Moving
"Have you heard?"
"What should I have heard, Phoebe?"
"Not only do we have yet another new resident... our island also has a two star rating."
"Nook's got everyone buried under that snout of his. And I don't like that one bit..." a voice that the group didn't recognise whispered.
"Who are you and what brings you here?"
"Just a fellow villager that wishes to protect our beautiful Queen."
"We weren't expecting a new member so suddenly. Sit right down, madam, and let's get down to business."
The ostrich and kangaroo both shared a quizzical look. They both had the same suspicions about this new member.

Glace was very, very bored. After hanging out with Sherb, she had taken upon herself to set up various projects on the island. The first of many is an incline, so her villagers could access the cliffs without needing a ladder. Although one of her fellow human residents helped her out, she donated the last bells that were needed to start building the incline. One could say that it was stressing the girl out.
She asked Isabelle about island evaluations again, and she kept hearing the same things. Add more objects, craft more items, plant flowers, install fences. It was all too annoying. She was still at two stars no matter what she did. She didn't know if this was going to change any time soon, let alone tomorrow. She needed something to spice her life up.
Yesterday, she had seen Caroline singing in the plaza. Maybe she could chat to the squirrel? She seemed pretty lonely, and it didn't seem like many islanders were making the effort to talk to her. Glace headed toward the orange squirrel's home and, of course, she was standing right outside.
She talked to Caroline for a bit, just hearing the same phrases over and over. At least the squirrel's face was one she could look at. The girl sighed once Caroline finished talking and left, planting some flowers as she tried to unsuccessfully get resources from a stone.
She didn't like how her axe broke a tree in three hits. She wanted to keep the trees standing, but she couldn't if she wanted space on the island for other things. With a sigh, she tended to her flowers so they could grow faster. The pressure placed on her to make sure they had a concert was just all too much.
She went back to Isabelle to check the island evaluation — still the same. Not even half a star up from before. She placed a table and some chairs around the plaza for a nice place to sit and chat. The incline would be built by tomorrow, so all she would need to do was to wait.
Glace headed over to where Freya lived, but the pink wolf didn't seem to be home. That was odd. So she went out to catch bugs and fish to pay off her loan. The more money one can make toward their loan, the better. Heaving up her bug net to catch a cricket, she thought of how much more peaceful it'd be when K.K. Slider had eventually held his first concert on Glacespace.
If she hadn't sold them already, the utility pole and street lamp would have come to a good use to make the island look like more of a bustling town than it ever had been. Sitting down at the bench, she whiled the hours away by starting at the world around her, before slipping into a daydream that she prayed not a single person would wake her from.

"So... how has our Queen been? Has she been slaving away under Tom Nook?" the eagle asked the group, distracting both the ostrich and the kangaroo from their thoughts.
"She was talking to that squirrel the last time I saw her," Phoebe remembered, looking at Keaton for approval.
"She's even been planting flowers to make the island look more appealing," the wolf cut in, hopefully not realising that the ostrich was about to add something else.
"That's... what I was trying to say..." the yellow ostrich sighed, looking away from the wolf for a moment.
"Stop trying to grab the master's attention all the time!" the kangaroo snapped at the wolf.
"Ladies, ladies. There's no need to argue. All of us are here for the same reasons, so we shouldn't be fighting," Keaton addressed the three females, who bowed their heads in shame.
"We're... sorry... Mr Keaton..." the ostrich and kangaroo mumbled.
The wolf said nothing and just listened to the two women apologise, something akin to a smirk on her face.
"Now, we should be beginning to enact phase two of our plan, which is to find as many possible methods as we canto avoid our secret being spilled out to the public. Understood?"
Phoebe and Marcie both nodded, waiting for what he was to say next.
"Wolf, what is your name?"
"Freya."
"Well, Freya, you are now vice chairwoman of this operation."
She nodded and all that could be seen on her face was a creepy smile.

I caught a migratory locust!
Things just went south for this guy!
Stuffing the bug in his pocket, Sherb walked towards the southern pier of Glacespace, where she saw the resident representative fishing. She casted repeatedly until she knew she was going to catch the fish. With a shake of his head as he picked up a Venus Comb from the ground, the goat walked closer to his Resident Representative.
He watched her fish off the pier in awe, wondering how she could do so without missing a single one. Sherb felt that he was the one responsible for scaring all of his potential catches off, even though he knew that it was really because he often drew in the line too early. Watching Glace fish gave the goat some inspiration.
If he was to be a good snack buddy to her, he needed to convince the island's Resident Representative that he, too, was good at catching fish. Running up to a bank of sand, Sherb cast his line and watched the shadow of the fish that he was hoping to catch.
It seemed to be avoiding his every cast no matter what he did, but then there was a bite. A second bite, a third bite, a fourth bite and then a fifth. Finally, he heaved up his rod to reveal a football fish.
I caught a football fish!
Some countries call it a soccer fish!
