"Nobody wants me!" I sob as I say my truth. "I'm a mess, I'm not someone a mate would be happy to have."

It was hard to breathe as I cried my eyes out to my sister. It's been a long time since I really cried like this. Usually i drink till the pain is numbed

"I drink, I party to much, I'm not beautiful, I'm absolutely worthless."

Lolita is everything that I'm not. She beautiful, classy, sweet and kind. Her smile is perfect. How did I not see the way he was looking at her when her saw her. Everything about her invited him in. While I was annoying with a smart mouth.

"Stop putting yourself down." Says Aphrodite holding about of my shoulders. "You are a strong, independent and beautiful woman. Any man would is blessed to have you in their presence. It saddens me that you can't see that."

I'm done with the whole fairy tale mate bullshit. It's a scam. Why do all they guys that my sister's and I get are complete assholes.

He doesn't want me...

"No Aphrodite stop with the inspiring bullshit!" I sob out finding it hard to breathe. I felt like I was losing my mind. "None of the shit is true because if it was he would have chosen me and would want me but that's not the case!"

My felt broken and there was nothing I can do to fix it. I needed to get away from the pain.

"The mate bond is a fairy told to stupid females." I sobbed. "Just to make them wait on a man while the man don't even wait they still fuck around."

I cry on the floor.

"Come on Valentina." I hear Raphael pick me up.

"Yeah this also includes you Raphael. You fucking idiot over there getting engaged to Madison!" I cried on his shoulder.

"I didn't even propose." He grumbles.

"Let's take her to her room." Says Aphrodite.

I cried out. It hurts to breathe.

I didn't want to live anymore.

I just didn't.

Raphel layed me on the bed and Aphrodite tucked me in.

"I need to be alone." I tell her. "Please leave."

"I don't want to leav-"

"LEAVE!" I yelled. Hurt crossed Aphrodite face as she nods.

What's the point of being good? What's the point of pleasing people and giving it all your effort. That shit never worked out for me. Nothing ever does.

My mate doesn't want me, the whole world thinks I'm a waste, I know deep down all my sister's hate me for ruining the Kingsman name with all my antiques.

This is a moment where I needed everything to feel numb. I didn't want to feel...anything.

I didn't want to feel yet I want to drown in my sorrow. I couldn't sleep. The memories of him was everywhere haunting me.

I was sitting in the bar of the castle getting my drink and cigarettes. When Brandy comes walking in.

"What are you doing." She asked. It's still night time.

"I'm about to drink." I say my voice sounds as if I had a throat infection. My eyes are swollen still and red because I'm still have tears running down my face.

"You want one?" I asked. I noticed her eyes were also Swollen. She's been crying?

She nods.

I pour some of the strongest drinks we have.

"I heard about what happen with your mate." She says. "Are you okay?"

There I go again with more tears running down my face. I shrugged. As I drank my drink and cried.

"No I'm not okay." I say not caring to hold my tears back. I'm broken hearted. I poured myself another drink and Brandy another drink. "Cheers to us. The unwanted mates."

Hours passed and I'm still at the bar... drinking and smoking with Brandy.

"You know I'm a fucking good person." She slurrs as she pours herself another drink. "I don't think I deserve the way Zeus treated me when he came into my room a while ago."

I gasped. My buzz was so high I could fly. And I didn't feel as bad. Yet there was still in ache in my heart.

"He came to your room here in the castle?" I ask. "Shit we need better security."

Brandy giggles. 

"I've been saying that all along." She slurrs. "But yeah he came to my room and my dumbass thought it was an intruder so I grabbed my knife that I had on the side of my bed and tried to stab him. Let me tell you Valentina that man was so rough with me... And I loved it."

"You two had sex?" I asked.

Everything got quiet between us then out of no where we started to laugh...hard.

"D-did we have sex?" She says laughing. "No but we did have a rough make out session. He told me to stop trying to look for him and ask about him around but, how can I stop when he kisses me like that?"

"He got mad because you asked about him?" I slurred i don't even understand myself as I spoke anymore.

She nodded.

"I'm so done with mates and the idea of it." I say.

"I always have hope." Says Brandy.

"I used be like that and trust me i was so stupid." I says. "He loves Lolita."

"Lolita that's her name?" Asked Brandy. I nodded. "Did he tell you he loved her?"

"I asked him and he didn't say yes or no." I say as my tears come out more. He didn't say no.

"So basically you don't know?" She says. "You assuming that he loves her."

"Anybody would fall in love with her. I'm nothing compared to her. "

The truth hurts. But it is what it is.

"What Zeus's Wifes name." I asked.

"Marcela." She says. 

"Pour me one." Says Brandy joining me. I just gave her the whole bottle. And I took my own liquor bottle.

"What the hell are you two doing?" We hear Venus. She standing with a baby bottle in her hands.

"Hey Shister!" I give her a toothy grin. As she walk up to us.

"Join the  mateless with mates club." Says Brandy. Oh we should get that printed on shirts.

"Wow you two have been really drinking a lot." Says Venus looking at the drinks and bottles all around.

"What are you doing here?" Asked Brandy.

"I came to fill up Pluto's sippy cup with some juice so she won't cry as much in the morning." She says yawning. "Plus I couldn't sleep."

Brandy giggled.

"Have you decided to take Atticus back?" She asked her. "Heard he got super buff and sexy like more than what he was."

"Uh no we are separated and I like how things are. Unfortunately Pluto has to go see her dad for a two weeks." She says annoyed. "Carly made us come to an agreement."

"Aren't you with seth?" I asked.

Last time i introduced them Seth would not stop pursing her. He says she so beautiful.

Venus blushed.

"He's busy plus I think I can manage and wait until my baby comes back." She says shrugging.

That brought a wild idea.

"Why don't we all take a trip lovers den island." I say.  A way to forget and keep me busy  it scares me to face what I'm facing right now and the Liquor is doing its effects.

"Yes I'm totally for it." Says Brandy.

"I don't know guys. I can't just be partying while my baby is away." She says.

"Fuck off you are going." Says Brnady.

"Valentina are already drunk?" Asked Aphrodite as she walked us to the car. To we are getting to lovers den and I'm so excited.

I drank out of my bottle.

"No I'm just happy." I say getting in the car so she won't tell me anything more. Venus and Brandy were already in.

"Why did I agree to this while drunk?" Says Brandy annoyed as she put her glasses on.

"Oh shut up this is good." I say. 

Party here we come!

"Here lets have a drink." I say pouring some drinks in a cup.

"Hold up im texting Carly to see how my daughter is doing." Says Venus.

Boooooo!!!! What a mom.

"Why not just text your mate." Says Brandy taking the drink.

"Ex-Mate and I won't text him because I don't feel like I need to." She says glaring at Brandy as she took the drink from me.

"This weeknd is all about us drinking and moving in with our lives!" I say closing my eyes to sleep.

"Zoltan why do you and your father have a rough relationship?" I ask as I messed with hair.

Zoltan shrugged.

"My father just needed an heir to establish his reign in hell. If you don't know Demons are all want to be on top just like your people not much different. And he couldn't let any demon win no matter what. Yet my father didn't really want a child because that meant also worrying about another trying to surpass you and being stronger. That's why he's always had me living in slums. It's all about the greed." He says.

I feel so bad for him and what he went through with his father. Nobody should be treated the way he was.

"I happy I met you." I say kissing his cheek.

"Valentina wake up!" Says Brandy getting out of the car as we reached the island where the music was blasting and the people were partying hard.

"Okay let's go to our rooms and get ready." Says Venus walking to the villa.We owned a private villa in Lovers den because I often come here with firends to party.

Our soldiers were super serious and made no faces. Wow they are real professional. Aphrodite didn't let us go with no security.

"TURN UP!" I yelled. A bish was excited.

After hours of getting ready and dressed. It was already dark we  arrived to the wild party going on outside. When we got there we all the werewolves there stop what the were doing and bowed to us. Acknowledging us as  their Superior.

Three vampires also arrived and all the Vampire in the room also Bowed. I turned to see who they were and it was none other than the crowned prince of the vampire world Alcide Lancaster and his sisters princess Mina and Josephine.

Venus, Brandy and I couldn't suppress our growl when we saw them. They couldn't stop flashing their fangs at us in a threatings way which caused our security and werewolves in the room to growl dangerously. They didn't like the tone that was used on their princesses.

The vampires just glared at us. I rolled my eyes and got to the party.

"What the hell are these assholes doing here?" Says Venus as we go to the bar.

I shrugged.

"Who knows but it's weird to be in the same room as those assholes." Says Brandy ordering a drink.

"Come on we are here to party don't let the leeches ruin our time." I say.

I really wanted to forget and go wild. The room was dark and people were already on the dance floor.

"Cheers to the good life." I say as we all clinked out drinks together. Here comes crazy.

"HEY BITCHES!" Yells out Venus dancing on the bar counter.

My body and head... felt numb and soft. I loved the way people surrounded up cheering us as we danced.

Brandy was on the dance floor. Grinding and twerking.

"I'm a MILF." Yells Venus as the guy that was in front of her kissed her cheek. Venus is living the good life it's clear that she has Seth and Atticus under her fingers.

"Valentina!"

I stumbled and turn around.

"Who said my name?" I yelled out in confusion. Only to see Becky with her big belly. "Oh hey girl it's seems like you got big."

She smiled and rubbed her belly and nodded.

"Yeah I found the father." She says looking at the vampire who was taking to princess Mina. "I see that you are no longer with Zoltan. You know it was odd when I heard that he was marrying Lolita. When he was with you."

"He's what?" I asked my heart felt like it was about to be nonexistent.

Becky nodded.

"Yeah that's what was said around in the demon world." She says. "Girl I have to go my baby daddy is calling."

I felt like I was about to cry. Here in the dance floor my buzz was gone. I needed something stronger.

I walked up to the bartender.

"You have drugs?" I ask. I didn't care what they were I need them now.

"Yeah but it's pill pop and you are only suppose to take one."

I nodded.

"Okay I'll take two." I say taking the container that held the pill pops.

In like a second my world became hazy. People around me moved in slow motion. I felt like I can fall from a building and fly.

Venus turned and her eyes were wide.

"What the fuck am I that drunk or am I  hallucinating?" She slurrs drinking the drink that she took from me.

Here we all stood in complete shock at the sight that was presented in front of us.

Princess Brandjelica Rubi Kingsman Kissing the crown Prince of the vampire world Alcide Lancaster. It was odd to see a werewolf princess kissing a vampire prince especially if our families are sworn enemies.

Alcide's sisters Mina and Josephine  Lancaster were glaring daggers at them. Even I couldn't help but glare. That was not okay or maybe I'm just mad about Venus taking my drink and drinking it herself.

"What has she done." Whispers Venus.

Josephine grabbed her brother and pushed Brandy which caused for me and Venus to step up to the them. Our soldiers and the werewolves in the room got tensed. Everyone was ready for a fight.

Werewolves relished in getting lost in bloodlust.

"You fucking dogs get away from us." Says Mina.

"Dogs bitch your brother was kissing Brandy so I suggest you leeches keep away." Says Venus pushing Mina.

When did Venus get balls?

Mina tried to attack Venus but one of our soldiers pushed Venus behind them.

"You think you are better than us?" Says Josephine twirling a knife in her hand.

"You better not throw that knife because you are going to wish you didn't." I say.

"Let's go." Says Alcide to his sisters. But instead of listening to him Josephine threw the knife at Venus which ended up sinking into her stomach.

That's when chaos errupted. Werewolves and Vampire fighting. It was know  a blood bath/ Battle field. Limbs and blood flying everywhere.

Venus fell to the ground. I attacked Josephine. Which had us both rolling. The our soldiers were fighting with Alcide's soldiers.  Josephine banging my head against the floor. Which ended in me burning the shit out of her which got her off of me.

We both circled eachother.

"I'm going to kill you." She sneered.

"I'm going to burn you." I said with anger. "Do you know what the fuck you have done. Bitch you could have potentially started a fucking world world."

"It's time for you mutts to become our slaves." She says as her fangs expanded.

I looked over and Alcide walked away from the mess. What a pussy!

I looked around and the werewolves seemed to have finished the vampires in the room.

I smiled sinisterly. I couldn't kill her due to the fact of her position and she couldn't kill me due to mine.

"You better run." I say to her. 

She gives me one last glare as walks away. As she got away. I took the knife out of Venus and through it at her. It sinked into her back.

"Now we are even you fucking dumbass! Wait till I tell my sister!" I yell out.

Welp our trip has been ruined.

"This shit hurts!" Yells Venus.

On the counter there was a bottle of alcohol. Why I don't mind if I have a sip or maybe the whole bottle. I took a drink.

"Girl you need to get that fixed." I say to Venus as her blood comes out. Our soldiers are helping her out. Venus winced as she gets on her feet.

"Aphrodite Is going to kill us." She says looking around at all the dead bodies and blood.

I shrugged. Brandy shook her head in shame.

What's new.

"What the hell were you thinking!" Yelled Aphrodite to Brandy because its all over the news her kissing Alcide, Venus and I partying and drinking.

"I'm sorry he just caught me off guard it." She says looking away.

Venus messed with her fingers as Aphrodite glared at her.

"Do you think this is a good example for Baby Pluto?" She says to Venus as she shook her head. "What will you boyfriend and mate think when they see you all over the Tv!"

Venus rolled her eyes.

"He's not my boyfriend and I could care less what Atticus thinks."

We are all over the world wide news. Due the high death count  of vampires killed by werewolves, the stabbing of the werewolf princess, the insane drunk party.

Yet in this moment in sober state and everything is crashing down on me. My mate is getting married to Lolita.  I just wanted to hide from everything and hide and grieve.

"You will not longer be drinking anymore Valentina." Says Aphrodite looking into my eyes.

I laughed.

"You can't do that. I'm an adult." I say.

"I could less of a shit that you are an adult. I'm the queen and what I say goes!" She says with authority in her voice which shock all of us.

"This isn't fair!" I say.

"I'm doing this for your own good. I can't let you waste your life away. I can't just stand by and watch. I'm not letting get the point aunt Gabby got." She says. 

I couldn't help but slap get her. Oh shit I slapped the queen.

Oh shit!

"Don't you ever talk about Aunt Gabby!" I say.

In which in return she slapped me and hard.

One last look from Aphrodite as she walked away. Someone call Raphael to dick her down.

Oh god I can't believe I slapped Aphrodite. Brandy and Venus looked at me shocked as they walked away.

Have I gone mad?

Hear I sat in between mom and dad graves. A little while after dad died mom couldn't bear with the pain and took her life. It was devastating on the whole family and the werewolfs world. It was hard for the world that  the dowager  werewolf queen had died.

Which ended up with me and my sisters depressed. Especially me since I needed them the most.

"Mom...dad." Here I was getting choked up. "I'm tired... I think I really have fucked things up. I can't numb myself anymore. My sister hates me for slapping her,  my Mate doesn't want me... He's marrying someone else. My whole world is falling apart... life without me is better. Everything would run smoothly. I wouldn't be such a bad image to the family name. I thinks it best if I join you."

This is it. I didn't want to live here anymore. I didn't want to.

I walked to the cliff. The wind was blowing hard.  My heart was beating fast looking at the water splashing and the rocks. It would be quick and easy.

"Valentina no!" I hear Aphrodite yell out.

I turn. My tears running down my face.

"Please Valentina don't!" She says crying. "Please don't do this. Please get away from the cliff. We can work through this."

Aphrodite slowly walked closer to me. I shook my head.

"I can't be here." I say closing my eyes and letting myself fall.

"NO!" I hear Aphrodite yell out.

I felt no impact. Until I opened my eyes and see Aphrodite holding on to me with her hand. I dangled from the edge.

"Let me go!" I yell. "I don't want to be a burden anymore!"

"I'm not letting you go!" She sats crying struggling to hold me. "Valentina I can't lose you. You are not a burden to anyone!"

"I'm doing all of you a favor! I'm a horrible person!" I yell crying. "I have nothing left!"

"I love you Valentina!" She yells. "Im sorry for being hard on you but it's because I care and we can all work through this even though it's a hard time in your life but I'm not going to lose you. I can't lose you!"

I felt myself being lifted. Only to see Raphael looking at both of us pissed.

"What the hell is going on." He says in his demon voice.

Aphrodite and I just cried as she held on to me. All our emotions.

*two weeks later*

I sat here by the window. It was close go winter. It was about to get cold.

I haven't really walked out of my room much. I just stayed in my own misery.

Aphrodite, Raphael, and my sister's have come to check up on me but they barely get any answer from me.

I haven't heard about Zoltan nor has he tried to see me.

I felt like a person that was living without no soul.
