching a potted tree nearby. The rest of them watched with curious eyes as Alice carefully removed the cork from the bottle and poured a small amount over the tree. The moment that the potion came in contact with the tree, the bark turned black and the bright green leaves went brown before falling off the tree. With wide eyes, they realized it had killed the tree.

"Whoa," David breathed, "what kind of potion is that?"

"It's not a potion. It's water," Alice corrected, her hands trembling, for in the bottle was the very water that had consumed her twice. She can still remember the pain that it caused her. The memories made her eyes fill with tears.

"Oh, I knew it," Killian said, shifting his weight from one foot to the other as he glanced toward Emma. "Never trusted the stuff. Rum would never do that."

"What kind of water?" Emma asked, shaking her head at Killian's words.

"I⎯⎯It's from..." Alice swallowed down the lump in her throat and set the bottle down on the table with trembling hands. Everyone noticed how she was acting, and they frowned in concern. But it was Killian who spoke up, having realized something. "It's from the River of Lost Souls, isn't it?" he asked. "The same river that you fell in when we..."

Alice met his stare and nodded. "Yes," she confirmed.

"Teresa told me she fell into the River of Lost Souls too," Henry said, glancing toward Alice. "That you both did when you saved Giselle and Edward in the Underworld."

"Oh my goodness," Snow White gasped, a hand rising to cup her mouth. "You don't think that⎯⎯"

Regina shook her head, seeming to know what the woman was thinking. "No. I don't think that Hyde used the water on Teresa. If he did, then the Evil Queen would have used the water on the whole town by now. But she isn't. She just wants the water to affect the both of you," she said, glancing between Snow and David.

"So what does this mean then?" Snow White asked.

Regina sighed. "It means that she's working with Gold. He brought it back from the Underworld. And now, if you don't give her your hearts, she can destroy the whole town."

。。。

A couple hours had passed since Alice revealed the potion was water from the River of Lost Souls. Since then, Snow and David had taken a long walk so that they could speak in private while the others tried to figure out a way to counteract the water's properties, before they all met up at the Charmings' home to discuss what they would do next. Snow, Emma and Regina sat around the kitchen table, Henry sat perched on the counter beside Violet, who had dropped by to see if he was okay and to see if there were any news on Teresa yet, while everyone else stood nearby. They were focused on Belle, who had just arrived from the library.

"You don't seem shocked that Gold brought some of this back and gave it to the queen," Emma pointed out.

Belle glanced at her. "I'm not. He's not acting like the man he could be. I wish I could help," she said, pushing away from the table. "But I⎯⎯I've looked through all my books for any information on... on how to neutralize water from the River of Souls, but I'm afraid there's nothing." She shared a sad smile with Snow, who appreciated her effort. "I'll keep looking," Belle promised.

"I'll help," Zelena volunteered, pushing off the wall near Killian. "It's the least I can do, all things considered."

Belle hesitated. She glanced around the room to make sure that it was okay to put her trust in the former Wicked Witch after everything that the woman has done. After receiving several nods of reassurance, Belle turned to face Zelena. "Okay, yeah," she nodded. "I could use the help. Thank you, Zelena." The both of them left out the front door, and not two seconds later, the Blue Fairy entered the room and flashed them an apologetic smile as she said, "I'm sorry to interrupt. We came as quickly as we could. David called and told me what happened."

"We?" Regina asked with furrowed eyebrows, and then in stepped Alice, who was holding baby Robin in her arms. Her eyes widened, and she rose from the table at the sight of her. "Alice, what are you doing here?" she exclaimed. "We can't risk you being seen right now. If the Evil Queen finds out that you're back⎯⎯"

"Regina," Alice cut her off. "You don't have to worry about me. I'm capable of protecting myself, even though it won't be necessary."

"What do you mean by that?" asked David.

"Even if the Evil Queen is the darker side of Regina, she is still Regina, and Regina has always loved me. I know she will never hurt me," Alice replied confidently. "Besides, I couldn't just sit around with this sweetheart," she glanced down at Robin with a small smile, "and let you guys deal with everything."

Before Regina could argue further, David stepped forward, "What did you two find out?"

"Unfortunately, I don't have a way to counteract the Lost Souls water," Blue replied.

"We even tried to analyze my blood," Alice informed, "considering how many times I've suffered from the water. We thought maybe I could somehow be a solution to our problem."

"And?" Regina pressed for more.

Alice shifted Robin higher on her hip and sighed. "The water didn't leave any long-term side effects. I'm afraid that we couldn't find anything." Her saddened gaze fell upon Snow White and David as the couple frowned. "I'm so sorry. We tried everything."

"It's okay," Snow assured. "We just appreciate that everyone has been willing to help us find a solution."

David ran a hand down his face, a heavy sigh falling from his lips as disappointment gleamed in his eyes. "So we either let the whole town die, or the Evil Queen gets exactly what she's always wanted."

"Maybe. But there is a bit of magic that just might be powerful enough to imprison the Evil Queen," Blue said, her words sparking newfound hope in everyone. "It's a sapling."

"A baby tree?"

"It was created by the first spark of true love," Blue went on. "It's incredibly rare."

"Have you got one?" asked Killian.

"We had one, back in the Enchanted Forest. We assumed that it was left behind in the curse, but now we think it might be lost somewhere here in Storybrooke," Blue explained. The entire room seemed to fill with light upon hearing her words.

"There has to be some, like magical way to find it, right?" Emma asked.

Blue glanced at Emma with a nod. "There is a spell that could point the way with a sort of beacon," she replied. "But it wouldn't be visible just to us. If Gold or the queen saw it, they would know exactly what it was."

"So we find it first," Alice said optimistically and at the same time David said, "Then we'd have a race on our hands."

"Maybe not," Regina said in response to David.

"What?" Emma asked, staring at the woman in surprise, as the expression on Regina's face made it clear she knew a way that they could get to the sapling first.

"The Evil Queen and Gold's alliance... there... um... may be more to it than business," Regina stumbled for words, her facial expression twisting into one of shame and disgust. She sighed. "Rumple... and I..." She glanced toward Henry and Violet before leaning in close and lowering her voice. However, no matter how quiet she said it, the entire room still heard her as she whispered, "There was always a certain amount of chemistry."

Henry's eyes widened, and he shared a look with Violet, who wore the same expression, the both of them surprised to find out about the past his mom shared with his grandfather. Meanwhile, Killian scrunched up his face in disgust, grimacing at the thought of Regina having been intimate with the Crocodile. David shuddered and closed his eyes, trying not to picture it, while Snow and Emma sat in silence, gaping at the woman in shock. Alice was the first to speak, a look of disgust and hurt plastered upon her face.

"Regina... I..." Alice paused, her thoughts scrambled. "Why didn't you ever tell me?"

"I didn't think that you want to know," Regina replied. "I mean, it's not something that I'm proud of."

Emma, who had been sitting there with a gaping expression plastered on her face, finally spoke. "Regina, oh, my God..."

"I know. I know. Nothing ever happened," Regina assured the room, glancing toward her son, whose features still held disgust. Henry lowered his head, a look of relief twisting into his features. "But I think we can use this to our advantage."

"Maybe not," Violet piped up, speaking for the first time.

Emma turned around, glancing over her shoulder at the teenage girl. "What?"

"Maybe, Regina, you don't have to impersonate your evil counterpart," Violet replied.

"Go on," Regina encouraged.

"Think about it. Out of everyone in this Storybrooke, who knows the woods the most?" Violet said, and all of their expressions saddened because it was obvious who knew the woods better, but she was still missing.

"She's still missing, Violet," Emma reminded the girl. "We can't waste what time we have looking for Teresa. I mean, we don't even know if she knows where it is."

A smile spread across Violet's face. "Well lucky for you, Teresa tells me things. She explained to me one afternoon that she was hunting in the woods and came across this strange-looking plant and that she could feel magic coming off of it. She said that she always seen things like that in the Enchanted Forest, so she didn't bother to tell anyone about it, because she assumed that it had been carried over to this realm from one of the curses."

"Did Teresa say what it looked like?" Blue asked.

Violet thought about it for a moment, trying to remember the exact words that Teresa told her that day. "It was like a long, green stem. Almost like bamboo. She felt magic coming off of it, too."

A breathless smile appeared on Blue's face. "That's it. That's the sapling. Teresa found it."

"I'm sorry," Killian piped up, "but is anyone else forgetting that Teresa is still missing? Yes, she found the bloody baby tree, but how are we supposed to find it without her?"

"I know Teresa's hunting grounds better than anyone," Henry said, speaking for the first time in hours. "I can take you there. We can split up and try to look for it."

"Henry, I don't want you out there," Regina said with concern. The last thing she wanted was for the Evil Queen or Gold to get their hands on her son, or Alice.

"As much as I don't like it either, I have to agree with Henry," Alice piped up, causing Regina to look over at her with wide eyes. "Henry is her son too, Gina. She won't hurt him. She won't hurt either of us. Out of everyone in Storybrooke, we're the safest from her wrath."

"Fine," Regina sighed, standing from the table. "We should move fast. Who knows how long until the Evil Queen or Gold figures out what we're up to." Everyone gave a nod and began piling out of the room.

David stayed behind for a moment, placing both of his hands upon his wife's shoulders. "You should stay here, keep watch over Neal and Robin," he suggested.

"No," Snow shook her head. "No, I'm coming with you. We're in this together."

"I can watch over Neal and Robin," Violet offered.

"Are you sure?" Snow asked, glancing toward the toddler in her daughter's arms and then to her son, who was sound asleep in his playpen in the living room.

"Positive," Violet nodded, reaching for Robin. Emma handed her over. "I sometimes help Teresa babysit Neal after I finish studying. Shouldn't be too difficult, especially since one of them is still napping. Besides," she said, bouncing the baby girl on her hip, "I'm sure that Zelena and Belle will return soon."

David placed a hand on the girl's shoulder. "Thank you, Violet. Hopefully, we won't be too long. If you run into trouble, just call us, okay?"

"I will," Violet replied.

。。。

Almost two hours had gone by and they still hadn't found the sapling. Everyone was questioning whether or not Teresa had ventured further from her hunting grounds that morning, and they were wasting time looking in the wrong place. Knowing they had little time on their hands with the twelfth hour of the deadline closing in, the Blue Fairy used her magic to send a butterfly to each group, telling them to meet back up in the clearing that had started in.

When everyone was gathered, Blue explained they shouldn't waste anymore time, that Henry and Violet's plan was good, but they needed to hurry. No matter the consequences, she used her wand to preform the spell that would lead them toward the sapling. They all watched as a beam of white light shot from the tip of her wand and flew into the sky, before then making landfall. They could see the beacon shimmer through the trees.

"There, where the light has landed. That's where you'll find the sapling," Blue said.

"The rest of you should head back," David suggested. "Make sure that Violet and the kids are okay, and check to see if there's been any news about Teresa down at the station. Regina can magic Snow and me out there to find it. We just need to figure out where we're gonna put the Evil Queen once we've got her."

"My vault," Regina suggested. "I've taken all the blood magic off the locks, so it should hold her."

"You still have dangerous relics and potions in there," Alice stated.

"Hook and I can pack it all up," Emma volunteered.

Killian nodded in agreement.

"Alice, will you⎯⎯"

"Yes, I'll keep an eye on Henry," she finished for Regina, placing both of her hands on the teenager boy's shoulders. "We'll check on Violet and the littles one, and see if there's been any news on Teresa. I'll manage things here until you guys find the sapling and trap the queen."

。。。

After parting from the others, Alice and Henry made their way toward the police station. They checked all the voicemails, but not one of them mentioned Teresa. Not much later, they arrived at the Charmings' home to relieve Violet of her babysitting duties so that the girl could get home in time to help her father with dinner. With Robin having taken home for a feeding by Zelena sometime while they were searching for the sapling in the woods, so the pair made their way toward Granny's Diner with the now-awake Neal to enjoy a cup of cocoa as they wait for the call that came with good news.

But it never came.

An hour passed before they heard from Regina, and what she had to say felt like a punch to the gut. They found the sapling, but as they were making their way back into town, the Evil Queen ambushed them. She snapped the sapling in half, before reducing it to dust. The Evil Queen then used her magic to send an invitation to everyone in town, advising them to arrive at the cemetery or else everyone that they loved would die. So, of course, everyone came.

The Evil Queen stood before them, clad in a long red dress with a tall collar and her hair pulled back from her face as she addressed the massive crowd. "People of Storybrooke. My people," she smirked. "I'm so glad you accepted my invitation because this is about you." Brief murmurs of confusion drifted through the crowd as she pointed towards them. "If Snow White doesn't show up in the next five minutes, I'm going to share a little treat with you all." She paused for dramatic effect, a smirk twisting onto her face. "A taste of water from the River of Lost Souls."

Alice stepped forward from the back of the crowd, revealing herself to the Evil Queen. "Regina, don't do this."

The Evil Queen stared at her with wide eyes. "Alice?"

Alice nodded, a small smile on her face. She went to take a forward but was stopped by Emma, who grabbed her wrist and whispered, "What are you doing? She wasn't supposed to know that you're back to life."

"It's okay, Emma. Trust me," Alice whispered back.

Emma hesitated, before nodding her head and releasing the blonde's wrist, allowing Alice to approach the Evil Queen, who was still shocked to find out that the love of her life was back from the dead.

"How is this possible? You're dead," the Evil Queen said.

"And so was Teresa, but here we are. Or, well, here I am, because you helped Hyde hurt that poor girl." Alice shook her head in disappointment. "She's just a child, Gina, and there are plenty of other children in Storybrooke. Are you really going to hurt, make them suffer the agonizing pain from the River of Lost Souls? What about your son, hm? Are you going to make him suffer, too? Or what about me? Because that's what you'll be doing if you don't stop this, Gina."

The Evil Queen cackled. She thrust a hand forward, ceasing Alice by the throat with her magic. The blonde gasped for air and clawed at her throat. "Really, Regina? Alice is dead. Nobody can survive all fall into the River of Lost Souls. But here you are, playing dress-up, hoping that by showing up as Alice, you'll make this ice cold heart melt⎯⎯"

"It's not a glamor spell!" Regina shouted, rushing through the crowd. "She's real! It's really Alice. She came back with Teresa."

The Evil Queen blinked in surprise at the sight of Regina and after realizing that Alice was real, she lowered her hand and lifted the spell. The blonde collapsed to the ground and coughed as she fought to catch her breath. Regina and Emma rushed to her side, helping Alice to her feet and hauling her away from the Evil Queen. As Alice caught her breath, Regina turned to Emma with a gleam of anger in her eyes.

"You ready?" she whispered to the Savior.

"Yeah," Emma replied. "Let's do it." Before they could both use their magic to defend the town and the people that they loved, Snow White's voice ripped through the air. Everyone turned around as both she and David emerged from the back of the crowd.

"Well, well, well," the Evil Queen grinned. "Look who's right on time. I should've known you'd show up. Even without your precious sapling."

"We don't have the sapling, but we don't need it," Snow White said with a smile, confusing the Evil Queen. "It's done its work." She glanced toward her husband. "We know our love is more powerful than anything you can throw at us."

The Evil Queen rolled her eyes.

"And to save the people of Storybrooke, we're willing to do what you ask," David continued. "It's a sacrifice we need to make."

"We're going to do the right thing."

Nobody could believe what they were hearing. Snow White and David Nolan had always been the embodiments of hope. They always fought whatever came their way with every bone in their body. The couple never gave up, always defeating the villain and saving the day. But here they were, standing before the Evil Queen, ready to sacrifice their hearts.

Emma stepped forward, her own heart racing with fear of losing them both. "Dad? Mom?" Her parents turned around and smiled at her, their eyes filled with love.

"Emma, most people go through life never knowing where their paths will take them, but..." Snow White glanced at her husband. "Somehow, we always do." Looking back at her daughter, she smiled. "It's always to each other and then back to you."

"Are you sure?" Regina asked.

"Yes," David replied without hesitation. "Lift the protection spell."

Regina nodded. She didn't like this anymore than the next person, but she was going to respect their decision. Stepping forward, Regina raised her hands and siphoned the protection spell from their hearts. When it was done, she took a step back and the three of them exchanged a small, sad smile, before Snow White and David clasped hands and turned around to face the Evil Queen.

They were ready.

The Evil Queen rubbed her hands together before she approached them. In one swift move, she pulled her arms back and thrust them forward. Everyone jumped at the sound their hearts made when the Evil Queen ripped the beating organ from their chests. They watched with sadness as the malevolent woman held both glowing hearts in her palms.

"I've dreamt of this moment for so long, Snow White," the Evil Queen said as she stared down at the hearts in her palms. She was near tears. "I'd wake up still feeling the grit of your crushed heart clinging to my palms. But that ending isn't poetic enough, is it?"

Everyone stared in confusion, wondering what she meant. Did this mean she would not crush their hearts? If not, what does she intend to do with them?

"I want to give you... my pain... the pain of being alone," the Evil Queen went on. "And since I couldn't quite accomplish that by killing you... I've come up with something much more cruel." She thrust their hearts back into their chests, and Snow White's eyes rolled into the back of her head as she collapsed to the ground. David's eyes widened, and he raced to her side, searching for a pulse, which he was releaved to find.

The man chuckled upon realizing what had happened to his wife. "A sleeping curse? That's never kept us apart before."

"This one has a little twist," the Evil Queen sneered. With a wave of her hand, Snow White's body vanished. "You say you always find her. Well, start looking, shepherd... and let's see what happens when you do."

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

a/n: Two chapters in one week? Maybe I do have inspiration to write, after all. Anyway, I hope that everyone enjoyed this chapter, even if it wasn't very good and hardly had any dialogue for Henry (but to be fair, he didn't have any dialogue in this episode, so I actually did you guys a favor by giving him some lines) and I hope that you're reading for the next chapter, because it will finally reveal the name of our new villain! (I'm loving all of your guesses, by the way!)

Also, yes, I did skip from episode three to seven. But that's only because everything with Aladdin and the Savior prophecy doesn't happen until the next book. For now, we just have the Evil Queen to deal with. Please respect that.
