Leo's POV

I woke up to my alarm blaring beeping. I didn't want to go to school, but Annabeth was making all of us go. I got up, showered, and changed. I got out of my room and went to the kitchen for breakfast.
"Good morning, Leo." Someone said behind me.
I jumped, and turned around. "Oh. Good morning, Mrs. Jackson." Ever since the end of the war, Percy's mom let us all stay here.
I poured myself some cereal and ate while I waited for the others to get ready.

----------time skip to rush hour----------

"Hurry up guys!" Annabeth yelled.
I grabbed my bag and ran out the door. I ran to the bus stop, along with everyone else.
I sat down at my usual spot when I saw a girl I didn't recognize get on. It was the third week of school so I could see why I didn't recognize. She said something to the bus driver (which happens to be Coach Hedge.) then looked for a place to sit. She came closer to me. I decided she could sit next to me. "You can sit next to me." I said.
She looked at me surprised. "Leo?" She asked.
How did she know my name. I looked at the girl closer.
It hit me. "Liz?" I asked.
"Oh my gosh Leo! I thought something happened to you!" She said. She had tears in her eyes.
"Hey Lizzy. I'm guessing you want the window seat."
She nodded. "I missed you so much." She said quietly.
"Why are here?" I asked surprised.
"Well, my mom, was murdered. I went back to the orphanage, then the orphanage I was at, closed, so we all went to different orphanages around the U.S.A, and happened to be placed in New York. Then the first school I went to, I was kicked out of because I punched a girl in the nose. So I got transferred to this school. Wow! That took a long time to explain."
I laughed. "You haven't changed a bit."
"Neither have you." She said, her eyes now sea blue.
"Hey, Valdez. Who's your knew girlfriend?" Percy asked behind me.

Liz's POV

"Hey, Valdez. Who's your knew girlfriend?" Someone asked behind us.
I jumped. I blushed. "I'm not his girlfriend."
"Why are you blushing? Do you like him or something?" He asked.
How did he know? I thought. "No." I looked at him.
He looked so familiar. Did he go to one of my other schools? I hate my amnesia.
My head started hurting. I ignored it, though.
"Do I have something on my face?" Oops! I must've been staring to long at him.
"Uh...no...sorry. Just...um...lost in thought."
"So do you like Leo or not?" The boy asked.
I blushed again. "Give them a break seaweed brain!" Someone said from behind our seat.
"Who are you anyway?" I asked.
"Percy Jackson. You?"
"Elizabeth." I said.
"Percy Jackson! Sit down!" The bus driver yelled.
"Yes, coach." Percy yelled back.
He sat down and I turned to Leo. "Coach?" I asked.
"Uh...yeah. He was a coach that the wilderness school and a chaperone at a summer camp I went to."
I punched him in the arm. "Ow! What was that for?"
"That was for not coming back!"
She smiled at me and put her head on my shoulder.

Leo's POV

After getting off the school bus, we walked towards a group of girls. They were surrounding, none other than Piper and Tristan McLean.

 Tristan managed to get out of the crowd of girls while Piper was still inside the the mob of girls.

As we got closer we could hear the girls fangirling (What I do everyday with @LOVE ALL THINGS I CAN READ... I need a life. I think I scared most of my friends away!!! WHY?!?!?!😩😩😩😩)

"Oh my god! I can't believe your dad is the Tristan McLean! You are sooo lucky!" one girl said.

"Yeah! Soo lucky!"

"Dumb rich kids." I heard Liz mumble under her breath.

"Piper like all the other rich kids. She's actually very nice." I told her.

I saw Piper blush. "Not really. I would give anything to be normal."

Girl #1 laughed. "Oh don't be cray-cray bestie. You know what? We should hang out some time."

"Um-"

"Hey Pipes!" I yelled. I got looks from all the girls.

"Hey Leo." Piper managed to get out of the mob of girls, that were giving me death glares. "Thank the gods! I owe you Leo." She paused. "Who's your girlfriend?"

"1) She isn't my girlfriend and 2) this is Elizabeth." I said.

"Hey Elizabeth, I'm Piper."

"Can you shut up!" Liz yelled.

Piper jumped. "I'm sorry. I-"

"No,no. That'ts not what I meant. I'm sorry. It's Just I have a huge headache and it feels like everyone's screaming at me."

Piper smiled. "It's alright. Are you knew here?"

"Yeah. I got expelled from my last school for punching a girl in the face. I broke her nose." Liz said.

We laughed. "Wow! How- are you okay?" Piper exclaimed.

"Yeah, just a headache." Liz was pale and had her head in her hands. "We should get to class." She said, changing the subject.

We nodded and started walking. But as soon as Liz took a step she fainted. 

Liz's POV

(Dream=Exp.)

I woke up in a dark room. I felt nauseous and weak. I was also chained onto a wall, my feet hanging in the air.

"Hello?" I yelled. My voice scratchy and dry.

A man came in. "Hello, young demigod." He said.

"The guy laughed. But it wasn't a cheerful laugh, but a cold, evil laugh. "Where's the necklace demigod?" He asked.

Necklace? What necklace? I thought. "What necklace?" I asked.

"You know what I'm talking about, Demigod!" He snarled.

"Why do you keep calling me that?"

"Oh little demigod. So young and naive."

"Who are you and what are you talking about?"

He laughed again. Until we meet again, godling." And with that I woke up.

Piper's POV

When we saw  Elizabeth faint, we ran to her.

Leo shook her shoulders. "Come on Liz! Wake up!"

"Thank gods I found you! I've been looking all- oh my gods! What happened?" Annabeth exclaimed.

"It's not the first the first time it's happened." Leo said. The weird thing was, he was serious. Not his usual crazy, hyperactive, sarcastic self.

"What are you talking about?" I asked.

"Well, no one really knows about her past. Doctor thought she  was going to die and had a very slim chance of surviving. She woke up a year later, when they were going to put her asleep for good. She had no memory of what happened, or who her family was. She was also to young and weak to get the DNA test so she was sent to an orphanage." Leo paused. "A few months later she was adopted. Her adoptive mom would sometimes get mad at her and call her names and call her names. Liz would get huge headaches and sometimes faint."

I looked at Leo, then at Annabeth, then at Elizabeth, then back at Leo, who was shaking Elizabeth's shoulders.

Both Annabeth and I were silent. The only noise was Leo trying to wake Elizabeth up.

Finally, after what seemed like hours, (although it was actually only three minutes) Annabeth broke the tension.

"We need to get her to the school nurse. I'm going inside to go get help."

As if on cue, Percy and his step-dad, A.K.A. Paul Blofis, A.K.A our homeroom/English teacher ran up to us.

"What happened?!" Percy asked, when he saw Elizabeth.

"She fainted." I said.

"How?" Paul asked. 

"We were going inside and she just fainted." Leo explained, (even though it didn't even sound like an explanation) still trying to wake Elizabeth up.

Paul left and came back a few minutes later with the school nurse and Principle.

"What happened?" The principle asked.

"She said she had a headache, then we were walking inside and she fainted." I explained

The nurse went up to Elizabeth and checked her pulse and did other nurse things (A/N I have no idea what nurses do when someone faints. Lol just roll with please).

Paul was talking with the principle, and the nurse was with Elizabeth. So that left Leo, Annabeth, Percy, and I standing in awkward silence.

Finally Percy broke the silence. "She seems so familiar." He said.

A/N Hey guys! So this is literally my fourth time remaking this story. Anyway hope you like it. Also I try to make every single chapter at least 2,000 words each and this chapter was 1,361 words so not a bad start for the first chapter right? Anyway until next chapter. Bye! =)
