YOU COULD HEAR HIS WORK SHOES SCRUBBING across the concrete. He's tired. Not only physically, but mentally. The diner that he usually loved working for had turned into a complete hellhole. And he absolutely knew why. But, he says nothing. He only keeps his chin up, wears his usual smile and goes about doing his job. He does this, even outside his job. Usually it's easy, but in the past couple of months? It seemed harder than it usually was.

Sinatra wasn't worried, though. He knew that he would get his smile back. His real smile back, as he was on his way to the Rossi household. It would be a breath of fresh air, more fresh than the crisp clean one that he currently felt outside.

But that air was soon taken away from him. Not the one from outside, but the one that gave him peace.

He froze, seeing the two unfortunate familiar figures that stood at the doorway, shouting for Sinatra.

No ... Sidney.

He didn't know what to do at first. Jason and Donnie are blatantly trying to get to him, not knowing that he wasn't even in the house in the first place. Sinatra started to shake, scared, anxious, and tired.

He began to back away. Sinatra tried to do this as quickly and quietly as possible. He almost gets away until his heel lands in a crack in the sidewalk. A squeak escaped from his lips, and he fell onto his back. He managed to save his head from hitting the concrete.

Sinatra hoped that they hadn't looked back. But they did. They saw him. He immediately stood back up, staring straight at Jason Carver, a well-known enemy of his since day one, and Donnie Parker, someone he used to love and have respect for.

"There she is ..."

Donnie. He had the accent, just like him. Sinatra didn't want to face him. He couldn't even believe that he trusted him with the secret in the first place.

"I'm only trying to go to my friend's house, what else do you want from me?" Sinatra told them.

"For everyone to know that you're a freak," Jason says, "That you're not who you say you are, Sidney."

"That's not my name ..."

"That's what's on your birth certificate, isn't it?"

Sinatra doesn't answer. He tried to push past the two other boys. It doesn't work. Donnie pushes him back.

"Oh, where ya goin', sweetheart?" Donnie asks. There is malice in his voice.

If Sinatra tried to push through them again, things were going to get worse. So he didn't. He didn't want it to get worse. By the time he could even speak, almost half the rainbow club had surrounded him. Fellow teenagers standing in front of him while the adults had practically cornered the two other boys.

"You fuck with him, you fuck with us."

Reggie. His voice makes Sinatra's ears perk up. He doesn't want Reggie fighting his fight. He doesn't want anyone fighting his fight. Not Reggie, not his sisters, his father, or the rainbow club. They were pulled into this. And it was all his fault.

"You know he isn't even a he right?" Jason sneered, "You're being tricked."

"Her name isn't even Sinatra. It's Sidney."

"That's not his fuckin' name," Janet told him, "He already told you that."

Janet then looks at Donnie. "And you. You should fuckin' know better. But since you're a jealous dick, you turn on him."

Sinatra was pretty hurt. Not only because Donnie outed him, but because he outed him out of pure spite and jealousy. He tried to keep his tears in. But, if anyone knew Sinatra, it's that he's terrible at keeping them in.

Donnie knew this. And Donnie liked to use that to his advantage.

"Looks like Sidney can't keep her emotions in check," Donnie says, looking down at Sinatra.

Sinatra looks away. He doesn't say a word. He's trying to keep the peace.

"What's the matter, Sidney? Cat got your tongue?"

Sinatra had enough of it. He's tired. He is exhausted. All he wanted to do was live his life without worry. He realized that was never going to happen. And it makes him angry.

"That is not my name!" He finally shouted.

It makes everyone step back in shock. Donnie and Jason, the rainbow club adults, and the rainbow club teenagers.

"My name is Sinatra! Sinatra Oliver Stevens!" He growled, the tears finally rolling down his face, "Sidney? She is gone. She's Dead! Buried! Six feet under!"

At this point he had pretty much thrown everything he had in his hands at Jason and Donnie, which makes the two of them flinch. Mama's angel. Mama's fallen angel, had finally exploded like the demon that his mother thought he was.

"Because of you, I quit my job because I couldn't take it anymore!" Sinatra screamed, "Everyone looks at me like I'm some alien! At work, I had people ask what's in my pants. I've had them laugh, snarl, and gawk at me, I've heard them tell their kids to not end up like me!"

He's full-on sobbing. Sinatra feels all the pain that he's gotten from work today and it makes him collapse into the ground. Reggie, Janet, Tito, and Rhia luckily reach in time to grab him so he wouldn't hit the hard concrete, and they set him down, still standing by him.

"I was okay ... I was finally able to heal from it all until you two fucking screwed it up!" Sinatra shouted, "I have done nothing to these people and I am suddenly their natural born enemy. All because the athlete is some jesus freak, and you not being able to get into my pants!"

Everyone surrounding Sinatra is flabbergasted. They've never heard him scream. They've seen him cry, but nothing out of anger.

"So keep talking your shit!" Sinatra growled, "Because I'm not gonna change. I'm Sinatra, I have always been Sinatra. And if you don't like that, then go cry about it."

"Yeah, cry about it!" Jo repeats. JJ puts a hand on their shoulder, shaking her head.

It's quiet. No one knew what to say. Nobody expected that from pink, glittery Sinatra Stevens.

"Yeah, it's definitely the fuckin' hormones," Jason sneered.

"Say that again or I'm ripping your fucking head off," Reggie told them.

Jason grabs Donnie by the shoulder. He shakes his head. "C'mon ..." He mumbles, and the two walk away.

The rainbow club walks closer to Sinatra. Janet is the first to speak.

"Natra, are you okay?"

"My throat hurts," Sinatra answered, his voice definitely hoarse.

"You gave them hell," Reggie told him, "You stood up for yourself, I'm proud of you."

"Yeah, well ..." Sinatra replied, "I wish Dahlia was here to see it. She would've gotten a kick out of that."
