Chapter Five 

we didn't do this

3rd person pov

the group of them sat in the lunch room together as rocky turned her whole body to look at noa and talk to her about what had happened to her. Rocky held noas hand as she stared at her and she rubbed her back 

"angela isn't mentioned anywhere in my mom's diaries. but now, we know for sure that theres a connection" imogen exclaimed 

"so, the missing pages could be about angela" tabby spoke and rocky shuttered

"i've been going through all the stuff at my house, but now that i know what im looking for, i feel like i have to start over" imogen stated 

"we can help, should we meet after school?" faran asked 

"i'll bring walkie-talkies from my moms pawn shop. trust me... theyre rad" mouse said and the bell rang as they all left the lunch room and they went to their class. Rocky walked in the hallway as she found noa and she stopped in front of her 

"are you gonna be okay?" rocky asked noa and noa shrugged with a sigh and shake of her head 

"i could go back to juvie rox, this could ruin my life. it could ruin both of us, if we get caught, we're going back" Noa spoke and rocky nodded her head in agreement 

"but this isn't on us, we didn't do this" rocky told her and noa sighed 

"the system won't listen to that and we both know it, there has to be something else that we can do to not get caught. we can't go back" Noa stated 

"and we won't, i won't let that happen, now come on, we have to go to imogens" she told the girl and they walked to rockys car as tabby had decided to walk with imogen to the house. Rocky got in the car with noa and noa looked at her 

"hey i have a question" she spoke as rocky started the car and began to pull out of the school parking lot. Rocky looked at her for a second before she turned her head back to the road as she pulled out of the parking lot and got onto the main road heading to imogens old house 

"whats up?" rocky asked her 

"does your sister know that we know each other from juvie? I just don't want to say anything or do anything in front of her that might make her question us, we still need to talk about what happened with us in there too" she told the girl who nodded her head 

"i haven't told her anything and i know we still need to talk about it but theres alot of shit going on and maybe we just need to put that on pause for the moment, ya know?" she asked noa who sighed and nodded as she looked out of the window. That was when they got to imogens house and got out walking into the house to see the others and they all separated as they started to look around. 

Rocky went upstairs into the bathroom to look around as tabby went to the basement. Soon enough though, they all met in the living room as faran held pieces of paper in her hand, they had clearly been burned and put in the fire to hide evidence of something. Imogen sat down on the couch with her hands on her face and they all sat next to her 

"its like everything in my life is slipping away from me and theres nothing i could do to stop it. First, my body, then my mom and now our house and i cant leave it, not with all these questions. You guys i don't want to sell my moms house" she told the girls 

"what if... you take it over? the mortgage payments or whatever" mouse stated 

"we can talk to my mom, find out exactly how much money you'd need" tabby said and they all kept talking about what they could do but it seemed that there was nothing. That was when they all left to go back to their houses, tabby and rocky went home with imogen and the other went to their houses. 

That was until the next day when they sat in the library as imogen gave them flyers for a house party that they would have on halloween. They all agreed that this plan was the best thing that they could do for themselves. Then they all left as they had other things to do and they wouldn't see each other until halloween night together when they all showed up to imogens house. Rocky decided to dress as cat women not knowing that faran was going as poison ivy. Tabby was a fighter pilot and rocky really liked the girls costume, rocky showed up to the party and said hi to the girls before she found faran 

"hey there poison" she said to the girl and faran smiled as she hugged the girl and then they separated so rocky could dance with the others too. She danced with the girls and she felt free for once in her life. Rocky stayed with the others until she went to grab a drink with faran and they saw kelly and greg together

"well thats messy" rocky said to faran and faran nodded as they walked off and went to meet up with the others but they couldn't find tabby anywhere. Rocky wasn't too worried about the girl as she stood with faran as faran walked over to kelly and rocky watched from afar. Rocky held her breath as she stared at the two girls. 

Then she turned her head to see that mouse had showed and she was grabbing snacks for herself. Then she saw tyler walk over to her and then he walked off. Rocky watched as noa ran over and hugged the girl before faran walked over to the girls and then rocky walked over to the group. 

"tyler, she said shes good" faran said as tyler kept trying to force the drink onto mouse 

"back off, bryant. ya had your chance with this" tyler said and rocky scoffed 

"tyler, has it ever occured to you that not everyone wants to fuck you?" rocky asked and he turned to her as he tried to try with her 

"ya know ive never been with a juvie chick, you guys all fuck each other?" he asked her and she scoffed as tabby walked over and she stepped in front of rocky and rocky put her hand on tabbys shoulder 

"tabs, i got this" she told the girl and tabby turned to her as she made eye contact and then nodded letting rocky defend herself. She looked him in the eye and she sighed with a scoff 

"ya know tyler, you are the most basic white guy i have ever met. You all follow in each others footsteps, you talk about girls you've never even fucked and for some reason, you think you're on top of the world. Let me tell you something, you'll never know if i fucked girls in juvie but heres the thing, i will never fuck you, ill just fuck you up" she said and she swung as she punched him in the face and she broke his nose

"suck it bitch" she called and they all walked off and away from the group of boys as they watched tyler climb the stairs to go upstairs and they all walked outside as she set down and held her hand 

"hows your hand rox?" noa asked her and she smiled as she held it up 

"all good" she told them and they laughed 

"i get why we call you rocky now" faran spoke and rocky smiled as she nudged her and they all talked about the party and how they were going to break it up. Noa held the door open as they all walked inside and started to kick people out of the house. Then they all went upstairs and went to sleep, only to wake up the next morning to clean up the house. 

When they were finished cleaning, they all went back home to go their work and to hang out in their rooms. Rocky laid on her bed and she let out a sigh as she wrapped her hand and she stared at it 

at least she had finally hit the son of a bitch

merry christmas, thinking four chapters today because i've missed the past few days
