Sherlock Holmes is one of my favorite movie characters and I enjoy everything about him in BBC's Sherlock. Sherlock begins focused on Doctor John Hamish Watson and his problems reintegrating into the normal daily life after his time in Afghanistan as an army doctor. Later in the day he meets William Sherlock Scott Holmes, a very keen detective who is a high functioning sociopath. Fast forward to the next morning and they're already sharing a flat and solving crimes together. Who could come up with a more iconic pair? The answer is nobody. Arthur Conan Doyle made the greatest thing ever imaginable by creating Sherlock, John, and their odd little endeavors. I urge you to feel the same.
