╰─➣ link has autism spectrum disorder.
at first, he didn't even know that he had it.
his parents never got him tested when he
was younger. and with growing up in the
eighties, a lot of people necessarily didn't
understand the austim diagnosis. he's fine,
but when he finally got the diagnosis by the
time he was about thirty, it made
everything much more understandable.
he's dealing with it so much better now.

ミ♡ NUMBER TWO. WHAT IS LINK'S LEAST
FAVORITE ALCOHOLIC DRINK?
╰─➣ link's definitely not a drinker. in fact,
he doesn't like alcohol. but he's tried a
couple of them, and his least favorite
alcohol drinks is bourbon. he's had it only
one time. never again.

ミ♡ NUMBER THREE. WOULD LINK WANT
TO GET ANY (NEW) TATTOOS, IF SO, WHAT
WOULD THEY GET AND WHY?
╰─➣ of course he would. his boyfriend is a
tattoo artist. so it's kind of easy for him to
get more tattoos if he wanted. if he could
get another tattoo right now it would be
something lord of the rings related. it's one
of his favorite book series and link is a well
known nerd.

LYING? DOES HE LIE OFTEN?
╰─➣ link is a terrible liar. he can't lie for
shit because his facial expressions often
tell it all. but, he isn't the one to lie. he hates
a liar. it would be very hypocritical of him
to lie, even if it was for a super simple thing.

NAMES? WHICH PET NAMES DO THEY USE?
╰─➣ link doesn't really use pet names a
lot. the only person who he uses a pet name
on is rob. he started calling him sweetheart
after a while. honestly, it just stuck. he's
grown to love calling him that.

PUTTING THEIR THOUGHTS INTO WORDS?
╰─➣ pretty good i would say. unless it's
under pressure. he can't really do anything
under pressure unless it's fixing cars, but
he would prefer to take his time with that.
but link is really good at putting his
thoughts into words. sometimes it comes
out as oddly poetic without when trying.
that's just how it works with him most of
the time.

ミ♡ NUMBER SEVEN. HOW DOES LINK
SHOW THEY LOVE SOMEONE WITHOUT
USING THEIR WORDS?
╰─➣ it's rare that he does. he's more willing
to share his life with words rather than
affection. words of affirmation is his
number one love language. but, when he
got together with rob, it's evolved a little
bit. sometimes he would hold his hand.
a kiss, a hug here and there. but with
everyone else, he pretty much just relies
on his words.

╰─➣ in private. he doesn't like anyone to
see his grieving process. it's almost
embarrassing with how easily he cries when
he's lost someone. he's down in the dumps
for some time. link copes with it by doing
things around the house, trying to get his
mind off of it. sometimes it works,
sometimes it doesn't. it just depends on
how he feels. but he tries not to make it
visible. he doesn't want anyone to see his
pain.

WHAT KIND OF BOOKS DOES HE READ?
╰─➣ link loves to read. he was grades
above his classmates, which didn't help
any of the bullying he got in school. he's
a fast reader. depends on how busy he is,
he can finish a book in a couple weeks.
link mainly goes for fantasy books. lord
of the rings, a game of thrones, etc.

╰─➣ he has given himself a haircut, and it
went absolutely horrible. he had to go to
patsy to help him out, which no doubt
probably laughed before doing so. and
that was when he decided that he wasn't
going to mess with his hair anymore. he
was gonna get it trimmed by a professional.

REMINDS LINK OF THEIR CHILDHOOD?
╰─➣ cinnamon. his mom used to make
french toast all the time, amongst using
cinnamon on other things. even candles.
sometimes he has them in his own
apartment when he feels like he's missing
home. he knows that cutting his parents
off is for the better, but he still carries
that scent with him.

╰─➣ does he? absolutely. after all, he is
nicknamed after the hero from the legend
of zelda. that's his top favorite video game.
the name? the triforce tattoo on his arm?
definitely. but his top five includes the
legend of zelda, super mario bros, pac-man,
duck hunt, and the pokemon games.

LIKE IN CLASS? DID HE PAY ATTENTION OR
WERE THEY DISTRACTED THE WHOLE TIME?
╰─➣ link did pay attention in class for the
most part, but a lot of teachers interpreted
it as him not paying attention. he has to
fidget with something while someone's
talking. he's often able to repeat exactly
word for word what the teacher says
without even looking up. so he pays
attention, but it's seen as him being
distracted.

LIKELY TO REMOVE A PROBLEM OR A
THREAT, OR REMOVE HIMSELF FROM A
PROBLEM OR THREAT?
╰─➣ link is mostly likely to remove
himself from a situation. he doesn't like
confrontation. and he doesn't like stressful
situations. he's known to go quiet. and
it's not necessarily anyone's fault, it's just
how he handles a situation. he has to
think over what's wrong. what the
problem or threat is, or why there's a
problem or threat in the first place.

╰─➣ he does have a car! a 1965 ford
thunderbird. it's a shiny red and it's his
prized possession. he found it in a junkyard
and he fixed it up all himself. he's very
proud of it. it's the first ever car he's ever
fixed and owned.

╰─➣ rocky road. there's too many textures
going on. it tastes so good but there's just
so many things going on, unfortunately.

╰─➣ touch. he works hands on with cars.
he needs his sight, too, but honestly, he
knows most cars like the back of his hand.
knows how they work, knows how to fix up
each issue.

╰─➣ he's never skipped classes in grade
school unless he was sick. and in trade
school ... it was kind of the same. his
anxiety over skipping is insane actually.

╰─➣ it has seeds in it. therefore a fruit.
same goes for cucumbers. don't argue him
down on this.

FAVORITE SEASON?
╰─➣ link's a california native. he's only ever
experienced warm weather. he's barely
experienced rain because of how dry it
is most of the year. when rob takes link
to england, it's safe to say that summer is
his favorite season. he just can't handle the
cold. he can barely deal with the rain.

HAVE ANY UNUSUAL SKILLS? HOW DID
HE GET THESE SKILLS?
╰─➣ link can play guitar with his tongue.
he was honestly just fooling around and
after he could make a sound on the guitar
with his tongue, he pretty much learned
how to play, just like with his fingers. he
can also make cat noises on the guitar, too.
it keeps eddie entertained.

╰─➣ link is ambidextrous. he can use both
hands. he does use his right hand more, but
he can pretty much switch hands if one
gets tired. his performance with either hand
won't change. it'll be just as good.

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO STOP?
╰─➣ smoking. link is a chainsmoker, and
he's trying to quit, hence the sweet tooth
that he has. but, the reality is that with
rob being a smoker as well, the craving is
going to be so much harder to get rid of.

ミ♡ NUMBER TWENTY-FOUR. WHAT DOES
LINK KEEP IN HIS WALLET?
╰─➣ driver's license, maybe cash. maybe a
credit card. but the most important thing
that he has in his wallet are two pictures
that link took. one of them being rob, who's
asleep on the couch. and then he has a
picture of rob and eddie together the day
she opened up her playmobil set. he carries
those with him everywhere.

OR WHAT CAUSED IT?
╰─➣ link's got a soft heart. he's gotten his
heart broken plenty of times. his dad for
one, being the emotionally unavailable
parent that he was. it hurt him when he
discovered that his dad still didn't like him.
his ex-boyfriend. though, link moved on
from it pretty quickly, it still broke his
heart. it was a half-assed break up over
the phone, hearing the potential girlfriend
marty was basically cheating on him with
in the background. it was a no-effort thing.

APOLOGIZE?
╰─➣ oh super fast. when he realizes that
he's very much in the wrong, he apologizes
as soon as possible. the only way he can
apologize is with words. he's not really good
at doing it any other way. but he does try
to make it up to you.

A DND CHARACTER, WHAT WOULD HIS
CLASS BE?
╰─➣ from what i've read on dnd classes,
link would be a paladin. he's a warrior in
his own way i feel. he's devoted, he's loyal.
he always has a very strong sense of
justice when it comes to people. not just
family and friends but for everyone.

OPTIMIST, PESSIMIST, OR A REALIST? ANY
REASONS FOR THIS?
╰─➣ link is very much a realist. there are
no extra lenses on how he sees the world.
he sees it as is. that's how he's always
learned to see it as such. he does have
some points where he is a bit optimistic,
but he remembers that all outcomes of the
same situation can be different.

SOME TOPICS THAT LINK KNOWS A LOT
ABOUT? WHY DOES HE KNOW ABOUT
THESE TOPICS?
╰─➣ link has a few special interests and
that's why he knows about them. he reads
pretty much anything on them. one topic?
cars. link is a mechanic, went to trade
school for it. but he's also known about this
topic ever since he was a young boy. after
his father stopped teaching him, he went.
onto doing it himself.

╰─➣ no, link is not a virgin, surprisingly enough. he lost his virginity in his trade
school days with his then boyfriend
marty. and honestly it wasn't bad? but
it wasn't that good either, considering that
it was both their first time with a guy. it
was good enough for it being the first
time.
