Well ain't that unusual
Since its almost Winter break our school decided to have Winter dance and me and a few friends were invited.
Many students went in this building where the party is placed.
They told us the rules and people began to dance. Most decided to sit down.
I usually danced to the music, trying to catch up to the moves. I just sat down for one moment to rest after a song that took so many dance moves that required moving your feet from many directions.
Eventually, the teacher who hosted the party forced everyone to go in the center of the building and dance along.
Of course, we had no choice.
I would usually dance with a friend of mine but she decided to sit down and do some work. The lights were out and music was playing.
I didn't know the dance moves to the actual song so I just did my casual moves.
Then there was this girl who was friends with some other people I knew. They were sitting in a circle and talking.
The girl walked up to me and said "I love you."
Eventually I stopped dancing and just stared at her in the dark. I didn't know if she was serious or was dared to since she was a part of a group. The people I knew said hi as the girl walked away.
I just waved back and I guess I just walked away to my friend who was sitting down.
I'm not gonna lie, that experience was nice. Even if it was forced or fake. The words echoed in my head and I didn't know if I should say something back.
My friends arrived and we kinda danced along together, sometimes I would notice the girl looking at me. I feel like she's upset since she just decided to walk between me and my friend as if she can't go around instead. Maybe she was trying to catch my attention?
Anyway, there were a lot of... strange moments that happened at school today. Mostly gay moments or anything involving something lesbian-y.
But finally, I hope you guys are gonna have a great winter break!
