This is just so them. They find a stand full of their movies in public, and they get so excited that they stop and have someone take a goofy picture like that. I can just picture the excited, Luke! Luke, look at that! We did that! It's actually out here! It's actually happening! And the mini scene they would have created in the middle of the store in their excitement over it.
