Chapter 15 ❣︎ A Place Of Our Own!

We had gotten the cute little apartment! We would be renting it together. Our own first home. I could not believe my dreams were coming true! Wade loved me and we were going to live together!

I was out thrifting at stores with the girls to find items I thought he would love to for our little home. Some stuff my sister gave me. And Cry Baby's grandma gave us a few items to like a set of pots and pans to cook with.

I was cleaning the place that day. And unpacking both our belongings it wasn't much but it was ours. In time it would grow to be perfect. Just what we both needed.

Cry Baby comes in with a pizza. And sodas. We hadn't had time yet to go grocery shopping. But we planned on doing that this afternoon.

"Pizza! Thank you baby! I'm starving" I admitted. My stomach growled as though it agreed with me.

"Join me for lunch! I got plain cheese like you love Ronnie. And I got French fries I went to Maurice's. Your favorite" he tells me.

They were expensive!

"Oh, Cry Baby thank you!" I gush with joy.

I join him sitting together at the table that was in our tiny little cute kitchen area. I had grabbed us plates. He hands me a cola. Then we dig into the hot cheese gooey pizza. And warm crisp fries.

"Ohh yes. This is good stuff!" I sigh as I stuff my face with food.

A burp soon escaped my lips after having some cola to. He laughs.

I blush.

"I'm glad you are comfortable with me Ronnie" he teases me.

"Yes, I am. Wow what a busy week for us" I say.

I loved having him home at night. Making love or just snuggling under the covers with him. He brought me such comfort. Comfort I had never known in my whole life. I had a home.

With him!

Someone knocked on our door. Cry Baby answered. It was Pepper with Suzy Q. She has a housewarming gift for us!

"It's nothing big really. We are so happy for you both we had to get you something right Suzy?" She asks her daughter. Suzy nods then smiled shyly.

I open the gift as Cry Baby reads the card. It was a beautiful violet scented candle!

"Oh I love candles thank you! Thank you so much!" I exclaimed. I get up then hug her. And I hug Suzy.

My sister comes by with Milton. "We have a little gift for you! We asked Cry Baby first! He said it was fine by him! Look!"

It was a kitten! A small tiny black one! So cute. As the kitty mewed she hands him to me. Milton brought everything the cat needed. Toys dishes food and a litter box!

"Oh my! Oh my! I always wanted a kitty again" I gush with pure joy and surprise. I hold the kitten close to me.

"That's a boy. Wanda's cat had kittens. He is all yours!" Mona tells me.

Happy tears surface in my eyes. "He is so adorable thank you! And thank you Cry Baby! Oh gosh!" I cry. I pet my baby.

Then get him dry food and water. He begins to purr with contentment and I knew I was gonna love him. He was home!

"He's so tiny! So cute!" I laugh joyfully.

"Ronnie, I remember you saying how you loved cats. So, we knew this was a great gift for you" Mona tells me. She was so right.

"I am thrilled! What should I name him? Cry Baby you have to help me name our boy here" I add.

"Will do Sugar" he says looking at our sweet kitten.

We are all enjoying pizza together there was plenty for all. I put our kitten in the bathroom with his items so he didn't get trampled on with us all walking around this tiny place here.

Later that night I was feeding the kitty and got ready for bed. He kept mewing. Wanting my attention when I left the bathroom. So, while Cry Baby had a phone call I let the kitty lay in bed with me.

He purred then laid on me with contentment. He loved me already I could tell. I pet his head as I thought up names for the little guy. Everyone had gone home.

Cry Baby comes in the bedroom after having a shower. He was drying his dark black wet hair with a towel. He smirks. Then chucked.

"What? What was that for?" I demanded to know.

"He is gonna be spoiled" says Cry Baby.

"So, what he needs love" I state. "He needs a name. Want to help me name him?" I ask.

Cry Baby pets the kitten as he sleeps on my lap. "I have got it!"

"Well, tell me the name!" I beg to know.

"Tear Drop! Little Tear Drop. We can even call him Little T for short. After my nickname. After his dad here" says Cry Baby.

"Oh, that is adorable! I love it! I think it suits this little guy! Little T. I adore him" I sigh it was the best name for our kitten.

"I have a nickname for my sweetheart to" he reminds me as he joins me on the bed.

"Oh? What might that be?" I tease. Though I knew. I loved hearing him say it.

"Queenie. My Queen" he added. He kisses me on the cheek.

"It is fitting because I am with you my King" I tease.

"This guy needs to go in his own bed. Mommy needs time with daddy" Cry Baby says to the kitten.

"What if Tear Drop cries?" I worry.

"He will be fine. When he gets bigger he can sleep with us every night" promised Cry Baby.

He picks up Tear Drop off my lap. Tear Drop was to sleepy to protest. I go in the bathroom to make sure he is settled in bed. I even turn on a night light for the kitten.

"Night, night little guy" Cry Baby says sweetly as he shuts the bathroom door. We go jump in bed together. Cry Baby looms over top of me.

My arms go around his neck to hold him closer to my body. My hands go in his hair. He leans down and kisses me with a heated raw passion.

Then we celebrate our first night here together by making love nearly all through the night. We could not get enough of one another.
