Jade woke up in what looked like a cell but there was no windows just four walls of solid concrete, one of which had a reinforced steel door.

"Loki?" said Jade Groggily as she sat up with one major headache.

Jade blinked a few times so her eyes could adjust, she realised she was alone and in an enclosed space and her being extremely claustrophobic caused her to panic.

"LOKI?!"

"Shut it wolf" said a voice from a small speaker in the top corner of the room.

"Where is he? What have you done with him?"

"He is perfectly safe, we would never hurt such a powerful tool"

"HE IS A PERSON NOT A TOY FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT!"

The steel door unlocked and in came a familiar black wolf who looked like he had gone feral.

"Loki?" questioned Jade

Mean while back at the compound

"JARVIS FIND THEM, NOW!" shouted Tony into the room

"There's a GPS tracker in Jade's dress" said Nat

The whole team stared at her.

"Why?" questioned Clint

"For situations exactly like this, I have trackers in all my clothes"

"Jarvis, anything?" asked Steve

"I am triangulating a position Captain Rogers" said the A.I.

"Everyone suit up and to the jet, now"

Everyone left the room leaving only Tony and Steve

"We'll find them Tones"

"I was supposed to protect her"

Steve walked up to Tony and put his arms on his shoulders.

"We were supposed to, We will find her, we'll find both of them"

"But In what condition Cap?" questioned Tony

Steve sighed, he didn't have an answer.

"I have a location Sir" stated Jarvis

Steve and Tony ran out to the jet where everyone was preparing for one hell of a fight.

When they arrived at the location, Bucky recognised the facility.

"This is an old Hydra Facility" stated the soldier

Everyone looked at Steve who was formulating a plan in his head.

"Maybe we didn't get every Hydra member" asked Nat who was loading her gun.

Steve and Bucky looked at her then at each other.

"Lets hope you're wrong Nat" said Steve

Steve gave everyone their orders, they were to take out every guard with the utmost stealth, then meet up on the lower levels and look for Jade and Loki.

They met up after all the guards had been incapacitated.

"Any sign of them?" asked Thor who was worried about his little brother.

Everyone had pained expressions of their faces, they did not see any sign that Loki and Jade were here.

"Guys..." said Nat who was looking past the group at the figure behind them.

Everyone turned to see a large black wolf growling at them, this wolf had blue eyes.

"Brother?" questioned Thor

"He's being controlled" stated Tony

The wolf lunged at the group all of them trying not to get bitten, not that they would turn but because they knew it would cause a few days of painful discomfort.

A familiar white wolf jumped out of no where and stood between the group and Loki.

"Jade?" questioned Tony

The wolf looked him then back at the wolf and started growling, waiting for him to stand down.

"Lets see which wolf is better shall we?" said a mysterious voice from behind Loki.

"Who's there?" asked Tony holding up his repulsor

The man stepped out of the shadows, a man who was known to one avenger, the man possessed the sceptre.

"That's impossible" stated Bucky

"zdravstvuyte, soldat" (Hello soldier)

"Bucky who is this guy?" asked Clint

"Alexander Pierce, the former head of Hydra"

"Correction I am the head of Hydra" He stated

"Hydra fell, we made sure of that" stated Steve

"Are you sure about that?"

The wolves circled, both getting riled up as time past.

"Attack" said Alexander

Loki lunged at Jade but luckily she was a more experienced wolf, she was able to dodge his attack.

"Release my brother!" shouted Thor

"I have a god under my control, why in the hell would I give that up?"

"I suggest you listen to my son"

Alexander turned around to see Frigga standing with Jade. Jade punched Alexander out cold, the Illusion of Jade's wolf disappeared. Loki turned round and started snarling at Frigga, but Jade picked up the Sceptre and he stopped in his tracks.

"Mother?" questioned Thor

"Lady Jade I suggest you keep a hold of that, until we can figure out how to destroy it" said Frigga

"We can destroy it" stated Tony

"How?" asked Steve

"Wanda"

Back at the compound

"Jarvis tell Wanda to come down here"

Seconds later Vision was phasing through the ceiling with Wanda in hand.

"Think you could destroy this?" asked Tony

"Sure"

Jade put the sceptre on the table and Wanda used her powers to destroy the sceptre once an for all. The sceptre exploded, Loki was finally free.

Loki was currently lying in his old cell, Jade was sitting watching, waiting for him to wake up, she wanted to be the first person he saw when he awoke.

"You should rest child"

Jade looked behind her to see Frigga standing there.

"Not until I know he's okay"

Frigga sat next to Jade and said "Thank you"

"What for?" asked Jade who was very confused

"For loving my son, he never had many friends, I'm glad to know there's at least one person here who cares for him"

Loki started to shift in his sleep.

"Loki?" said Jade in a soft voice as to not spook him, Jade put her hand on the glass hoping she was right, he was waking up.

The wolf stood up and looked at Jade with pain in his eyes, he saw the scratches on her arms and the one on her neck.

"It's okay, They'll heal, I'm glad you're okay"

Loki looked at Frigga "Hello my son"

"Brother!" boomed Thor as he walked in.

"Quiet Thor, you'll scare him" said Jade

"Mother, Heimdall is here, you are to return to Asgard"

"Take care of him Lady Jade" said Frigga who had accepted Jade without question

"Always"

Frigga and Thor left Jade and Loki alone.

"I'm sorry about the cell, I tried to tell them you weren't a threat after the destruction of the sceptre but they wanted to be sure"

Loki tilted his head in confusion.

"Wanda destroyed the sceptre, your free"

Loki walked in circles, bouncing, he was finally free and he was going to enjoy every moment of his life.

Jade walked over to the control panel and opened the door "Come on"

Jade led Loki down a few corridors, passing some scared looking workers.

"Tony created this for me, for when I need to blow off steam, but I guess its yours now too"

Loki looked at Jade and whimpered, she knelt down and faced him.

"Your not intruding I swear, I'll get used to having another wolf around, I promise, It will take time though"

Jade shifted into her wolf and joined Loki, she nuzzled his neck and she ran off, with him running after her, they ran out the door and into the woods passing the team on their way.

"Is that...?" asked Tony

"It would seem the cell was not necessary Tony" stated Nat

Jade and Loki stopped at the edge of the woods sensing the team staring at them, they howled their greetings at them and ran off.

Hours later Jade and Loki were chasing a deer when Jade heard something she hoped she would never hear again, her father's howl. Loki stopped in his tracks when he noticed Jade was no longer running with him. He ran back to her, she was frozen on the spot, Loki nuzzled her trying to get her attention, she snapped her attention to Loki. He understood, seeing the fear in her eyes that it was time to return.

They ran as fast as they could back to the compound, the team was still outside having a BBQ.

"They're back" stated Nat

They team turned their attention to the two wolves running towards them, suddenly a third wolf busted through the trees at incredible speeds.

Jade and Loki reached the team and turned to face the third wolf and to protect the team.

Jade stepped forward, in front of Loki, knowing Loki would not be able to resist her father as he was an Alpha and Loki was not, he would have no choice than to obey him but since Jade was an omega she had no obligation to listen to him.

Jade and her father started growling at each other.

'Its time to come home daughter'

'I am home father, a home you are not welcome in'

'You have had your fun, your duties await you'

'My duties to the pack are no longer mine, I have a new pack'

'With theses humans?'

'Yes father, You need to leave'

Jade's father attempted to lunge at Loki but Jade got in front of him before her father did any damage.

'Don't you dare'

'You have found your mate daughter, a mate you do not deserve'

'You do not decide what I deserve, Leave my territory, NOW!' growled Jade as she towered over her father and he did not like that.

He shifted back, as did Jade.

"I will not tell you again father, LEAVE!"

"You will never step foot in my territory again, If you do I will have you and your friends killed, mate or not"

Jades father shifted and ran back into the woods.

"Kid?"

"My father has a short fuse, he's all talk, no bite"

"Are you okay?" asked Steve

"Yeah"

Later that night Jade was sitting on her bed, trying to teach Loki how to shift back, so far she had been unsuccessful.

"Lets take a break, I'm exhausted" "I know you heard what my father said and you should know it was you he was talking about, he thinks you are my mate"

Loki looked up at Jade with wide eyes.

"I'm not sure if he is correct, But it would explain why I was comfortable sleeping in your room...Uggg why does this have to be so complicated" said Jades as she flopped back on her bed. "I know I'm dumping this all on you, I'm sorry"

Loki jumped down from Jades bed and left the room. Minutes later he returned dragging a book along with him.

"What's this?" asked Jade picking it up and returning to sitting on her bed, Loki joined her, he put his head on her lap.

"Ice Wolves of Jotunheim, Isn't that where your from?" asked Jade

Loki nodded

Jades opened the book to the first page to see the picture of Laufey.

"Laufey, King of the Frost Giants...wait this is your father, Isn't it?"

Loki nodded again

Jades read the book, a few pages down there was a section on mating. "Ice Wolves know the second they see someone if they are their mate" "You knew this whole time!"

Loki nodded, Jade stood up slightly angry at him

"You knew and you never said anything!"

Loki lowered his head in shame

"I can't believe this, I thought your and I were friends and you...you lied to me"

Jades left her room and stormed out of the compound and went for a run through the woods, her wolf had taken full control as Jade was to angry to focus on anything but her own rage. The man she thought was her friend had lied to her, deceived her, she thought she had made a genuine connection, but as it turns out it was built on a lie.

"JADE!"

Jade was still pretty out of it, she heard someone shouting but it was still pretty muffled.

"JADE!"

Jade still lay in her cave still drowning in her emotions, her anger, her rage, her pain that her friends betrayal had caused her.
