Journey Into Mystery
"What is this place? Where are we? Who are you?" Loki asked as you and him stood up. "This is The Void. That's Alioth. And we're his lunch. Come on!" Classic Loki said. The Lokis all head off with you and Loki following. "I suggest we take a breather, so I can ask several thousand questions." You said. "Gotta keep moving so we don't die." Classic Loki said. "I can get behind that, but what's your plan?" You asked. "Don't die." He said. "Okay, understood, but beyond that?" You clarified. "Don't die." He repeated. "That's not a plan. It's a general demand of living. If you're Lokis, you should always have a plan." Loki said.
"Will someone please explain to us what the hell is going on? Look, it's been a very, very, very trying past few days. Months? I don't even know how long it's been since New York. All we know is, we got pruned and we woke up here, and now we're surrounded by Variants of Loki, plus an alligator, which I'm heartbroken to report I didn't even find all that strange. And now we're running from God knows what trying to get to God knows where. When I need to be trying to find a way back to the TVA!" You shouted. Alioth rumbles in the distance. Kid Loki pulls a dagger on you, who backs up and falls. "Stop wailing or you will signal Alioth." He said. "You mean the monster in the sky?" You asked. Kid Loki disappears his dagger and gives you a hand up. "Thanks." You said. "This is the place where the TVA dumps its rubbish, everything they prune. And Alioth, he ensures none of it ever returns." Kid Loki explained.
"It's a living tempest that consumes matter and energy. They send entire branched realities here that are devoured in an instant." Boastful Loki said. "We're in a shark tank. Alioth is the shark." Classic Loki said. Alligator Loki growls. "Oh, there's no such thing as an alligator tank. Besides, it's a better metaphor. He's overly sensitive like the rest of us." Classic Loki said. "Hang on, you're telling me that thing's a Loki too?" You asked as you point to the alligator. "Oh, yes." Classic Loki said. Loki almost does a double take at this and you stifled laughter. "Okay, fine. Willing to accept that. Why are there so many of you?" He wondered. "Because Lokis survive. That's just what we do." Classic Loki said. "Great. So how do we escape?" Loki asked. "We don't. All of us were arrested by the TVA and pruned, just like you two." Classic Loki said. "And just like you're doing right now, we all stood around making bad plans that went nowhere." He added. "Yes, but have you thought of using a TemPad?" You asked. "Oh, the one thing that could easily get us out of here, yes. They're all over the place, right, guys?" Boastful Loki asked.
The other Lokis all laugh. "Fine. What about causing a nexus event?" You asked. "The TVA doesn't care what happens here." Boastful Loki informed. "Surely there's something to do." Loki suggested. "There is. Survive. That's all there is. All there ever was." Classic Loki said. "We're done talking. Let's go. Just do what you want, I guess." Kid Loki said. The other Lokis walk on. Loki looks around. You and Loki hurry after them. "Okay, wait, wait, wait." You said as you and Loki follow. "Why do you wear the horns? You let a child command you?" Loki asked. "You'll do well to respect the boy. This is his kingdom." Classic Loki said. "Right. What was your nexus event, Your Majesty?" Loki asked. "I killed Thor." Kid Loki stated. You stood frozen in shock for a few moments at his statement. He actually killed his own brother...? You then caught up with them as all of you continued walking. Classic Loki uses magic to open a hatch into their hidden base. Layers of rubbish is shown through the soil, including Mjolnir and a small frog-Thor trapped in a jar.
You and The Lokis descend the ladder into the base. "So, why did you want to return to the TVA so badly, anyway?" Classic Loki asked you. "You leave your glorious purpose there?" Boastful Loki asked. "Well, actually..." you paused, not really knowing how to tell the others you weren't a Loki. "Something like that." Loki interrupted you. Pleasant music plays. Boxed "Roxxiwine" Pinot Noir is on the counter. Classic Loki pours some wine into Alligator Loki's mouth. "So, after I vanquished Captain America and Iron Man, I claimed my prize: all six Infinity Stones." Boastful Loki said. You raised an eyebrow. You knew for a fact that only very powerful beings could use all of the infinity stones without demolishing. So you knew for a fact he was lying. Alligator Loki growls. "That's alligator for growling and saying "liar" at the same time." You said. "You can understand him?" Kid Loki asked. You nodded. "I can understand all kinds of languages." You said. The other Lokis looked impressed.
"Well at least my nexus event wasn't eating the wrong neighbor's cat." Boastful Loki argued. Alligator Loki snarls and leaves its mini pool to attack Boastful Loki. He bites his hand. You and Loki jump up to separate them. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, Hey, hey, hey." Loki said. Kid Loki sits on a throne and watches them, amused. You pull Alligator Loki off and throw him back in the mini pool. "Tell them your story, Loki." Kid Loki said to Classic Loki. "Me? Nobody wants to hear about that." He declared. "I, I would, actually. Um... It's just I've, I've been wondering, because I'm... Well, we're supposed to die, right? Thanos kills us after Ragnarok." Loki said. "Thanos? In my timeline, everything proceeded correctly, my entire life, until Thanos attacked our ship." Classic Loki explained. "So you, you didn't try to stab him?" You asked. "Certainly not. Oh take no offense, my friends, but blades are worthless in the face of a Loki sorcery. They stunt our magical potential." Classic Loki said. "But they look awesome." Boastful Loki admitted. You rolled your eyes playfully.
"Oh, yes. Especially when they clatter to the ground just before your neck is snapped. I cast a projection of myself so real, even the Mad Titan believed it. Then hid as inanimate debris. After I faked my death, I simply drifted in space. Away from Thor, away from everything. Thought about the universe and my place in it, and it occurred to me that everywhere I went, only pain followed. So I removed myself from the equation, landed on a remote planet and stayed there in isolation, in solitude for a long, long time." Classic Loki said. "How did the TVA find you?" You asked. "I got lonely." He chuckles. "To tell you the truth, I missed my brother, and I wondered if he missed me, if anybody else did. But as soon as I took my first steps to getting off the planet, the TVA arrived. Because we, my friends, have but one part to play, the God of Outcasts. Nothing more. The God of Outcasts." He said. The other Lokis all drink to that, including Kid Loki.
You frown at this. Loki shakes his head and stands and you stand beside him. "Let's go, (Y/n)." He said. This caught the attention of the others. "(Y/n)?" Kid Loki asked. His eyes narrowed. "Wait so, she's not a Loki?" Classic Loki asked. You tensed a little. "Oh, no. She's my friend." He said. "(Y/n). Why does that name sound so familiar?" Classic Loki mumbled. "Uh, hello? She's an Avenger. If anything, the most powerful one on the entire team." Boastful Loki pointed out. Kid Loki turns and looks at you. "You're an Avenger?" He asked. You gulp a little and slowly nod. "She's the one we wanted as a weapon." Boastful Loki pointed out. You felt anger rise at that statement. "You listen here. (Y/n) is not a weapon, she's a person. Just because she was born with multiple powers doesn't make her a weapon. I've been with her long enough during my time at the TVA to learn the real (Y/n)." Loki snapped. The others narrowed their eyes. "And from what I've seen, the real (Y/n) is kind, loyal, and will do anything for her friends. So don't ever say that she's a weapon like that again." Loki said.
Your eyes widened and you looked at him in shock. Boastful Loki just shrugs at his speech. "Okay, fine, whatever." He said. "Come on, (Y/n). Let's go." Loki said. You nodded and began to follow him. "Where are you going?" Classic Loki asked. "Out of this place, out of The Void, back to the TVA. We may be good at surviving, but we're also good at escaping. I'd wager that gives me a decent chance as any." Loki said. "You won't do either, you'll be brutally murdered. Both of you." Classic Loki declared. "Well, so be it. That was my destiny to begin with." Loki pointed out. "You're different. Why?" Kid Loki asked. "No, I'm not, you see? I'm the same, really. I'm the same as all of you." Loki said. "Have any of you met a woman Variant of yourselves?" You asked. "Sounds terrifying." Classic Loki said. "Oh, she is. But that's kind of what's great about her. She's different. She's not trying to take over the TVA, she's trying to take it down. And she needs us. Now, you said Alioth is what keeps us here. You said it's a living thing. You said it's a shark. Well, if it lives, it dies. So we're gonna kill the shark. We're gonna kill Alioth, and we could use all the help we can get." You said. The other Lokis look at each other, then burst out laughing. "Yeah, baby. Yeah." Classic Loki laughed. "Let's go." You said. You and Loki walk away. You and Loki ascend the ladder and you open the hatch. You look up and gasp. About ten Lokis stand above. "Ah. Hello, which one of us are you?" President Loki asked. "This is getting ridiculous." You said. Loki nodded in agreement silently.
~Meanwhile~
Sylvie wakes in a dilapidated bus. Wind whistles and thunder rumbles. She kicks out the window and gets out. Alioth descends behind her and she runs. A wisp of Alioth gets in front of her, and Sylvie touches it with magic, briefly connecting to see flashes of a mansion. She continues running. A car approaches from ahead, horn honking. She jumps into the car. "You." She said. The car speeds away. "Can you shut the door, we still got a little bit of a situation here. By the way, you should be careful just jumping into a stranger's car like that." Mobius warned. "Watch out!" She warned. "I see it, I see it." He said. "Really? Because you're driving right towards it." She shouted. "God, you really are one of you. Hang on."
President Loki and his army of nine Lokis stand in the Loki base. "You bastard! You led the wolves to our door." Classic Loki said. "We prefer snakes to wolves." President Loki said. "I've eaten both. They die just the same." Kid Loki steps forward, but Boastful Loki holds his hammer to Kid Loki. "Apologies, my liege. I betrayed you, and now, I'm king." Boastful Loki said. "About that..." The army of Lokis raise their weapons toward Boastful Loki. "You can't be serious." He said. "Come on. What did you expect?" President Loki asked. "That was not the bargain! I gave you our location. In exchange for shelter and supplies, you give me your army and I take the throne." Boastful Loki said. You rolled your eyes. "Ah, yes. Not so good a bargain. How about this one? My army, my throne?" President Loki asked. "About that." The army of Lokis turn on President Loki. "Why you beef-witted, half. faced scrubs. We had a deal!" President Loki shouted. Loki was just shaking his head in disbelief. "For God's sake." You said. Alligator Loki growls. Loki sighs and face palms at the other Lokis.
"Why the hell is there an alligator in here?" President Loki asked. "He's a Loki!" You, Classic Loki and Kid Loki shouted. Alligator Loki snarls and lunges at President Loki, clamping on his hand. They struggle, and President Loki pulls him off, but Alligator Loki has bitten off his hand. President Loki screams. Alligator Loki swallows his hand. A fight breaks out with all the Lokis fighting each other. Kid Loki picks up Alligator Loki. You and Loki try to sneak out while avoiding the fights. Another Loki swings at Loki from behind, but Classic Loki blasts him back. "Glorious purpose!" Boastful Loki shouted. Classic Loki uses magic to create illusions of himself, you, Loki, Kid Loki, and Alligator Loki as you all sneak away. "Come on." You said. Classic Loki creates a magic portal that they escape through. "Take that, Loki!" You heard another Loki shout. You all emerge outside the base in The Void.
"Damn it! Animals, animals! We lie and we cheat, we cut the throat of every person who trusts us, and for what? Power. Glorious power. Glorious purpose! We cannot change. We're broken, every version of us. Forever." Classic Loki said. "And whenever one of us dares try to fix themselves, they're sent here to die." Kid Loki said. "That's why I need to get out of here. Nothing can change until the TVA is stopped." Loki said. "And you trust her?" Classic Loki asked. "She's the only one I do trust. Other than (Y/n). And right now, I believe they're our only chance of stopping the TVA." Loki said. "That's good enough for me." Kid Loki said. "Okay. Okay, we'll help you two. But approaching Alioth is a death sentence. We'll get you two to it, but that's as far as we go." Classic Loki said. You nod. "Deal." You smiled at them.
"All that time, I really believed we were the good guys." Mobius said as he drove the car. "Annihilating entire realities, orphaning little girls, classic hero stuff." Sylvie said sarcastically. "Well, I guess when you think the ends justify the means, there's not much you won't do. By the way, you did some annihilating too." Mobius pointed out. "I did what I had to do." Sylvie said. "Yeah, so did I." He argued. "You hunted me like a dog." Sylvie snapped. "I'm sorry about that." He apologized. "When I pruned myself, I thought I might be able to find Loki and (Y/n). That storm, that thing, it's likely already got them." She explained. "You really believe that?" He asked. "It doesn't matter. The only thing that matters now is getting out of here and finding out who's behind all of this." Sylvie said. "Great. How do we do that?" Mobius asked. "We turn around." She clarified. "Turn around? What, and go back to the angry cloud?" Mobius asked. "Yeah. I think it might be the answer. We're going back to it." She said firmly. Mobius sighs and turns the car around.
You and The four Lokis are walking, with Kid Loki holding a tracking device. "I have to say, it feels odd walking toward the gargantuan creature. Do you have a plan of action?" Classic Loki asked. "Get inside, find its heart or brain or whatever, and then, you know, do it in." You explained. "I mean..." Kid Loki began. "Okay just because it's not complicated doesn't mean it's bad." Loki added. "It also doesn't mean it's good." Kid Loki pointed out. Alligator Loki growls. "See? He's on board." Loki said. "He's praying. He thinks we're going to die." You said. Kid Loki's device beeps. You all stand on a hill and watch a pruned reality arrive: the USS Eldridge military ship. The crew clamors on the deck. "All hands to battle stations!" The sailor said. "Alioth is like any animal. He'll go after the big meal first. And while he's busy with that, we can sneak around the back and..." you trailed off. Alioth bellows as it approaches the USS Eldridge. Sailors clamor. "Fire!" The sailor shouted. The ship fires into Alioth. The purple cloud envelopes the screaming crew. Alioth recedes, leaving a dilapidated ship and no survivors.
"Okay. Maybe we, uh... think a bit more about this, huh?" Loki asked. Kid Loki glances at his device and turns around. "Car." He said. You quickly turned around to see a car coming. "What?" Loki asked. "Along the horizon." Classic Loki informed. "Is that bad?" Loki asked. "Well, usually means cannibalistic marauders or cannibalistic pirates." Kid Loki explained. You looked at him with wide eyes. "I'm sorry, what?" You asked. "Now they're slowing down." Loki said. "What are they doing?" Classic Loki asked. "Just stay on guard." Kid Loki said. The car stops. Sylvie gets out. Your eyes widened. "Sylvie." You and Loki run toward her. "I don't understand. Are they cowards or were they being brave?" Classic Loki asked. "I'm not too sure." Kid Loki said. "Come on." The other Lokis follow. "You're both alive." Sylvie said. "What happened? You okay?" You asked. Mobius gets out and joins them. Your eyes widened. "Mobius! But I thought..." Loki began. You stared at him for a long time and soon tears formed in your eyes. "Hi (Y/n)." He smiles at you. You quickly run toward him and hug him.
He returns the hug. "Oh my god, Mobius. I... I thought... I thought you were..." You couldn't finish your sentence. "It's okay, (Y/n). I'm right here." He said softly. You nod and wipe your tears away then break away from the hug. "We thought you could do with some backup." Sylvie said. You smile at them and nod. Classic Loki, Kid Loki, and Alligator Loki walk over. Sylvie turns like she's ready to fight. You quickly stop her. "Oh, no, wait, wait, wait, these are our friends. Well, they're, um... How best to put this? You as a child, you in the future, and you as an alligator. It's best not to question it." You explained to her. "You throw a rock out here, you hit a Loki." Mobius said. You chuckle. "So you're all after the giant cloud monster, too, then?" She asked. "Well, we haven't decided how we're going to kill it, but..." Loki began. "Sorry, come again? Kill it?" Sylvie asked.
"Yes, we're gonna kill Alioth." You said. "Oh, my God. That was your plan?" She asked. "Yeah." Loki said. "And you all went along with it?" She questioned. "I had my doubts." Kid Loki admitted. "Probably unsafe." Classic Loki said. "Wow. Thanks for the load of confidence there guys. Real nice." You said sarcastically. "All right, well, what's your plan, then?" Loki asked. "I think the person we're after is beyond The Void at the end of time. And if they are, that thing is just their guard dog protecting the only way in." Sylvie said. "Okay, so, um, how do we get past the guard dog?" You asked. "I'm gonna enchant it." She said. "That's insane." You said. "As insane as what? Paper-cutting a giant cloud to death?" She retorted. "Listen, we've been down here longer than you, we know a thing or two..." Loki tried to argue. "I'm going to enchant it." She repeated. "She's pretty confident." Mobius said. "Ya think?" You asked sarcastically.

In a dilapidated building, something is roasting over a fire. Alligator Loki, Mobius, Classic Loki, and Kid Loki sit around talking. "You really don't remember him?" Classic Loki asked. "I mean, the TVA arrested a lot of Lokis, but, no, I don't remember an alligator. I mean, who's to say he's even a Loki Variant?" Mobius asked. "He is green, isn't he?" Classic Loki asked. "I don't know, he could be lying. The long con. Of course, that just makes him more likely to be a Loki. It's always the game within the game with you guys, which I respect." Mobius said. "Mobius, assuming you do get back to the TVA, what exactly are you getting yourself into?" Kid Loki asked. "I don't know. I'd like to let people know the truth." He answered. "So just like that, you're turning on the very thing you devoted your life to." Classic Loki pointed out. "Well, it's never too late to change." Mobius said softly. "I hope they know what they're doing." Kid Loki said. Outside, you, Loki and Sylvie sit in a meadow of overgrown grass. "Mobius isn't so bad." Sylvie said. "Or so good. I think that's why we get along." Loki said. "He cares about you two." Sylvie said. "It's cold." Loki said, changing the subject.
"Mmm-hmm." You said. Loki conjures a blanket around himself. "I could conjure one for you two, if you like." Loki offered. "Tell you what, you could conjure me a new outfit. You have no idea how uncomfortable something like this is. So... Mobius and his, um... theory about..." Sylvie began. "Oh right, right. About our nexus event?" You asked. "Total rubbish, right?" She asked. "Absolutely. Of course. I mean..." Loki agreed. "I don't mean that it wasn't, you know, a nice moment." Sylvie admitted. "No, it was great. It was really nice. It was, it was great." You said. "It just sounds like another TVA lie." She said. "A hundred percent. I mean, totally. Yeah." Loki agreed again. "I don't know how to do this." You said. "I don't even know what we're doing." Loki said. "I don't have friends. I don't have... anyone." You said. Loki's brows furrowed in confusion. "What're you talking about? What about those Avengers of yours?" He asked. "They're your friends." He said. "And you also have me, Sylvie, Mobius and those other Lokis." Loki said. You smiled at him softly. "I guess I just sort of thought of The Avengers as my teammates and nothing more. I mean... to be honest, I was just placed on the team because of my powers. So for all I know they could have just been using me like everyone else." You said.
Loki quickly shook his head in disagreement. "Oh no. Believe me, (Y/n). I know them. Those other... heroes... they definitely see you as a friend. They care a lot about you, just like we do. I've seen it myself. I've seen the way they all look at you. Whatever bond you formed with those Avengers during your battle against me... it's a strong one. And bonds like those, will last forever." He said. You smiled at him. "And ours will too." You said as you leaned against him. Loki uses magic to extend his blanket to also wrap around you and Sylvie. "It's not very snuggly." Sylvie said. "Okay." Loki said chucking. "Is it a tablecloth?" She asked. "No, it's a blanket." You said. "Thank you." She said. "My pleasure." Loki said. "How do I know that, in the final moments, you won't betray me?" Sylvie asked. "Listen, Sylvie, I..." he sighs deeply. "I betrayed everyone who ever loved me. I betrayed my father, my brother... my home. I know what I did. And I know why I did it. And that's not who I am anymore. Okay? I won't let you or (Y/n) down." He said. You smile and hug him. "I knew you could change." You said. Loki and hug you back. Loki smiles. "Believe me, as long as (Y/n) is by my side, I'll finally be happy." Loki said. You three smile at each other. Loki leans over to nudge your shoulder with his. "What about you? What will you do when this is all over?" You asked. "I don't know." She replied. "I don't know either. Maybe... Maybe we could figure it out... together." You suggested. "Maybe." She said.

The Lokis, you, Sylvie, and Mobius stand on a hill looking at Alioth together. "Okay, so what's the next move?" Mobius asked. "The TVA needs to be brought down. We don't know who created it or where they are, but that thing out there does. When it hit me earlier, I linked to it. It was brief, but I caught a glimpse of something, and I think if I can get close enough to it, I can enchant it, and it's gonna take me to whoever's behind all of this." Sylvie said. Sylvie hands Loki the TemPad. "We're staying." You said. "(Y/n), I don't even know if this is gonna work." She protested. "You go, we go." You said. Loki hands the TemPad to Mobius. Kid Loki's device beeps. "It's happening, guys. The branch will be right out there." He informed. "I'll give your regards to Renslayer." Mobius said. "Oh, please do." Sylvie said. "You boys want a ticket out of here?" Mobius asked the others. "What? No. We're staying here." Kid Loki said. "This is our home." Classic Loki said. Alligator Loki growls. "Are you sure? What about Alioth?" You asked. "We've survived this long. We know what we're doing." Classic Loki pointed out.
"Loki, you're gonna need this on your journey. Go on." Kid Loki conjures his dagger and hands it to Loki. Loki accepts it. He conjures a sheath and sheathes the blade. You smile at Kid Loki. "Good luck. I hope you find what you're looking for." Classic Loki, Kid Loki, and Alligator Loki leave. Mobius opens a Timedoor. He looks at you. "Oh, (Y/n)." He said. You look at him. "Yes, Mobi?" You asked. Loki and Sylvie snicker at the nickname you gave him. "I... uh..." he stuttered a little as he tried to figure out what to say. "Here." He said as he gave you a device with a screen on it. "What's this for?" Loki asked. "Turns out I did some more research on (Y/n) back when I was at the TVA." He said. "And?" Sylvie asked. "Well..." Mobius began to fidget with his hands. "Do you remember your parents, (Y/n)?" He asked. Your eyes widened but you nodded. "Well, as it turns out, they were time jumpers. They had the power to travel to any timeline or reality." He began. Loki and Sylvie were surprised and glanced at each other. "Where are you going with this?" Loki asked. "Well, as I found out, that timeline you were in before coming after Loki wasn't your own." He said.
Your eyes widened again. "Wait. So you're saying..." Sylvie asked. "Those parents of yours... aren't really your parents." He said. You stood still and it felt hard to breathe. "They came to your reality and took you away from your actual reality." He said. "Why?" Loki asked. "They found her all by herself as a baby. So they decided to take her in and back to their own reality. I don't think they were aware of the consequences for taking someone away from their own timeline. However, I also stumbled across some old footage of your old reality on that device." He said as he gestured to the device he gave you. "Did you ever wonder why you were born with so many powers?" He asked. You nod. "Well then I think what you watch on that little device will shock you." He said. You looked confused. "Mobius, what are you trying to say?" You asked. There was a long pause. "You're a Loki, (Y/n)." He said. Your entire world stopped. Loki and Sylvie's jaws dropped and they looked at each other with shock. This entire time, you were also another Loki? And had no awareness of it? "No way." You turn to Loki. "You're another me?" He asked. "Awesome. I'm not the only female Loki anymore." Sylvie smiles. "Make sure you look at the footage on that device, kid." Mobius said. You nodded.
He then turns to Loki. "Looks like you got away in the end." Mobius said. "I always do. What will you do at the TVA?" Loki asked. "Burn it to the ground." He said. "Go get em, tiger." You said. "Thanks for the spark. Well, see you later, Loki." Mobius offers a hand to Loki. Loki steps forward and they hug instead. "Thank you, my friend." Loki said. You smile at the scene. "I totally ship them." You whispered to Sylvie, and she laughs. Loki breaks from the hug. "What did she just say?" Loki asked Sylvie, before giving you a questioning look. "Oh, nothing." You said smiling. "See you around, (Y/n)." Mobius said. You hugged him. "I'll miss you." You said. "I'll miss you too." He said as he hugs you back. "Take care of them for me, okay?" He asked. You smiled. "Of course." You said. "You've my favorite Avenger." He said. You smiled again, then break away from the hug. He then points a warning finger at you playfully. "Don't tell the others I said that." He said. You chuckle. "Your secret's safe with me." You said.
He gives you one last smile and leaves through the Timedoor. You, Loki and Sylvie head toward Alioth. "When a branch appears, Alioth will focus on it. That's when I'll enchant it." Sylvie said. As Classic Loki walks away, he looks back, but continues on. "What if we don't have time to wait for a branch?" You asked. "We'll have to cause a distraction." Loki places a hand on her shoulder. She looks at him and shakes her head. He nods. "Come on, (Y/n)." You nod. You and Loki run, causing a distraction. Sylvie activates her powers. Loki pulls his dagger, ignites it in flame, and waves it. You summon multiple elements. "Come and get us!" You and Loki shouted. Allioth heads for you and Loki. Sylvie tries to connect with Alioth, but it turns toward her. You and Loki run back. "No! This way! Come and get us!" You shouted. Alioth roars as it approaches Sylvie. "No! No!" You shouted. A bright green light shines in the distance, and Alioth looks toward it. The illusion of Asgard rises, created by Classic Loki, and Alioth heads toward it. "How is he doing that?" Sylvie asked. "I think you're both stronger than you realize." You said. Classic Loki grunts with the strain of raising the illusion. "Go!" He shouted. His voice echoes back to Loki and Sylvie. Sylvie takes your and Loki's hands.
"What are you doing?" Loki asked. "We're gonna enchant it." She explained. "I don't know how." Loki protested. "You do. Because we're the same!" She said. Alioth roars and tries to destroy the illusion of Asgard. You, Loki and Sylvie grasp at tendrils of Alioth, trying to enchant it. The illusion of Asgard begins to collapse. "Sylvie tightens her grip on yours and Loki's hands. Loki's magic shines. Classic Loki collapses and the illusion completely recedes. Alioth heads for Classic Loki, who stands and raises magic in his hands. "Glorious purpose!" Classic Loki laughs. Alioth sweeps over him, leaving behind a tarnished horned helmet. Alioth turns back toward you, Sylvie and Loki. Loki closes his eyes. Green magic flares from him, you, and Sylvie up to Alioth, turning the purple green. "Open your eyes." You said. Loki does so and sighs. The clouds of Alioth part, revealing a mansion beyond. Still holding hands, you, Loki and Sylvie walk toward it.
